This Yaroju Naveen, this is my registered mail ID and my registered mobile no is [protected],
On June 16th, 2020, my brother wants to purchase cloth items from Myntra ( his registered mail ID in the Myntra account is [protected]@gmail.com), the amount is Rs.6230/- for the payment option I have selected the Zestmoney Emi option in the Myntra website, Unfortunately my order didn't get placed the amount was deducted from my Zestmoney account ([protected]@gmail.com), and Loan also Created in my account (Loan activation date :[protected], Loan Order I'd:092EB1037197)
I called and mailed several times about this issue, I got the reply """within 10 working days your loan will close automatically, we have sent your complaint to our concerned team"""", already this is 11th working day since amount got debited from Zestmoney, still I have not received the proper response from your end,
I was sent related proof of documents from Myntra about this transaction and my loan details .
Ultimately what I am saying that, my order didn't get placed but you wrongly created loan amount on my account, so I am not liable for that amount, it is your responsibility to close that wrongly created loan
This is the third mail I am sending about this issue, I am very unsatisfied with your response and Service and also since last 2 days I am not getting any response to my mails and calls
