Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that my Zestmoney order id is F61375D8112C and registered mobile number is [protected]. All the emi of that loan ID -F61375D8112C have been debited on due date from my sbi bank account and when the tenure is completed the loan was closed but on dated 28-june-2021 an amount of 2005/- has been debited from my account through razorpay and transaction description is DEBIT-ACHDrNACH[protected]CTRAZORPAY-.

I request you to please investigate the aforesaid matter and reimburse the same amount of 2005/- as soon as possible.

For your reference herewith i have enclosed the loan statement, whole tenure of 6 months bank statement of Nov to Apr and the june statement of extra emi debited on 28 june-2021.

      My EMI was deducted on the 5th of July and they had not updated the same on their server even after 15 working days of the same transaction. They keep me calling and keep send the text and email that my EMI is due. I have provided them with the proof (Bank statement showing the debited amount) but still, they have not updated the same on their end and this has affected my credit score.

        Hey this is Isravel Sekar here my loan ld is #64A5BC6BB756. Please help me to cancel it I can't afford it as of now, the product is not available also my mother isn't well and I am single parent too, I can submit doctor's paper but right now can't afford the EMIs, I am about to loose my job too due to leaves. I really need your help I am not going to use those voucher. I am ready to pay any cancellation charges if any but please cancel it.           I have an ongoing lon from zest money whose payment was auto debited by NACH on 5/7/21. The payment has not been updated and as a result the emi shows overdue. I get 5-6 calls a day from zest money agents from unknown numbers and my CIBIL score is at risk.
          I have already called thrice, emailed Zest 4 times and posted on their twitter so that they recitify it but haven't recieved any updates. I am still getting harrassed.
          The company needs to update my payment - it has already been 10 saya since I paid it.

              Auto debit was successfull but still it's been 7 days now there is no updation on app. On top of that camden has processed double emi on my 2 accounts. I am receiving a lots of automated reminder sms and calls to pay overdue emi. I have talk to customer service which is worst pathetic customer service I have ever come across. Lots of email send stating my bank statement that funds have been cleared by my bank But still there is not even a single resolution

                Hi,
                I have been reaching out to those guys for the past 6 days regarding this issue, but there is no solution till now. Every month I face this issue, fed up with this.

                My payment due date for this month is 5th July 2021 and I have maintained sufficient balance for the due amount Rs. 5034.19 and the amount also got debited from my account on the same date, but it is still not reflecting in my zestmoney app or website till date. It shows that the amount for this month is on due and I have yo to pay the penalty for it. I Have also attached my bank statement for the same. And adding on to it my credit limit also got locked. And they are calling me to pay my monthly EMI immediately which I have already paid. Why should I pay again.

                Please help me out, need a solution for this.

                  My ssue is that amount Rs 353 was deducted from my bank account on 5th July but it is still showing unpaid balance on Zest money mobile app. I called them and emailed but not got positive response. See attachments of my bank statement and zest app. Update your app ASAP.

                      My emi of Rs. 9847 was debited on due date but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi repayment is late and an additional charge od Rs. 250 is added. As it is already debited from my account why should I pay it again. My Zest credit limit is also freezed. Kindly check and fix this asap. Also make sure my CIBIL should not get affect as this is not my fault. I have seen some similar complain so i am sure there is some problem on your server. I need a resolution asap. Feel free to contact me.

                                This is an urgent email I am writing towards my study loan which I have taken from Zest money. I have been regularly paying my EMI on time. Irrespective of that I have got from recovery department for non-payment of EMI.
                                I also got in touch with customer care to complain and raise issue about the same. Upon which I have been told that the processing fee has not been paid. However, during the time of taking EMI the coordinator told that the Processing fees will be taken in one month where it will not be combined with EMI fees. Which clears that in any one month I have to pay processing fees which will not counted under EMI and neither it will be combined with EMI.
                                Even after this clarification, I have been told that EMI has not been paid. And Zest Money teams is not coordinating. I am directly getting calls from recovery department.
                                Need a response and help ASAP.

                                  Zest money offered me settelement option of rupees 9100/- n I paid the same immediately, and asked me to waiy 14 days for the Noc, but I got cheated by them and the loan is active snd they adjusted this money to the interest a I have mailed them more than 100 times and called them 200 + times and there are no accountable answer they are trying to threatening me to prove it !!! I have the mail, call, WhatsApp proof against them, still I'm not getting any justice .

                                  Taken 24k 2020 march(12 months duration) and paid 27000 till date and and taken 9000 rupees as ecs, still as per their report 10000 is the balance amount .

                                  And previously on 2020 Dec got offer of restructuring my Loan AnD asked me to pay 5k immediately then also I have paid the money immediately but once I paid all of sudden they chajged their word ( again I have the offer mail prof, call proof and chat proof as well.

                                  I havr cheated by zest money, there are no system with them, now its comes under misrepresentation, fraud and coercion, need justice, who me should I contact !!! Helpless ...

                                    I have a approved loan of 20000 /- and requested amazone vouchers on 2021
                                    july 2. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from yesterday but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent

                                        My self Pawan Kumar I have purchased a amazon voucher on Zest money of Rs 4892 on 01/07/21 which is approved but I have not received the voucher code and pin yet
                                        An error occurred when click on generate voucher that "your voucher is ready and will email shortly "
                                        it's passes 4 days time but I have not received my voucher pin yet Rs 4892 is already deducted from my credit limit
                                        I already contact customer support team it says that voucher pin will email within 24 hours but it passes more longer time than usual, I have urgent need of voucher
                                        Please approve and send that voucher as soon as possible

                                        However we can see that your query pertaining to Amazon Gift Card for the amount of Rs.4892/- has been resolved from our end and the EMI date for the same is also schedule from next month onwards i.e 5th of August 2021.
