My self Pawan Kumar I have purchased a amazon voucher on Zest money of Rs 4892 on 01/07/21 which is approved but I have not received the voucher code and pin yet
An error occurred when click on generate voucher that "your voucher is ready and will email shortly "
it's passes 4 days time but I have not received my voucher pin yet Rs 4892 is already deducted from my credit limit
I already contact customer support team it says that voucher pin will email within 24 hours but it passes more longer time than usual, I have urgent need of voucher
Please approve and send that voucher as soon as possible

        Hello,

        Concerned regarding double debit against your Loan ID: 6LDL1AAISABK.

        The amount was debited twice on June 5th. Zest said they have initiated the refund. I have received half of the amount. I am waiting for the rest and the only update I get from Zest is that it has been forwarded to the concerned team. Furthermore, I have already provided all bank statements and receipts from the side.

        Even the customer support team only speaks Hindi, despite selecting English language. And the call ends all the time that I have to send the bank statements.

        Please help me resolve this ASAP. Now the next month's EMI is due.

            I applied for amazon voucher and the loan is sanctioned but when i click the get voucher button it is saying that your voucher code will be sent to mail shortly...but it is not sent

                  I have an education loan with zestmoney of emi 4483 and I am paying my monthly emi regularly from past 5 months and I opened my zestmoney app to pay my july emi it is showing as 7069, I don't understand why they are charging 2626 rupees extra on my emi even though I am paying regularly.

                  Want to report some kind of fraud is happening
                  I took loan of amount 34000, my emi is 4198.73rs which is clearly mentioned in loan agreement i still have 7 days before due date
                  But when last night I checked on zest app it shows more than 5000rs because due fees
                  So today I tried to report it to zest but in return zest helpline care threaten me to pay no matter whatever the amount

                        I have an account with ZestMoney. For some reason they have wrong PAN Card details on my account. I have been trying to Update my PAN card details but they are refusing to do that. I am not sure what can I do. I think I should just stop the Payments. After all I wont be Liable as I am not the PAN Card holder.

                            I have been trying to contact ZestMoney.

                            1. They attempt to deduct amount on wrong time: My loan EMI was supposed to get deducted on every month of 5th. They try on 6th, 8th, or 10th instead of deducting on the mentioned time - if asked their server was down

                            2. The emails I send to them rebounds: they say their servers are down

                            3. Maintenance of low balance: Even though having right amount on my account, if my bank's server is not working or their server is not working - we get charged saying "maintaince of low balance" - even after sending emails multiple times with the bank statements - they reply "low balance"

                            4. They attempt more than once a month: as mentioned my EMI date is on 5th of every month after deducting the amount on 5th they attempt often: when asked they say - they have no records; but they bank put ACH RTN charges

                                Nach mandate fails

                                Dear Sir,

                                Zestmoney company is send the nach mandate, i already have sufficient balance in my account . From my bank account 2 time 295 rs debit against NACH MANDATE return, i always successfully paid EMI on time. I paid my last emi 5th may 2021 of 1282 rupees.

                                Now i have two emi's to be paid 1044 and 1282. I have sufficient amount to deduct. Now my question is why there is a nach mandate fails in my account...

                                Address: ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), Ground & Third Floor, Indiqube Celestia, Site No. 19 & 20, Koramangala 1A Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru

                                I created the Order with Id #[protected] on Amazon in the morning today and opted for Zestmoney for the amount of 48290. I got the repayment schedule also from zestmoney but I still saw my Amazon Order was waiting for Payment Confirmation from zestmoney for long time.

                                Later, the order was cancelled because of this delay from zestmoney and I have to work with zestmoney the wholeday since morning 11AM to complete the cancellation. This is still hanging and one of them is asking to send the order cancellation email and other is saying to wait for 24 hours. I have never seen such very worst service from anyone till the date.

                                One person from them even told me that the loan is cancelled in the morning and asked me to login to my account to confirm. I immediately replied saying it's not done. No one even called me with status till now.

                                  I have been a regular customer of zest money, this complaint is in regard of the debit of Rs.295/- ecs bouncing charges from my account. Till date zest money has debited the money four times, I have tried reaching the bank but they asked me to approach the loan company and after which I mailed zest money but they won't refund the money, asking me to approach the Bank. I'm traumatized by this unlawful activities of zest money, they are a wrongdoer deliberately deducting money from the consumer's account.
                                  Kindly direct them to refund the money as soon as possible.

                                    I have applied for the loan and the limit is approved for 50k but while generating the vouchers it is showing that it is rejected without specific reason. I am attaching screen shot here. please check and revert.
