Respected madam,
I have been the customer of zest money from almost half a year, i have never made any late payment
Recently when corona crisis strated i did request for the payment date rescheduling from regular date 7th of april to 10th of april,
As i was about to get salary late due to this corona in my work place,
After several emails i got reply from your team regarding this and i did request them for the date rescheduling,
The customer support executive told me that there are options of moratorium and i can pay emi regularly and she insisted if it's possible i can pay regularly and there will be no extra charges for emi, i told her that i don't want mortarium,
I will pay emi regularly and
I asked her about one day late payment option as i was about to get salary late due to sudden crona crisis and got confirmation.
She told me i can take one or two days time it's fine and there will be no late fee payment charges too i asked for that she told as it's this crisis time they won't charge for it
Later,
I got my salary on 7th evening so as i wanted to pay emi when i checked it was showing me 6 thousand something i was shocked and again wrote email many times till now you can check i have written many emails, i was suppose to pay 4500 something with out late fee or any mortarium,
When i wrote the email they again called me and asked i told them that i have never opted for mortarium even i my phone or in call with any customer support executive then they removed it after that now i have to pay 5thousand extra some thing, dear ma'am please you only tell me even after sending so many emails and so many calls and emails i was not getting reply at times then i had to text in instagram to get reply at one point of time and now again when i raised issue regarding this, i get a reply that in my app i have opted for mortarium and i have logged out so i have to pay my late fee how shameles it is when i have done so much struggle not to do any late emi payment have put so many emails and texts requesting for each and evrything now i only have to pay extra money, who is there to help me out when i have not done any mistake i hope atleast you will give me some solution regarding this issue,
I have been ignored many times i'm really tired please kindly go through all the emails i have done since march 30th and till april 30th, go through my emails you will get to know whether i have done any mistake, you are the only ray of hope i don't want to sue this as you people helped me when ever i wanted money when i was in difficult situation but now the situation turned out to be very bad, i will attach all the screen shots below btw the main screen shot of email is the customer support mentioned that i have agreed to pay emi on april 2nd is very much important and the reply which i have got from your team is really shuttering me i will attach both of them and go though this and please kindly go through all my old emails which i have done and please so justice to me i don't want to pay any late extra fee. I'm requesting you, kindly do the needful, i'm not complaining anything unnecessarily or out of greed, every penny i'm earning is very much important to me please kindly do the need full,
