I was shocked when my application for car loan got rejected due to poor Credit Score.
I found out that an unknown consumer loan was attached to my Cibil Credit Report. On enquiring, I found Zestmoney attached a fake loan to my account. When i asked Zestmoney they admitted that it was a mistake and my Cibil report would be corrected within 30 working days. but nothing has been done even after 60 days.

Update after 15 days:

No action has been taken by the complany. On calling, Zestmoney would give different Answers, like our senior would call you; your CIBIL has already been updated, This not a loan a credit line.

    I have taken a loan from zest money and i have paid all the emi on time even before time.
    Requested them for noc and after lot of effort and reached all possible way to communicate with them but none of them is reverting back and also not providing me noc.

        As far as I aware that, recently I didn't apply for any loan with ZestMoney but still they are sending e-mail regarding Loan Rejection. I don't know how is the loan application getting auto applied with Zest Money. I did several mails regarding it but their replies are always irrelevant. My concern is my Cibil Score and it shouldn't get effected for it.

        ZestMoney again you are sharing irrelevant information. Loan rejection mail can't be a promotional mail. And I already told you several times in mail that I didn't apply for any loan with ZestMoney recently, how are you telling that loan can't be approved. Loan approval & rejection can be decided only after receiving of loan application. If I didn't apply for any loan with your organisation recently then how are you sending the loan rejection mails?

          Hello,

          I have cleared all payments on or before due dates in zest money

          Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance Which i am not aware of this dmi finance consumer loan

          From past 4 months it's showing over dew and the pathetic service support from your side

          I have attached the loan account of DMI finance(partner of zest money) loan entry in my cibil

          Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my crebil report is going down

            ZestMoney without card is worst Service so far as Refund is concerned. I have purchased the product on EMI through Zest Money. Later I cancelled the product from merchant. I forwarded the cancellation mail of merchant for refund of down payment and refund of EMI. They kept deducting the EMI even though the the product was cancelled. After one month Loan was cancelled by Zest Money. The refund amount is not credited by ZestMoney. Since Last one month I am requesting Zest Money to refund the amount, also written to their Grievance Redress mail. Every time I call they tell that, we are working, please wait, I am waiting since last one months. I don’t know whether I will get my refund or not. They don’t reply to the mail after sometime. In credit card transaction when you cancel the product by merchant refund is given within 3–4 working days also you can apply for charge back. I request you all that never get in the clutch of Zest Money. They provide loan from their Lending Partner, which are Non Banking Financial Corporations (NBFCs). So they are a agent between Lending Partner and Merchant. They are not bank, so not trust worthy. They are also not registered with National Consumer Forum and RBI Banking Ombudsmen.

              This is highly fraudly cheated from patshala team. Jest money were u enrolled fraudly took my all details and hurriedly enrolled .when during enrollment only for the emi he took details saying for registrationform and fraudly put me in jest money.and wat is this u fraud company . I gave e my details for registration not for this loan jest money.iam complaining to consumer court and let social media . Kam been asking for cancelation there is nothing action taken. These fraud company have some ethics and responsibility. Please cancel .

              I requested zestmoney for cancelation of my loan. I haven't made any this fraud jest money some one else taken my details put mein fraud jest money Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue also social media . No customer service is worth everyone talk differently wat is this .

              What is this statement iam hearing from jest money.also what is this trying to avoid the emails how long fraud work will continue.also the response iam getting is pathetic.even the customer email I'd is fraud.([protected]@zestmoney.in) y is this nonsense.                 I have taken a loan from zest money amount 17000 in 2019. And i returned all the amount in 6 emi's. And loan return was completed within six months without any delay. But from last one year my cibil still shows a loan is active. And amount too showing 2, 17, 000. I write both to dmi finance and zest money but still no resolution. Every time they demand fresh cibil report and 30-40 days time. But no resolution. I am deseparatly worried about my cibil score. And its really harrasing

                  I am Rabindranath Pradhan.I dont having any loans in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

                  Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmi finance limited (4 account)

                  I have written continuous emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details to zest money but zest money is not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active. Four loans active in CIBIL report which I already paid before due date.

                  Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest.Other wish I take legal action.my account registered mobile number:-[protected] and email address:- [protected]@gmail.com

                  As soon as possible close my active loans in CIBIL report.

                  They were told me that it will be fixed in 15 days .already 32 day complete but in my CIBIL report no correlation.Zestmony cheating with me.there are no email or response from them. Then i tried contacting them again and the same story is still going on. This is really important for me to fix my cibil.
                  I got loan 21000 rupees and i paid full amount.. But my cibil report show dmi finance active two more accounts with remaining amount without my knowledge so Please solve my CIBIL problem. Close two active loans in my CIBIL report as soon as possible. Deu to incorrect CIBIL report my loan application rejected in bank. please correct my CIBIL report as soon as possible.                     One month following up with your team and every time asking CIBIL Report, I don't know why you are asking CIBIL Report we are sending our paid details but your side not given DMI finance paid clearance details they are updated non payment. CIBIL Report given July and August no response after submitting asking below mentioned details.

                    I request you to share the latest cibil/experian/transunion report of August month.

                    Why you are asking cibil report it shows my pending DMI finance but I paid zest money promptly then send your account statement.

                      False Outstanding data showing in CIBIL Report

                      I took EMI plans from Zest money WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY DMI finance and repaid everything in November 2019, but in my Cibil report there is an outstanding amount showing as per the attached screenshot, because of that My cibil score has got very lower.

                      As per record i have no pending payment in zest money for last 8-9 months, i believe there has been an data error.

                      Please help me to correct this issue or if still...

                      my name is, I was enrolled to upse patshala by ufabertech and jest money on 22 june 2020.before this fraud company called me 100 times and took my all details like pancard adharcard, bank statement within sec approving everthing without my consent .they had enrolled me for the course for 20, 000. even during enrollment I asked about the refund policy for which the said u will get refund within 7-10 days. first u please join to these couse i[censored] think then u can decide whether to continue or not. hoping that they took my all details by agent mr Rahul saraf from patshala. hurriedly. put me in jest money for a 15, 000 .all fraudly taken my all details and put me in laon.their service is very worst. initial I had paid a amt of 5, 000 as advance payement. later after enrollment when I realized the service is bad and iam not satisfied with it. I called them several times, now one call also the r not receiving. I have been contacting several times regarding the cancellation.by means of fraud by the ufabertech u enrolled, cheated, and I asked about this before again and again .the worst service from the team, unethically, unresponsive, first u called me like anything please join and all.hurrydly trapped me and I paid 5 thousand first . after listening call, next day u took my all details and everything and hurriedly put me in jest money . Before when joining only I was told about that by rahul saraf that u please join now for a week something, i during conversation was cautious and even told about that frauds case which happened by another guy from patshala that refund was not done . And that person has complained. But still mr rahul saraf by means said don't worry i[censored]r not comfortable our cancelation is there u will get refund in 7 - 10 days.for this assurance I was enrolled and trapped.now iam calling there is not responding from ur side.when iam not satisfied with this still they are not responding anything delaying.not even receiving calls.m humble request will be to get instant ustice from the frad scam b ufaber tech and jestmoney . for which I paid 5, 000 and 15, 000 was made as a emi finance from jest money was done fraudl without m consent details were given b ufaber tech to estmoney(which I already reqested for cancellation and the r not responding.this is fraustating for me were m hard earned money is lost and not even refunded and noteven solved.i kindly request please help me for the justice.

                      Upse patshala is full fraud company, please think several times while entering this coaching institute which is online portal full fraud, starting till end you will be cheated, the innocent students who dont even no which coaching to join, they will brain wash by giving u counselling and also offer some discount and later when u pay accept and join .this is the biggest mistake I did, they will offer u demo class talk to u sweetly during those first place they will show u fight expectations and all nonscence then u will be trapped they will put u in some finance unknowable actually the company is ufabertech company please be cautious .This is highly fraudly cheated from patshala team. And Jest money were u enrolled fraudly took my all details and hurriedly enrolled .when during enrollment only for the emi he took details saying for registrationform and fraudly put me in jest money.and wat is this u fraud company .                       my name is, I was enrolled to upse patshala by ufabertech and jest money on 22 june 2020.before this fraud company called me 100 times and took my all details like pancard adharcard, bank statement within sec approving everthing without my consent .they had enrolled me for the course for 20, 000. even during enrollment I asked about the refund policy for which the said u will get refund within 7-10 days. first u please join to these couse i[censored] think then u can decide whether to continue or not. hoping that they took my all details by agent mr Rahul saraf from patshala. hurriedly. put me in jest money for a 15, 000 .all fraudly taken my all details and put me in laon.their service is very worst. initial I had paid a amt of 5, 000 as advance payement. later after enrollment when I realized the service is bad and iam not satisfied with it. I called them several times, now one call also the r not receiving. I have been contacting several times regarding the cancellation.by means of fraud by the ufabertech u enrolled, cheated, and I asked about this before again and again .the worst service from the team, unethically, unresponsive, first u called me like anything please join and all.hurrydly trapped me and I paid 5 thousand first . after listening call, next day u took my all details and everything and hurriedly put me in jest money . Before when joining only I was told about that by rahul saraf that u please join now for a week something, i during conversation was cautious and even told about that frauds case which happened by another guy from patshala that refund was not done . And that person has complained. But still mr rahul saraf by means said don't worry i[censored]r not comfortable our cancelation is there u will get refund in 7 - 10 days.for this assurance I was enrolled and trapped.now iam calling there is not responding from ur side.when iam not satisfied with this still they are not responding anything delaying.not even receiving calls.m humble request will be to get instant ustice from the frad scam b ufaber tech and jestmoney . for which I paid 5, 000 and 15, 000 was made as a emi finance from jest money was done fraudl without m consent details were given b ufaber tech to estmoney(which I already reqested for cancellation and the r not responding.this is fraustating for me were m hard earned money is lost and not even refunded and noteven solved.i kindly request please help me for the justice.i have been requesting for past 2 months they are negligent not responding full fraud their team.all those good reviews are from themselves to promote marketing, but actually its ###, nonsense mentorship, full fraud fake.

                        I was shocked when i seen my cibil report due to this —
                        Active loan from dmi finance 23, 938 in my cibil report
                        With current balance 2631 and 911 overdue amount which i have naver taken from zest money. When i call zest money they said we will correct it but its already 40 days passed from 8 july complaints they said we will correct in 30 days. Also i have send my updated cibil report again and again but no solution comes.
                        I have raised dispute on transunion cibil. They have corrected some entries in this report on 20 july like current balance 2631 to 1 and overdue 911 to 0. But this was not corrected fully because the account is not closed still active.

                        But again it was shocking when i seen same thing happened. When i seen updated 17 august cibil.com and transunion reports they have shown same 23938 loan current balance 2631 and 911 overdues.

                        This is not good because to interfere other person account and give there confidential details to other companies like dmi finance by zest money.

                        This made kind of making fool to coustmer already 45 days passed. They are unable to close this account

                        Due to this my cibil negatively effected and also banks rejected my loan application due to low cibil score.

                        I sent 100 times on mail and yesterday also sent latest cibil report Experian and Tansunion.

                        You are replying from 8 july that WE HAVE CHECKED AND FOUND ERROR IN Cibil and sent for correction but 45 days passed still showing active loan account.

                        Cibil also heavily effected.

                        They have disbursed this loan to other person thats why LOAN ACTIVE.

                        One more proof i applied for NOC for the loans from 8 july still not received

                        So, this is last now i am out of patience from 2 months i have to take further steps if you unable to solve this issue.

                          As i have cleared all my loans but still zestmoney deducting money from my account for which i already contacted customer care but they are no helping. They asking me to contact with bank though their clearly mentioned on my account statement the money is deducted from zestmoney.

                            * why are you using my data to take higher credit line from dmi & giving me a much lower credit line
                            * i need 9 lac compensation for.5% extar home loan interest rate which i got charged coz my cibil score decreased by 30 points due to your nonsensical mistake 3 time..
                            .5% on 70 lac loan is 9 lac
                            * 5 lac compensation for fraud & mental harassment done by you by providing false information to credit bureau

                              My credit score gone bad becouse of your team put wrong details with the cibil transunion and other credit institutions again and again. A month ago i send several mails to remove the wrong inputs. Finaly you removed only from the cibil. Becouse i was send dispute from my cibil membership account) in other like expirean, equfax, still exist. Now again your team shared wrong details with credit bureaus. There's no any overdues i but they mentioned 84days overdue. I have the proof which is show i paid on time. I closed my all loans. All of them paid bebore the due date and timely paid. No overdues. Please issue the noc for my loans. And remove all wrong details from the credit bureaus.

                                I'm vali sheik and i was your customer (I regret it). I took a loan from zestmoney on[protected] and i paid all emis. Even my account got closed on april 2020. But your lender (Incred? Visu leasing finance??) is still reporting one of my emi as due since dec-2019. I contacted your support team but the only reply i got from them is a stupid apology template. I even disputed the issue from cibil and experian portals. Still, they did nothing. I gave every detail they need to resolve my issue. I've waited for four months to contact zestmoney and i've waited nearly three more months again to get this issue resolved. But all i got was some random apology templates that ask to wait for a few more days. As i understand that you will do nothing to fix the issue. I contacted experian and cibil. But you guys couldn't simply press the yes button on the dispute. You rejected one of the disputes (Experian) was already rejected saying that the report was correct. What do i need do next?? Where should i got when you guys are behaving this irresponsibly from last 3 months. Actually, 8 months if i count from the beginning of this issue. But i'm counting it from the date i first contacted you. If you ask, i'm ready to repay the emi again. But please, save my credit score. I'm begging you.
