I went through my cibil credit report and saw dmi finance has issued 2, 23, 000 rs for me on the behalf of zest money, but zest money has just given me 33000 as my credit limit in their app. This is totally un acceptable and shocking, zest money has received 2.33, 000 on behalf of me and issued just 33, 000. I request to take actions and cancel the above said loan or reflect the entire 2, 23, 000 on my zest money account. I have attached the photo of the loan from dmi finance reflecting on my credit report

      Hello,

      When i checked my cibil report in this month, it shows multiple entries of hard enquiries in the name of Ghalla/DMI Finance in my cibil report.
      I'm asking any loan from Ghalla/DMI finance company.
      so kindly check this wrong entries for the respective company and rectify with issues at earliest.
      Otherwise i will lodge a complaint to RBI / Consumer court as well.

          20 days back i had order some items in Myntra via Zestmoney application. The amount had been deducted from zest money and same had been stuck in payment gate way. From that date[protected] to till date i am running behind these guy but they are just giving me TAT's and not closing my compliant. Request you to please look in to the matter.

            On 29th march 2020, my Zest money Account was hacked and vouchers worth 31996/- rupees was transferred to someone's Amazon account without my permission and my bank account details with Zest Zest money is also changed.

            Immediately after the fraud happened I reported it to zest money. According to their customer care executive I reported it to cyber cell also and I shared the petition details with Zest money.

            But still zest money is not cancelled the stolen vouchers from my account and I need to pay the EMI amount every month.

            Due to lockdown Amazon is not selling any products. So the person who stole my vouchers may be can't purchase anything that time.

            But Zest money team is not interested to cancel the loan immediately. They said our internal cyber wing will investigate the issue and share the details with me soon. Now it's more than one month and still not updated anything regarding this.

            I am requesting you to cancel the loan activated without my permission and find the person who stole my money.

                Respected madam,

                I have been the customer of zest money from almost half a year, i have never made any late payment

                Recently when corona crisis strated i did request for the payment date rescheduling from regular date 7th of april to 10th of april,
                As i was about to get salary late due to this corona in my work place,
                After several emails i got reply from your team regarding this and i did request them for the date rescheduling,
                The customer support executive told me that there are options of moratorium and i can pay emi regularly and she insisted if it's possible i can pay regularly and there will be no extra charges for emi, i told her that i don't want mortarium,
                I will pay emi regularly and
                I asked her about one day late payment option as i was about to get salary late due to sudden crona crisis and got confirmation.
                She told me i can take one or two days time it's fine and there will be no late fee payment charges too i asked for that she told as it's this crisis time they won't charge for it
                Later,
                I got my salary on 7th evening so as i wanted to pay emi when i checked it was showing me 6 thousand something i was shocked and again wrote email many times till now you can check i have written many emails, i was suppose to pay 4500 something with out late fee or any mortarium,

                When i wrote the email they again called me and asked i told them that i have never opted for mortarium even i my phone or in call with any customer support executive then they removed it after that now i have to pay 5thousand extra some thing, dear ma'am please you only tell me even after sending so many emails and so many calls and emails i was not getting reply at times then i had to text in instagram to get reply at one point of time and now again when i raised issue regarding this, i get a reply that in my app i have opted for mortarium and i have logged out so i have to pay my late fee how shameles it is when i have done so much struggle not to do any late emi payment have put so many emails and texts requesting for each and evrything now i only have to pay extra money, who is there to help me out when i have not done any mistake i hope atleast you will give me some solution regarding this issue,
                I have been ignored many times i'm really tired please kindly go through all the emails i have done since march 30th and till april 30th, go through my emails you will get to know whether i have done any mistake, you are the only ray of hope i don't want to sue this as you people helped me when ever i wanted money when i was in difficult situation but now the situation turned out to be very bad, i will attach all the screen shots below btw the main screen shot of email is the customer support mentioned that i have agreed to pay emi on april 2nd is very much important and the reply which i have got from your team is really shuttering me i will attach both of them and go though this and please kindly go through all my old emails which i have done and please so justice to me i don't want to pay any late extra fee. I'm requesting you, kindly do the needful, i'm not complaining anything unnecessarily or out of greed, every penny i'm earning is very much important to me please kindly do the need full,

                  Total amount of 2310 is deducted as ACH return after paying the emi .Kindly do reverse the amount .

                      There is wrong account in my account i ask zest money to update in[protected] buy they didn't update and agin in[protected] it still not updated and i asked u have to wait 30-45 day they are asking this 2, 28, 000/- is not disbursed amount from dmi but it is a credit line for which our customer is eligible. We apologise for any inconvenience that you may have faced, but we would like to inform you that dmi has changed its reporting structure recently to credit line reporting. Hence, the eligible line of credit has been shown on your cibil report. I have never miss any emi but today when i check credit report same account is showing amount overdue and my credit score hurts i have already open dispute in cibil but zest money is not responding.

                      U have not give me any updates about LOAN acc no DMI[protected] I which there is over due of 4543 rs which main problem I facing due to wrong reporting my score has gone down and I m already ask I didn't want any loan from ZESTMONEY plz deactivate my account and also remove this credit line.
                      I m fed up ZESTMONEY they are not even giving any solution on mail just asking to wait 30-45 it will update.i asking them from[protected] till there 30-45 days are not come.

                        This side from toton paul from gurgaon.. I have a loan from zest money.. Which 1st emi was 5238/- and the due date was 7 th of april. I manually paid the amount on 6th april but still on 7th april the same amount has been auto debited. From then i have called atleast 20-30 times and everyone i called them they assured me that the money will be credited within 4-7 working days.. But still i didn't receive the amount. The account statement shows the proof of the debited money and there it was showing that the emi amount has been adjusted. But costumer care representative assured me that the money will be refund within 4-7 days. This is a type of mental harassment for me. Want a strict action against zest money.

                          My name is rajesh kumar roy my cibil not updated even after payment of all dues and request through continuous mailing since last 4 months. Line of credit account no. Dmi[protected] for rs 246000/- mentioned in my cibil, i have even no information about it. Every time said corrected in 30 days but 4 months passed not corrected.
                          Due to this my home loan application get rejected. And i lost lots of money in that.
                          Even they did not provide me a confirmation of account closure. I becomes helpless when y home loan get rejected due to incorrect information in cibil.
                          So this is request for everyone, if you will take loan from anywhere else in future don't go with zest money, everything is ok but cibil updation is very very bad it will destroy your credit in the market.

                          They closed my complain with zest money every next day without solving the issue, same things reply by all executive but problem not solved.

                            Hope you all are doing well..
                            I am mailing you very upset with zest money. For the last few days, i am getting call from zest money and i am being harassed. Actually the thing is that since the lock down happened i am at home and i am not getting salary from my company. I had mailed you for moritorim but i was not aware of its charge as interest was not updated in your application. I got more interest when the application was updated so i canceled the moritorim. The due date of my personal loan was 7 april but i was continued to pay installment and send from google pay installed 2 days ago on 5 april. But your application was not updated, then i called in your customer care, they asked for proof and i was provided to your team. After waiting for 2 days, my instalment got updated on the 8th, but the rs 727 moratorium has not been updated yet. I contacted you very many times and every time i got the same answer that you will not have to pay 727 rupees and will be updated in your application after 48 hours. But so far nothing has happened and the extent has been reached today when i got a call again from zest money that you had 1000 rupees from the moratorium and the money has become 727 because you cancel moratorium and you will have to give them. Meaning, what is going on in this drama, will anyone tell me about jestmani? I have also talked to the financial team and customer care. Please update it otherwise i will not give you my next installments and will mail the finance minister of india and many other places and complaint against zest money..
                            I have all your recording, screenshots and mails...

                            I hope you understand my concern and take it seriously and i hope i'll get positive response from zestmoney...

                              I had applied for loan on 17 march 2020 and it got approved. Zestmoney on its own decided emi schedule from may month onwards and applied "broken period interest" for 17 mar - 04 apr duration. I didn't ask them to schedule emi from may month neither it was mentioned in the application process when i was applying for loan. On their own they decided may month as start month and added broken period interest in first emi. So may month emi consists of principal amount+ interest+ broken period interest. When i didn't give my consent for emi schedule/broken period interest then why should i pay it? I want zestmoney to remove the "broken period interest" from my first emi which is scheduled for may month.

                                I have opened the zest money application…there i clicked amazon website it is not loaded for a period of 2-3 minutes. Suddenly after that i got a login page i have entered my mobile number there i got otp. I have entered the otp…from there onwards i don’t know what is happening in my account
                                I have not requested the amazon gift vouchers automatically it is generated without my knowledge. Zest money team send me the agreement form of vouchers. The real fact is that i have not generated those vouchers
                                I have contacted the zest money that without my knowledge vouchers are generated. I asked zest money to cancel the vouchers. They said once vouchers are generated it cannot be cancelled

                                On 29th march 2020
                                On the next day i was compromised and since the vouchers are already generated i decided to use them and try to add the voucher to my amazon pay account. Vouchers are showing it is already redeemed. I came to know that someone accessed my zest money account.
                                Then i have contacted again zest money they send the false statement vouchers are added to my mobile number. When i send the amazon pay transaction history to them and asked them to check the history they also came to know that i am not used the vouchers. Without checking their database they are saying false statement
                                I also contacted amazon team to which account the vouchers are added. Due to the security reasons amazon team have not revealed the mobile number but they confirmed that it is not added to my account based on transaction history
                                Zest money team came to conclude that there is a suspicious activity in the account. I don’t know the date of birth in my zest money account is also changed. Then the zest money team suggested me to contact cybercrime cell so that we can investigate with our internal team members and provide the solution to you in a legal manner. When i filed the case in the cybercrime they are not investigating. They are not providing any solution

                                I hereby say to that zest money is not maintaining any security in their website…see the applications like phonepe twallet and paytm they are having security.. I havent seen any security mentioning in their website or application like pci-dss security compliance, nortan security, quickheal security etc.. They don’t have any of the securities.

                                I requested zest money people to provide the following details of my account only they didnt provides me
                                From the month january onwards i what the loans which taken in my account?
                                Amount of loan sanctioned to me and emi tenure of than loan along with interest?
                                Gift vouchers provided for me and where the gift vouchers are used transaction done using that gift voucher?

                                When i login into my zest money account how you provide my account access to a unknown fraud person edwin. It’s a criminal activity. I think the zest money persons only used the vouchers
                                Mainly i want the total details of the loan which is taken recently i. E., 13100rs

                                How much amount is redeemed and which account the gift vouchers are redeemed?

                                What is the mobile no and email id to which the gift cards are added? In this case i want the mobile no of edwin and email id
                                Amazon is not providing all the details to me. Amazon is not responsible to provide all the details

                                I also requested zest money team also that you contact amazon and put the vouchers on hold atleast and provide the voucher balance atleast to me.. I will use that vochers... They havent helped that also..

                                I suggest dont purchase anything in zest money.. It is not secure.

                                i havent applied the loan on zest money...amazon vouchers are generated and used..why your team is generating false statements everytime...firstly when i contacted the zest money your team said that the vouchers are added to my mobile number...when I send the amazon pay balance history then your team said vouchers are used by someone named edwin...recently your team person saying that fraud is not done in your account..fraud is done in natarajan mani account..if the fraud is not done in my account how the loan is generated...why i am unable to use those vouchers...why theses vouchers are saying already in use...dont provide the false statement...

                                i want below details mandatory

                                as a consumer i have right to ask my account details...

                                to which account the amazon vouchers generated in my zest money account are added ( mobile no and email id)
                                why are you not answering to above question
                                i have right to know it...i want the mobile no to which vouchers are added and redeemed...please dont provide false satatements...

                                still my problem is not resolved...how a person can access my account and person named abin's account...I lost 131000rs he lost 31000rs...same amazon vouchers are generated and used by edwin...it means your application is not secure...we both want solution regarding this...my loan account no is 67FE96F75BB9 and abin loan account no is B273469CAC5A4...cyber crime is not responding...please highlight this issue by zest money team...i request the zest money team to hold the vouchers from EDWIN and claim them...and cancel the loan for us..

                                I think zest money is not secure...it will impact your reputation..find the person edwin..

                                    My emi amount debited on time in my account. But it does show pending in my zestmoney account.
                                    This is not my fault and is zestmoney's fault.

                                      They wrongly entered the highest credit amount in cibil report and the data that shows not updated till 31st March . As on March report the company name shows that as"GHALLA" . everything comes against in my CIBIL report

                                        I, Charudatta Kulkarni mobile num [protected]. I checked my bank account statement this month I saw that your company have deducted twice amount on 4th April 2020 for Rs.3860/- instead of single EMI.
                                        The amount wrongly deducted by you should be refunded back with interest.
