Hi,
Am a existing customer of zest money. Last month i applied for a loan to buy a lg led tv from zefo with amount 15540. On 19th april i got sms that my loan has canceled. So i bought tv by using credit card. Then suddenly i got sms on 22nd april 2018 that my loan is approved.
As i do nt need loan any more i asked them to cancel my loan.35 emails send but till now no action taken.
Then suddenly one mail i received from zest support that your order delivered in 2017, so your order completed.
I have applied for loan in april 19th 2018, how come my order delivered in 2017.
Pathetic customer support, even if you called them you can not contact nay one.

After that i again called zest money but i got phone connected after a long time and again same their assistant told me and said to me to wait for 10 days.
Really i am very very disappointed with what i had done and why i choose this service and every day i am feeling harassed.
