I have done intra day trading and sold some fno shares and booked profit of around rs 43000 rupees on 21 may 2019. But amount not showing in my account statement. Created ticket requesting the clarification even after 3 days no one responding. My ticket number is #[protected]

If i am not going through account details because of hectic schedule what about our money.

Its been more than 8 days my problems with nest is not solved (Ticket id #[protected]). On the call the support team says they cant help please raise a ticket and the after that the ping pong games starts. I have asked you service representative to just give me a call so that he can take mys system access and solve all the issues. Worst customer support team i have ever seen

a/c opening fraudulence

Worthless customer service. Nobody is picking up the phone. No number of the company is reachable.

I have paid for a/c opening through card payment and also linked my digi locker (Through aadhar verification.) nothing is working properly.

The company authority should must take immediate action on this or the concern department of govt. Should take immediate action against the company......

Today i placed 6 trades for crudeoil mini, and i have noticed that on every trade exit, the trade was getting executed by 4 points ahead. Is that your preplanned setup of eating money or system error?? Usually whenever i take an entry or exit there was minimum 1 point variation. ordering system is a death trap for the trader

Zerodha has utter disregard for customer interests protection while ordering.

Let me explain how this disregard caused me heavy losses in trade.

Zerodha has an option called MIS in its trade, which it enforces squaring off at 3.20 irrespective of whether the client has margin or not, which is ok. But, it takes the MIS order type as default option in its order if the trader has used it before, this is a death...

kindly credit my loss

As i mark leadmini april fut trigger price is 134.00 but trigger not heated also full day there was no any cancellations available in zerodha app
Kindly look into it and credited my loss amount
I also complaint but there was no any relevant revert received
Order no.[protected] and [protected] and time is 9.55 and 9.59am also i marked triger proce on 134.00 but due to not working zerodha properly i loss my 5000...

.now im getting emails like your commodity account has rejected ...i don't know what's the prblm going on...i raised a ticket on Zerodha support Portal but...

Hi, i took position in crudem at sell [protected]@ at that time my place was 397, when it reaches 4084 i try to enter1 more quantity to sell bt got rejected 4 times, so continued with same intial position, suddenly when i refreshed it showed order sell excuted at 4084 nw cp was 4080 and pl for crude is jst 40 what happen to my intial sell position at 4078 where did my 197 profit gone...

refund of account opening fees paid by me amounting to rs. 500

Hi, i had applied for opening an a/c on your mobile trading app and as such had paid rs. 500 towards account opening fees. The payment was deducted from my a/c ide payment id: pay_clzwtw89fpu89n through razor pay. Subsequently, i was not given a client id credentials or a password. I was being directed to a page to link my ac with the digilocker platform to complete e-kyc. But the issue is that my mobile number is not licked to my adhar card...

Zerodha squares-off largest unauthorized trade within 5 daysThis caused the client a total loss of 40 Lakhs within a 5 Days. The entire fault is due to Zerodha's liquidation.

1. i trade tata motors 8 feb 2018 in short sale with quantity 216000 average price 152.38 but at 3:22 pm all my stock squared @ 154.36

that time no this rate, why my share squared off @154.36 that time share price was 150.10. my position...

Hello sir,

non update of average pricing for arvind demerged equity stock

1. It has been more than 3 months since i have purchased arvind equity nse shares which was purchased after its demerger. Still my arvind average price is not updated on zerodha kite profile.

2. It is requested to update my arvind equity average price asper demerger urgently as i am facing problem doing trade.

3. Its been so long since demerger, such slack services is not expected....
