ZestMoney created 3 loans on my account of 50000, 20000 and 6000 respectively.
I have neither created not used these flipkart vouchers.I contacted zestMoney but they are saying that OTP has been shared and thats why the loan has been disbursed, i asked them to contact flipkart to stop the order but they said it cant be done.Even when i changed my mobile number, i was still robbed of further 6000 rs from their account in form of another voucher loan.kindly look into this as i am not able to pay the loan which i havent used.

    I took above consumer loan from ZestEMI and paid completely in August2021 but still showing active and amount overdue as well. I excalted many time from 2-3 months but nothing is happenig. I am mentally harrased because i am not able to take loan due to this overdue amount and incorrect cibil record

    I have written you and your nodal officer but till now no reply from nodal officer. And no response from from support department. They ask me to wait 7-8 days but still 40 days has been passed

        Hi My Name is Shubham Alavni. I'm was ordering mobile phone on 2 January 2022 using ZestMoney No cost EMI option. Then Amazon declined payment and order has cancelled. But after that ZestMoney activated my EMI. I am taking ZestMoney support teams followup from 3 January 2022. But ZestMoney money not yet cancelled my loan. I have provided all proofs of Payment declined and order cancelled screenshot via Email

          Loan Cancellation (#G6G134AA967B)

          I have applied for a educational loan through Zest Money and have the sanction letter approved (Loan application number #G6G134AA967B) and i didn't e-mandate/verify the loan application. I would like to cancel this loan and not to disburse this amount to merchant as i have decided not to join/proceed with the admission for that course.

          I contacted the customer care executives but they are forcing me get an cancellation letter...

          I had took loan from zestmoney with amount of 7499 and 3300 with loan account number-[protected]
          Acount number-[protected]

          I closed that loans on 26/11/2021 but they didnt provide me tha noc and these two loans also showing on my cibil continuesly

            Amazon Vouchers are not given yet even after registering for EMI Mandate

            Hi, I have applied for an Amazon Voucher Order a week back.
            I received emails saying that the Voucher has been approved. It says "View Gift Cards" in my email.

            But when I click on it and log in, I don't see any vouchers.
            I contacted the customer care and they told me to click on "View voucher" inside my Zest money account. But there is no View voucher in my account. Customer support is not responding to me after...

            I have mailed them to remove the written of and i am ready to pay the settled amount but, till now i have not recieved any updates even i have called so many times to there contact number and they say drop a mail to [protected]@zestmoney, i even dropped a mail to them reference id below

              I took a loan from zestmoney on 23/10/1997 for Rs.4154 for which they lended me from INCRED FINANCIALS. I preclosed my loan and paid all the installments before due date. But they have reported 2 late payments to cibil on 12/31/2021 due to the reason my cibil score has decreased. This is very unfair for the customer who is paying all his debt in time and getting his cibil score decreased for no reason. I contacted zestmoney customer support and they told me it was a system error and will get a callback from their cibil department in 4-6 hours, but I haven’t received any response from them yet.                 My personal loan emi repayment has been activated now i can preclose my loan but the amazing thing about it is that my loan was disbursed on 2-1-2022 but till today[protected] i have not recieved single amount of loan in my bank account. Tired calling support mailing and even live chat they everyone tell me to wait 24 hours to 48 hours now it has been more then a week but still i have not recieved my loan amount send them bank statements and all. Actually my repayment history was good so i was offered personal loan from zestmoney so many times. So when i really required a loan the first thing on my mind was zestmoney but now i think i have made a huge mistake .

                    Firstly you guys have selected auto debit option by yourself to deduct the emi from my account and then when the emi autodebited still your app is showing it as due

                      I've tried over 10 times to do the kyc for aadhar card but the website they're partnered with isn't willing to work at all and everytime I contacted their support team, the answer was always the same saying that it's a problem from government's end which isn't case as with other apps I tried for the same type of kyc, it's working fine over there. It's a problem with you only zest, just fix your damn kyc of aadhar already

                        I had taken a personal loan of around 38, 520. After paying 2 emis I foreclosed the loan by paying the remaining amount in october 2020.
                        The app clearly shows all these details but my cibil report says otherwise. It shows the loan in open state with a pending amount of around 1.5k and that I have missed paying this. Due to this my cibil score has been affected severely. After raising this issue with their customer support, they told me they have raised a request with the cibil authority to rectify it, it's been 5 months and they havent resolved the issue yet.

                          I was just checking zestmoney loan features and while checking interest and EMI by mistake I have approved for 1 Lakh loan, in response to that I have immediately requested the zestmoney customer care for cancellation . Screenshot of call is attached for your perusal. During the call customer care have promised that it will get canceled with in 24 hrs,
                          Today I tried to reach customer care regarding the same to check the status and he said they do not have any request related to this.

                              I took a loan from zest of 5000/- Flipkart gift voucher at the time of loan disbursal I already paid the Processing fee of 117/- but again they have added the processing fee of 117/- in my 1st EMI.
                              Several times i have called and mailed to zest money to remove the processing fee from my Emi but they are not responding. I have already shared my bank statement and shown the transaction of processing fee payment.

                                I mistakely generated the voucher codes for flipkart orders. & now it is showing I need to pay EMI on next month. please cancel these voucher codes. I dont want to buy anything right now.

                                  Loan - B[protected]C5 has not been cancelled from Zestmoney despite service not being availed and cancellation copy provided almost 2 weeks back. EMI due date is on Jan 5th but they not provided me with a proper resolution forget cancelling.

                                    Changing of bank details

                                    I have made a no. of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that I can pay my EMI and receive the cashback as my previous account has been closed and I do not have any bank account closure copy which I have already told them.
                                    Everytime I have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 2 months. I have already shared...
