I have purchase some product amt 2650 /-via flipkart on behalf of zest money credit card.my order was cancel .flipkart merchant will deposit my amt 2650/- on 15 july on zest money credit card.i have many call and many mails for zest money so kindly refund my amt but zest money staff says plz wait wait .there was no response many days.i have request kindly close my loan and refund my money but no response.loan id is 56733A661291.MOB [protected] MAIL ID [protected]@gmail.com

    .I HAVE GIVEN LOAN CANCELLATION 3 months back, but till date nothing has been done.3-4 Emi have also been deducted from my account .This was facilitated thru Extramarks, from whom i did not even take up the course.It was only an enquiry.Extramarks has already given u cancellation request, i have a copy of the same in email, but you people are not processing it.The service is pathetic, and seems like u r taking customers for a ride.If within 3 working days i don't get refund from you i am going to file a case against you.

          On 8th july on myntra online shopping platform, i placed order using zestmoney, in which order is not placed due to payment failure. But zestmoney crated loan for the same, i have requested them to cancel the same as payment is failed and given additional proofs from myntra. I was told on 9th july that my loan will be cancelled withing 7 to 10 working days but till now they have not cancelled my loan. Please request you to look into this matter.

            Hello,

            I've taken a loan for a mobile purchase on emi from zest of rs. 14989/- on 11 april 2019 and i've paid all the emi's by 7th oct 2019 (6 emi's). But still it is showing active in cibil report and due to which my cibil score is getting down. It was before showing that i've taken a loan of 2lacs but recently i've complained on cibil and got it corrected. But its current status is showing active whivh should show closed and the current balance is showing rs.1/- which should also be zero.

            I've also emailed zest money regarding this but not got any reply regarding this.

            I want this issue to resolved as soon as possible.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am forced to come here to raise a concern about how unprofessionally the Zestmoney team dealt it is still dealing with my CIBIL issue caused by them. Please be advised that this issue is with my account since more than year, all I get is “we are sorry for the inconvenience, please send us the latest CIBIL report”.

              Okay, I sent them several times. Whenever I ask for an update, here they are again asking for a new report and asking me to wait for 30-40 working days for the CIBIL to get updated.
              I have given you more than enough time, earlier the issue was on delayed payments which is your system issue never my delay in making payments. Now 3 months ago, to add to those; I have a different person’s account details and his loans added to my CIBIL.
              This is absurd, first of all you put me in a place where other lenders refuse to give me any sort of loans, now it is as if you are giving me an add on to it!

              I am tired requesting you to resolve this issue, please do something quickly. I am in dire need!

              It seems they are doing this to everyone. I came to post my own complaint about the same issue and I I found several others. I've been begging them to fix the issue from last 3 months, but the only thing I got them from are "apology templates" and "we are escalted the issue" templates. Pathetic customer support. They are ruining my credit report since Dec-2019. It was 780+ In december and they managed to drag it down to 630~. I regret taking a loan from ZestMoney.

                  I have written continuous emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details to zest money but zest money is not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active. Four loans active in CIBIL report which I already paid before due date.

                    I have a approved loan of 10000 /- and 1350/- and requested amazone vouchers on 2020 july 4. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from yesterday but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent

                      I had two loans from zest money my loan . I paid off both loan on time. Now Zest money is not providing the NOC after lots of requests through proper channel. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my NOC at the earliest.Its very argent for me.

                        On 2nd July 2020 when i visit bank to get a loan they checked my CIBIL report and then they told you have a pending loan which you did not have payed yet. then i check my credit report and found a loan which is not paid that is DMI Finance partner ZestMoney. but i have paid all loans and have no pending bills.

                          Hello,
                          I don't have any existing loans in zest money and i have paid and cleared my previous loan payments on or before due dates.
                          Recently, when I checked my cibil score I was shocked that all zest money loans named as DMI finance are in active status and current balance is the original amount of the loan.. Due to wrong report given by consumer loan, my credit score got reduced.
                          I have verified my loan payments in zest Money app also and all are in paid off status.
                          Kindly resolve this issue ASAP as this impacts my cibil score.

                                Mne zest money ka voucher 21 feb 2020 ko active ho gya tha mne us gift card ko cancel krwa diya tha 23 feb ko. Or bola gya ki 7_8 working day's i'm ye voucher cancel ho jye ga or abi emi pay k liye bol rhe h. Mre ko koi bi voucher nhi mila h. Or na mre ko koi voucher chiye. Se cancel kr do.

                                  This Yaroju Naveen, this is my registered mail ID and my registered mobile no is [protected],

                                  On June 16th, 2020, my brother wants to purchase cloth items from Myntra ( his registered mail ID in the Myntra account is [protected]@gmail.com), the amount is Rs.6230/- for the payment option I have selected the Zestmoney Emi option in the Myntra website, Unfortunately my order didn't get placed the amount was deducted from my Zestmoney account ([protected]@gmail.com), and Loan also Created in my account (Loan activation date :[protected], Loan Order I'd:092EB1037197)

                                  I called and mailed several times about this issue, I got the reply """within 10 working days your loan will close automatically, we have sent your complaint to our concerned team"""", already this is 11th working day since amount got debited from Zestmoney, still I have not received the proper response from your end,

                                  I was sent related proof of documents from Myntra about this transaction and my loan details .

                                  Ultimately what I am saying that, my order didn't get placed but you wrongly created loan amount on my account, so I am not liable for that amount, it is your responsibility to close that wrongly created loan

                                  This is the third mail I am sending about this issue, I am very unsatisfied with your response and Service and also since last 2 days I am not getting any response to my mails and calls

                                    Kindly check the attachment of my latest cibil report. Password to open file is vemu1988

                                    Following errors reported by zestmoney in my cibil report

                                    01. I had one loan with zest money where i purchased my tickets on yatra with zestmoney, loan account reported as ghalla & account number is [protected] for this loan i paid all emi's and closed. But still u people reported the current balance in account as 21, 918/- so i request you people to check and update the cibil report for this loan account.

                                    02. Dmi finance account number dmi[protected] reported current balance as 45, 838 but this account also i paid full and closed but still u people reported wrong.

                                    Kindly check above two and update my cibil as soon as possible.

                                      I just checked my cibil credit report. And it has degraded alot. And the main reason is due to dmi finance which has to do alot with zestmoney.

                                      I've paid all the loan amount to zestmoney and that too before the due dates. Still it shows some manipulation.

                                      I request zestmoney to give me an clear explanation and resolve the dispute asap. It's affecting my cibil credit score.

                                        I want to opt for moritorium and give req on 23th may to till date of nd i received reply that i will receive call back regarding this withing 3 to 5 business days. I also talk with them and they also said your moratorium request in proces. Still they present ecs to my bank. I submitted bank statement also before lockdown i didn't bounce any emi. I paid emi till mar 20. And they are asking bank statement from jan 20 to june 20 also submitted it.
                                        They are not providing me moritorium. Daily receive emi payment reminders
                                        What should id do now very poor service
