Last month i filed a complain about my negative credit score...i have paid all my loans but still there is an amount pending in two of my loans...due to this I cannot take loan from my main account i.e SBI. Why are there so many mistakes on credit scores? Will deleting my zest account resolve this matter

      I have 6 months of EMI with you, on due date it's debited from my account but cibil report showing late payments.i wrote you on this issue for April and May months and you said we will send the correction to CIBIL. but again and again you send report as payment delay in June and July also. your doing fools your customers.with your loan and your irresponsibility i lost my credit score it's dropped from 779 to 693. Still i have 2 EMI's balance to you after that EMI period definitely you will stand me on the road with dress it means poor credit score that may be 500 or 400. Who is responsible for this.can i expect your explanation on this issue.

        My name is Harihar and i got sanctioned for 40000rs and i changed it into 4 vouchers each worth 10000rs, but only 3 voucher codes has been sent to my email and the 4th one is missing .
        I tried to view the voucher code from the website of theirs, but such a option is not available on the window.
        I tried contacting them through email and through call, but no solution has yet been given

          I have always made payments before the due date and in return I m being given the worst experience. My credit score is fallen to the hole. As per credit report it says I have not paid from past 6months. Is this a ### Joke?

          Looks like I am not the only one and have many others and can actually start a campign to sue you.

            I am done with my payments regarding on the emi still on my cibil reports it's showing the loan is active on ghalla, nothernnarccap which is from zestmoney. And the company is still deducting the amount from my account. Can you(zestmoney) explain why?

              Hi Team,

              As discussed with one of the employees in your company, he gave me a settlement offer and I paid the whole amount for my three accounts in Zest money but still the accounts have not closed till now.

              As I spoke to a customer care agent with the same issue. And she said to mail the proofs about payments and links sent by your employee.

              I am attaching the proof. Please consider them and close my accounts as soon as possible where it is affecting on my CBIL even after the payment.

                I had 3 different kinds of loans with ZestMoney and I have closed all of them around 2 months back and these are still showing on my CIBIL Report. I have send emails to them but no response from them. I am looking forward to get my CIBIL Score in order but they are just not letting me do that.

                The issue is that these 3 loans are getting reported by different names like GHALLA, DMI FINANCE, ASHISH SEC.. I want you guys to get this thing report as you need to report and just don't show pending.

                    250₹ extra has been deducted(stolen) from my account by zestmoney, I have been calling it's customer care but no solution provided by them, they just ignore and lie to me.                           I've sufficient money in my account but on zest money its showing "please wait while auto-debit is in progress". Today is last date of my EMI payment. The " Pay Now" button is not working. Please solve my problem. Zest money it's really not fair.

                          I also complaint on comany's email. Then they simply called me and while calling they provided an EMI payment link though a SMS. After it they guided me that how can I pay my EMI through that link. After payment they updated the payment details in my zest money account after 1 or 2 days. After all they resolved my problem like this. Their customer support is very good. But need improvement to make your all services instant.

                                    Last year (Mar 2020), i have noticed - wrong transaction and irrelevant account was listed in my CIBIL account.

                                    They have promised to correct it in 30days, even after 1year - still my CIBIL is reflecting it. Please find below last confirmation given by Zest

                                      I was placing and order in zestmoney but the payment was not processed in my tracking but it was deducted from zestmoney. Amount was 8135, now zestmoney is not taking any action and asking to contact Myntra. And mantra has not completed my order.

                                        I have two different EMI’s, one is for Personal loan( EMI amount Rs4246/month ) and another one for an amazon voucher (Rs709.10/ month), but unfortunately this month it was deducted twice from my 2 different accounts. Interestingly story starts from here once I informed your CC team about this deduction one of your floor manager confirmed that it was deducted twice ( please check call record of July 5).
                                        Again the next day I called to reconfirm and asked for refund, but again your highly intelligent CC representative ( Name Saarin from Bangalore) given my Cust ID ( which I don’t have any clue) as my complain ID.

                                        Now, after over 14days its showing the amazon voucher EMI amount adjusted with next month and other one (Personal Loan EMI) is now no where, while again I checked today morning ( July 21st) with your CC representative, she said it was not deducted twice.
