I mistakenly put a loan request with zestmoney and also raised cancellation request within 10 minutes about that to them by their chat system they taken my request and said that within 48 hours it will be cancelled we are contacting merchant to confirm, i have not used any of the voucher they provided to me but till now they not gave any respone to my mails and when i try to call him it says extension 8003 or 4 or5 is unavailable. No one is available to take call and give solution to customer.

I am really very disappointed with zest money.

After posting complain here i got a call from customer care of zest money from mumbai but matter not solved yet they said to me to remove this post that assistant told me that i am sending you message with number by which you can contact us directly and we will help you definitely but after one day i got a mail which is mentioned below they said to me to contact flipkart because flipkart can cancle the vouchers and when i go through flipkart assistance they said me that we don't have any tie up with flipkart and we can't help you in this matter flipkart is not responsible for such type loans.

After that i again called zest money but i got phone connected after a long time and again same their assistant told me and said to me to wait for 10 days.

Really i am very very disappointed with what i had done and why i choose this service and every day i am feeling harassed.

    I never placed and used the vochers to place any orders.

    I spoke to your customer care agent and logged a complaint to ensure to stop the approval process of amazon vouchers and cancel my zest acct .

    But today I received an sms stating emi starts from may 28, though i never purchased any thing from amazon since the credit limit is 15k but the product I want to buy is 15k .

    pl call me on [protected] and let me know no EMI is charged and my zest acct is closed asap

      Hi,
      Am a existing customer of zest money. Last month i applied for a loan to buy a lg led tv from zefo with amount 15540. On 19th april i got sms that my loan has canceled. So i bought tv by using credit card. Then suddenly i got sms on 22nd april 2018 that my loan is approved.

      As i do nt need loan any more i asked them to cancel my loan.35 emails send but till now no action taken.
      Then suddenly one mail i received from zest support that your order delivered in 2017, so your order completed.

      I have applied for loan in april 19th 2018, how come my order delivered in 2017.
      Pathetic customer support, even if you called them you can not contact nay one.

      I purchased sofa set on gozifo.com on EMI .but i didnt got my product which i ordered.when i contacted gozifo they said to contact zest money as confirmation of loan was not made.but zest money deducted 943INR from my bank account but not delivered my product yet...
      i request to help me out from this trouble.. thankyou

        I have received the sms that you have pre approved loan of (As a cash transferred to my bankaccount) 23k than i have received the sms that loan is approved and the money will be reflect in 48hrs but still not receive any loan not evena single paisa but i have received the loan agreement through mail which shows the emi details and 1st due is in 28th day of may 2018 how to accept? Without getting loan who will pay emi i have send my nach also try to catch your person through phone since a week no response is phone no are fake than what about zest money i have send all details through mail sent screen shots and through facebook no response do you think this is my only job don't i have any other work please respond try to transferred loan or cancel the loan delete my pl account which reflect in my zest account hereafter i will not come to zest money thanks for the punishment do the needful otherwise i will block nach from bank and not going to pay other zest emi also

        I applied for 15000 rupees.. Iam facing problem of voucher code of 10000rupees
        I tried a lot but its not adding to amazon pay.. Zest money costumer care is worst, they r not respond properly.. Please contact to [protected]
        Not able to book on Flipkart and Amazon only offer is showing on MI but MI store dont have available product

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have applied for loan in zestmoney last month, however i have not received the voucher hence i bought mobile through other shop. Now zest money sending the email to pay emi for the amount which i have not got and the for using the voucher about which i even don't know the code also. When i contacted zestmoney they are asking to contact amazon as voucher issued in the name of amazon to cancel the voucher and when i contacted amazon they are asking to contact zestmoney.

            Request you to please help me in this regard

              Hi, I requested zest for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount Is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. No customer service number provided to talk.I will be happy if my issue is resolved

              This is shruthi here parents of Dwijesh BS one of your education consuller sai Kumar had visited to our place 15 days back to consulling session he gave that and took all my details I told him not to process but then also be has processed it and cheated us without coming to our notice and I have not taken any order I got msg from zestmoney that your amount will be deducted I told ur consuller to cancel it but then also it has not happened he has neglected it I had zest money consumer care from to cancel my loan I told your consuller for that cancellation mail also I did not receive this is really not fine what u people have done and charted us my amount has been deducted from account of rs 8867 Loan no 5f4658D17463

                I have apply for loan of 11000 loan on zest money portal. He approved my loan without calling me, then without inform me he also transfer 10000 amount on amazon pay. Few days back i contact to zest money to cancel this bcoz i have not interested purchase from amazon. Please cancel it. Aur ha aise fraud karna band kr dijiye. Call me on [protected]. Muje ye loan nahi chahiye aap jabardasti q mere gale m daal rahe hai. Aur aab batate ho possible nahi b emi cut hone se pehle aap bata natha aise aap ke executive bata rahe h, but aapko call lagta kaha h time pe batane ke liye aur ha mail m likha tha call kijiye vo b nahi hua. Puri recording hai mere pass. Please ye loan cancel kr dijiye muje nahi use karna hai.

                      Dear sir/mam,
                      I recently bought lenevo k8 note mobile with temperglass in amazon with (Amazonvoucher) under emi. I found that it hangs a lot and its gets overheated while using. So i decided to move the issue with the lenevo service center. They accepted the issue and they insisted me to buy new screen guard. I too bought it. Now the same issue persists and i have to restart my mobile again and again to solve the issue.. Again i took this issue to the lenevo service center.. They said that it can't be solved and there was no proper response from them and also amazon customer care. Please help me to solve this issue or else replace the mobile with newer one.

                        I am one of the existing customer of yours and have never been satisfied with yours services from the day one.
                        I was payed my full n final loan amount last month on 29th nov 2017 but still i received everyday payment pending reminder from your side.
                        I am trying many time to contact with you on your given no. [protected] but alway i receive msg all are executives are busy. Your executive who's reminding for payment personally (On call) she said that paid amount was full n final amount for your loan.
                        Your executive even don't have manners to talk. I am very clear from my side that i am not going to pay any amount now because executive clearly mention me that u have clear your dues successfully.
                        Last time i am going to request to you to please issue my noc & update my cibil score as soon as possible.

                          I am one of the existing customer of yours who have never been satisfied with yours services from the day one

                          However after reciving and damage phone sent mail video of the phone screen shot

                          Support team played stateing delivery guy trying to contact no response after a debate of 1 month i end up saying will pay the emi cause it my effect the credit score as you people are helpless

                          And i was the person who used to ask an gentle reminder payment link to make the payment as there was no auto debit when called up for same informed issue from my end

                          How ever took this # to

                          And after some days phone stopped working when call and complaint said now can’t take back due to company polices etc

                          I stopped paying emi then got call informed that last to month emi will be waved off but still no update and when called now for same saying no update related to same

                          This is height to fool customer to sell defective products as in an name of emi with out credit card

                          Seriously a # and fake services i would go to all digital level to say don’t trust zest money as it’s help less ruthless

                          Please Note: We at ZestMoney only provide loans for products that you purchase with our partnered merchants. However, we try our best to resolve any issues that you may have with your product by escalating the issue with the merchant.
                          Zest Money Call center number is not working only. Not received the product and they are asking me to pay the loan emi. after sending so many mails to cancel the loan amount they are not canceling and also they are sharing a message saying that if i didnt pay the emi it will effect to my credit score which is very bad.

                          Please help me out is it will really affect to my credit score for their fault..

                          Sir they do not attend my calls and they do not tell me the status of my loan application I am tried many times but no response help me to get know my form status

                            How does this company even exists??? Inspite of repeated mail to them regarding updates on my order and their so called vendor partner not answering, even though i have made a down payment, they do not have the courtesy to reply back to the mails i send them. And they do not have any contact number which is operational for us to speak directly to the company. Very bad.

                              I have ordered for i phone 6 64gb and they said that the phone is not proper because of some internal issue so they cancelled my phone then again i have ordered for i phone 6 16gb so instead of sending the 16gn they sent me 64 gb phone and now i am facing the problem when i have visited the apple store the guy told me its 64 gb i said no its should be 16gb then i have email ZEST/OVERCART to look after this as i have already paid 4 emi the overcart rep AMAN told me that they will c what is the best they can do and its been 1 week no one even bothered to call me or nor zest as well as its there mistake first they sent me the wrong phone and they are charging me more money.

                              i will dispute the charges with my bank and will not pay any more EMI till the time they dont help me

                                My due date was on 7th nov i have sufficient amount in my bank account also but till now they have’nt deducted my momey as i requested for ecs and it got approved now, zest people are charging me late payment charges and it will effect on my cibil score

                                Zestmoney is fraud. I don't use vouchers and requested to cancellation but one of their executive said while live chatting that once you seen the voucher we can't cancel it. I don't use voucher and didn't purchase anything still my money has debited from my account. Pls cancel vouchers and refund my money

                                  In spite of many reminders and trail mail, there was ecs mandated on my bank account, i had already cancelled the order and all delay was from their side but still, there was an ecs hit on my account for emi of rs. 2446. On 27th feb 16 which was rejected.

                                  We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. The EMI has been debited as per the agreed schedule because Valuecart (the company with whom you placed the order) hasn't canceled the order. As you may be aware that we are just a payment facilitator and depend on Valuecart to inform us about the cancellation.

                                  Once Valuecart confirms the cancellation we will cancel the loan and refund the amount, including EMI amount debited, if any. However, if there are any penalty charges by bank, be rest assured that we will compensate the same.
