My Cibil is tempered by ZestMoney

I have taken a product from FlipKart at No Cost EMI from ZestMoney. Later I have returend that product. In Zest Money app also that is shown as cancelled and no EMI is charged from me. However ZestMoney have taken that loan from their lending partner and never repaid them back. Due to which My Cibil score dropped down to 720. Thri lending partner have confirmed that it's zest money which have tken the loan.

Till now there is not a single outstanding from my end to zestmoney towards any loan. As everything is via ECS and there is no bounce from my end. Still I have to suffer. This is not the first time, in past one such occurance have taken place.

I am very nervous, tourchered and in anxiety, as I am in process to purchase a home and my home loan application is dicey due to low cibil . There is not a single outstanding in my cibil except this. I am in acute depression due to this :( as there are many hopes with this home of mine and now I don't see that dream come true.

I have provided all cibil reports, and confirmation from Piramal Group from which they have thaken the money on my behalf. But noa ction done, neither they have replied to my emails.

ALso this happened second time in a same year. I have clear directions for them not to use my KYC to any third party, but they still landed money from Piramal group on my behalf. Most unethical company I ever know

    4. Once you view the voucher, your loan will be activated.

    To view your voucher please follow the below steps:

    1. Please log in to your account at the ZestMoney website.

    2. Click on the EMIs option--None--

    3. Click on loan ID(Ongoing loan)

    4. Click on View voucher(top corner of the page).

    Note: The view voucher tab is not available in the mobile application, please use the below link to view the voucher on the desktop website:

    To redeem the voucher in your Amazon wallet, please follow the steps listed below:

    1. log in to your Amazon account and choose the Gift card option to redeem the voucher by adding it to the wallet.

    2. Choose 'Add gift card'

    3. Enter the gift card number(Alphanumeric)

    4. Click on 'Add gift card'
    Additionally, you may also redeem the voucher via the checkout page, by choosing the “Add gift card option”.

      I made Flipkart Voucher of 21 thousand during tha BIG BIllion Day Sale on 10th of oct.( last day of sale) Because I had to Buy iphone 12. And the Day Before i made mY voucher i.e 9th october i recived a call from zest CUSTOMER care They told me That if i Shop for 20k i will get cashback of 1500 rs within two days. Which i didn't recived. when i called them the next day they told me that There is no such offer do you have any prooof or screenshot.. which i didn't had. I was unable to use flipkart voucher because partially payment was not accepted at that time. So i called CUSTOMER care and asked them what should i do now. they told me that voucher will get cancel u don't have to worry. I got happy. They told me it will get cancel within 7-10 working Days. I called nearly 100 times till now. And they always kept telling it will get cancel.. We priortise your request. We told to our Internal team it will definitely get cancel don't worry.. But now they are telling these active LOAN aren't got cancel.. I have Buy i phone from offline store .. and also buy alot of Stuffs from Flipkart.. If this ### was happen to going i should use those Vouchers.. I am really disappointed and i am gonna file a case against them for their irresponsible behaviour. i will go to consumer court.. I will not repay a single penny. Even i mailed them n they replied that it will get cancelled once they get confirmation from merchant.. Big disappointment Zest Money..if someone will die because of your torture, can you repay that . I will make sure from now onwards to make people aware about your scams . And will handle this legally if my problem is not solved . EARN money respectfully instead of stealing and scaming people

                I baught Asus Tuf 15 laptop worth 57999 from Flipkart then as No cost EMI I close 6 month tenure and after purchase I got option to pay Preclosure and save Interest the I paid 54950 rs. But showed payment successful but not closing loan and Still showing Pay option.

                      I have purchased the product on Amazon order number:[protected] of rs 3029 Later I cancelled the product from merchant and initiated the refund request on 1st October but today is 8th October still refund amt not received and i talked the merchant customer care they told they are already initiated the refund process plz talk to the ZestMoney for issue and i m sending u screen shot of the item

                          I am Bharat Nayyar from Indore, MP, I have taken the loan from zestmoney (application number #T162T62D32D0) and paid the amount before the final due date that means I foreclosed the loan before the date. But the zestmoney didn’t pay the money to their provider or a partner who is associated with them. That affected my cibil score so I want zestmoney to rectify my loan details to their partner and clear my details so that my cibil score get corrected.

                            Hellow,

                            I’ve taken loan from flipkart via Zestmoney . It is showing it that monthly EMI will be auto debit from the account on 5th October .

                            It’s 6th already. It is neither debited from the account nor allowing me to pay by myself ! ALSO IT IS ASKING ME TO PAY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT than the actual monthly emi .

                            Please resolve this . I don’t want my CIBIL score to get affected by this ! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN ZESTMONEY .

                              My 1st month EMI due date is today and money got auto debited from my bank account. But in app it still shows in progress. I have tried a lot to reach them through mail and call. No response still.. I have my bank statement as a proof. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                5oct is my emi date. But not deducted emi amount my ac balance is more then emi amount but still not deducted. An worry for late fees and bank panelty and other bank charges. Pls help as soon as posiibel am try to connect zestmoney but can't connect them. An send email aslo for same issue. (zestmoney)

                                  I have pre-closed a loan and the same is not closed on CIBIL ACCOUNT and my cibil scores are not updating. I've written zest money on the same issue ( email reference : ref:_00D60P9tq._50020MyrTp:refRE: Re: Cibil score not updating! ) and they asked me to send my cibil report and after that, there is no response from them. Update my loan status on CIBIL account and stop sending me stupid repayment reminder SMS even after paid the payment on time.

                                    Recently i have purchased the product on amazon with no cost emi plan for 6 months. Bill generated with 6 month emi and processing fee of rs.366.
                                    However on verification of repayment statement found that interest was added on my emi schedule. Kindly reschedule my emi without interest.
                                    I am ready to pay with interest but on future wont continue with zest money.
                                    It is purely a false commitment to cover the customers.

                                    We believed that your issue related to no cost emi has been resolved from our end. As the Loan ID: 1B[protected] is with 0% interest. Every month an EMI will be deducted from your account on 5th, hence once the amount get's deducted the interest amount will be refunded back to you in the form of cashback which will get credited to your account within the next 7 - 10 working days of time.

                                    In case if you need any further assistance then you can always choose to write directly at [protected]@zestmoney.in which is the mail id of our Nodal officer and we will help you further with your issue on priority.

                                      As the deal of my laptop is gone I won't be using these vouchers please cancel it, because I will have to pay back some amount on every month and being a student I can not do that.

                                      Please cancel it as my funds gets sanctioned from my scholarship after showing them the product, but now that I missed the deal I won't be using the vouchers because paying 5000 monthly won't be possible for me
                                      and the amount will stay empty, resulting bad credit score.

                                        By mistake I have generate amazon voucher from zest money . I am not using any single Rupee form voucher . issued same day requested to cancel my voucher . zest money force to purchase products from amazon and pay EMI and interest. I request to close my loan and do not cheat poor customer
