I had taken amazon voucher worth 10000. I paid my first Emi of 1705.92 on 1st October 2021 morning but on same day another Emi paid to zest money automatically. Sum of 1234.92
And it didnt got reflected in my Emi plan. Please look through my problem.

    Hi Team,

    I have purchased flipkart voucher from zestMoney mistakenly as i am using this app fot the first time and I was not aware about the app much an I was just surfing the account. There was a option " create voucher" and I was not knowing after clicking it my EMI will get start. The tenure of EMI is 3 months and amount is 15k, total amount is 45k and I will not be able to pay the single amount nor I want to use this voucher. Please help me to cancel this voucher I am not in condition to pay any amount.

      Hi,

      This mail is from the parents of Ms. Apeksha Roy. As explained in our previous mails in the same string, our daughter Apeksha has been on life support for a few months now. We requested your team that we want to settle the loan taken by our daughter. We also said that we want to settle both the loans in 15k total which we can give as soon as possible.
      Even after this, we kept on receiving replies that your team is working on the issue and that it has been escalated. We were assured that all harrasing calls will stop and that all communication will happen through mail.
      Even after all this, we received threatening messages on whatsapp. We also received a threatening mail from a agency saying that they will come to our home and demand money on behalf of Zestmoney.
      We just want to communicate that this is not the right way to deal with the family of someone who is about to die. We never said that we do not want to settle the loan. Please take action on these developments ASAP and help us settle the loan completely in 15k by next month. We do not want any harrasment in the same matter. Please consider and reply on urgent basis.

        I received an used Amazon voucher of 21k and then received a loan deduction schedule. I did not use a single penny however I have to pay back 21k! Raised complaint, no response yet. Reported to cyber crime as well. One agent today spoke to me in Hindi and said that it's my problem.

            As we have checked the reports received from the bank, we tried to auto-debit the amount from your account on the due date, and due to the reason being "Account balance is insufficient", the debit was failed and hence ECS bounce charges are charged by the bank.

            We would like to suggest you contact your bank for further clarification as at ZestMoney we do not charge any kind of ECS charges.

            Note: We send your debit file to the bank before 3 days of the EMI due date to process auto-debit, if Customers pay EMI manually between these days we are unable to stop the debit process. If you want to pay EMI manually we request you please pay before 5 days of the EMI due date when the auto-debit option is enabled sufficient balance needs to be maintained at least a day prior to the EMI due date.

            We would like to suggest you contact your bank for further clarification as at ZestMoney we do not charge any kind of ECS charges.

            Please feel free to reach out to us for any further assistance.

                  Greetings!

                  Sorry to bother you. I requested for a simple solution from '[protected]@zestmoney.in' team but what I received is just the unnecessary delay and repetition of same back questions. I don't want to involve you but Nitin and Ankita from [protected]@zestmoney.in team left me with no choice.
                  Let me give you some points about my complaint.
                  1.Please refer page number 4 of the attached Cibil report. It shows due amount to be paid which is badly affecting my credit score. I already closed all my loan accounts before end of April 2021 then why I am suffering by decreasing my credit score?
                  2.At the first instance I provided all information still Nitin was asking same questions again and again which also followed by Ankita.
                  3.Credit reports are prepared on monthly basis. The report is prepared and powered by Cibil which is part of TransUnion. Report is latest, password and issue details provided, then why Nitin and Ankita wasting time with me instead o[censored]tilising for resolution.

                  Please look into this and take action ASAP because the time was already wasted by Nitin and Ankita. I don't want to see October month's report with more decreased credit score. I downloaded the report again now and attached for your help.

                    Wrong entry in CIBIL report for personal loan taken from Zest Money

                    I have repaid all my EMIs for the personal loan taken from Zest Money from lender Incred. But they have put wrong entries for Overdue and delay past due. I have followed up multiple times with them on phone calls and also on the mails but they are not responding to my mails. I have even the raised the dispute on TransUnion website but nothing has changed.

                      Sir/ma'am,
                      We have canceled lido learning classes for my daughter and also informed lido learning that we won't be attending classes from July 2020. Also the loan taken from zest money was not applied by us and we were totally unaware of it. Loan Id : F26273DD7641.
                      We are unnecessarily getting calls and messages regarding the loan and EMI.
                      So I request that you cancel the loan that we have not taken and stop trying to contact us.

                        Please delete my zestmoney account. Deactivate the account and remove all database whatever i provided to zestmoney. I provided bank statement, i provided aadhar and also pan card. I hope that zest money will remove all the details while they will delete my account.

                          Hi Team,

                          My loan account number is LXBNG[protected]. I have taken a loan of 1.1L on 30-Sep-2019 and the loan was closed in April 2020 and got the closure certificate. After 17 months the record still shows pending in CIBIL records with 6k+ rupees of the pending amount.

                          I have interacted with 7 different people and am chasing the team for the last 3 months since 02-May-2021 and all I hear is that it will be corrected in 30-45 days.

                          There seems to be no action even when I raise a dispute from CIBIL's end. The team simply starts ignoring the emails after a response. This is even at the level of their Senior Business Operations Manager, Mr. Tushar Chaudhary!

                              I was issued a vouchers from zest money on September 12th which i was supposed to be used on the amazon website. I wasn't able to redeem the vouchers saying that it has been redeemed into another account. I contacted amazon as well and they said on September 12th the voucher redeemed by an account whose email starts with "p".please consider this and resolve it.

                                I have currently 4 loan with zest money
                                3 loans emi date was September 5 and already balance was kept in bank account but the emi debited fro bank account on 6 September. But the loan status showing over due and somany messages coming to me to pay emi again. This is really cheating from zest money. What i can do. Zest money also deducted extra amount of rs 353 from my account on 6 September. Why happened this.

                                      Regarding the Loan ID: 8280B1ADC5C1, of amazon voucher of 8337rs voucger code is-Z4QS-UH3E-BR-NWDK which is showing already redeemed.
                                      please sir i have mailed many times regarding this issue till now didnt get any resolution im once again sending screenshot of the voucher kindly reactivate voucher or cancel the voucher please do needful

                                      sir regarding loan id-F8BA9C802AF3 of 5000rs amazon voucher and
                                      voucher code-BTCM-83SZ-D7-UMFSZ, showing error while redeeming i have mailed many times til didnt get update again im sending you screenshots please sir atkeast this time kindly reactivate my voucher or cancel the voucher and refund the advance emi amount i have paid

                                      i have already submitted screen recording of voucher code error please cancel loan or reactivate voucher

                                      sir i contacted amazon tgey are telling i should contact zest money, sir why i should complain in cyber my problem is with voucher which i purchased from zest money now its their duty to give new voucher or cancel the loan, its almost more than 20days till now they are unable to trace the person who has used this voucher

                                      Also please contact amazon customer service and enquire about the person who redeemed the voucher. Dont forget to file a case at cyber cell through their online portal.

                                        I have a approved loan of 20000 /- and requested croma vouchers on 2021
                                        August 15. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and i dont have any 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready.I'm trying from 15th august but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent
