I have two different EMI’s, one is for Personal loan( EMI amount Rs4246/month ) and another one for an amazon voucher (Rs709.10/ month), but unfortunately this month it was deducted twice from my 2 different accounts. Interestingly story starts from here once I informed your CC team about this deduction one of your floor manager confirmed that it was deducted twice ( please check call record of July 5).
Again the next day I called to reconfirm and asked for refund, but again your highly intelligent CC representative ( Name Saarin from Bangalore) given my Cust ID ( which I don’t have any clue) as my complain ID.
Now, after over 14days its showing the amazon voucher EMI amount adjusted with next month and other one (Personal Loan EMI) is now no where, while again I checked today morning ( July 21st) with your CC representative, she said it was not deducted twice.
