This complain is regarding the late fees that is applied on the both of my loans for which i was unable to pay on the scheduled period due to i had my phone lost when i was out of town during a visit. When i came back it took days for me to get a copy of my sim and had lost contact with all pending dues, i immediately paid one of the emi that was due on 20th oct for 78dc22170717 when there was no late fees applied on both the accounts but when i wanted to pay my second loan 4ffb363540cf i saw that there was late fees applied on both my accounts, this is cheating as i was not imformed about the late fees and now it is asking me to pay late fees for 1st loan and both emi and late fees for the second loan.. I want it to be removed immediately to repay my emi

I used Zest Money to purchase a Elearning course with Simpli learn & due to some dissatisfaction I had to cancel my course with Simpli learn.

And they approved my Refund, since the payment was processed from Zest, I was asking refund from them and it was denied mentioning 90 days policy.
I want to delete my account from Zestmoney

    I want zest money to cancel my flipkart voucher-request coz flipkart doesn't have gstib service. And the voucher isn't used yet. That was my first experience with zestmoney. But they didn't ask me to while they ended my voucher code and now i can't cancel it. It's not even used yet. I'm pissed off. They should have a cancellation button if the voucher or loan isn't used.

    My loan order id 6B4E8A979987.
    On that loan id my emi date was 27 October 2019 but i paid it on 26th October befor emi date. But then they transact for same emi on 29 October from bank. That's day my amount was not sufficient so bank charges me extra amount for fail transaction. That's no fare. Zestmoney cheat me. They cheated with customer.
    I enrolled for a online course from upgrad which i had to quit before the start of course itself. Upgrad processed my refund but ZestMoney is still sending warning mails for auto debit of money from my account. I need this to be resolved immediately. I donot know how to take legal proceedings. Kindly help me if anyone here could.

        Kindly cancel the vouchers code for 1k under helios as they don't have any product worth 1k. Unfortunately i activated the vouchers while window shopping on your merchants site from zestmoney app.

          Dear sir / madam,

          I have purchased 2 nos. Mobile phones from sangeetha mobiles, chinthal, hyderabad on 01.09.2018 on 12 months emi basis. Actually the emi should be deducted from 01.10.18 onwards. But your people are not deducted from date. I personally requested sangeetha people to start deduction and the online deduction was started from 14.12.2018 for rs.1, 412/-. From that date my emi is deducting regularly on 14th of every month for rs.1, 412/- upto october, 19 i. E. The 11th emi. The last emi for rs.1, 408/- is on 14.11.19 and i have received reminders regarding sufficient bank balance. I am keeping sufficient balance but till now but the emi amount was not deducted. Just before, i have opened my zest money online account, and shocked that there is a late fee of rs.250/- and my total pending emi is rs.1658/-. Please look into the matter and do favour to me.

            Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as Consumer Loan A/c number:-DMI[protected]
            Owner ship:- Individual as 178000 amount but i have naver applied for loan but in my cibil that loan is showing kindly remove this its affected my cibil score data and some amount also not paid kindly update my account soon as soon as possible otherwise i have submitted case in court

              Zest money is india's biggest loan co. One of zestmoney staff named rahul consult me and told to take loan from zestmoney i refused then he insist and create my zestmoney account and take a loan of 14000. Next day i told rahul that i no need of this amount and i told to cancel this loan after 1 month he changed my registered mobile number and take many loans then i try to communicate with rahul but his mobile is switched off then i also get in touch with zestmoney but there is any help provide by zestmoney. Zestmoney is a fraud please boycott this they change your registered mobile no and take many loan in your account

                    On 13th november 2019 at 9 pm i received mail and sms from zest money that loan has been approved for me for the purchase from zillonlife which i never applied for and someone have applied for loan using my details and i wanted to cancel that loan immediately please help me to cancel my loan. I have tried to contact zestmoney but there helpdesk is available only from monday to friday from 8am to 8pm but i wanted to cancel my loan immediately. I doesn't want to get into trouble and the emi was not applied by me or i didn't purchase any product from zillonlife.

Collection agent to make the payment so i said let me talk to customer care, after talking to them they rectified it updated the payment, then after still they call me that payment has not being updated and make the payment, then after half a hour they tell payment had been done, but share details, what.                           There Has been Wrong loan amount sanctioned & OS balance updated under DMI finance account number : DMI[protected] as 2, 24, 000/- Which i have never taken and the report has not been updated properly .

                            I took a consumer loan from zest money. I returned all the EMIs on time, and for the last 3 EMIs, I did pre-payment.
                            Recently I have checked CIBIL score on Bank-Bazar application, and I found that you have added late payment charges against me. I never did late payment, instead, I have done prepayments.

                              Hello,

                              I applied for an education loan and Zest was unable to process it even I had all the documents and qualified for the loan.Zest was unable to respond with a valid explanation for rejection. Zest have all my details, everything from PAN to bank account details. Although Zest haven't processed my loan but the team is active in sending emails and promotional mails, which is quite irritating.

                                    I have made a no. Of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that i can pay my emi and receive the cashback as my previous account has been closed and i do not have any bank account closure copy which i have already told them.
                                    Everytime i have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 2 months. I have already shared the latest bank details and payslips multiple times and you everytime give me some silly reasons that there is some technical issue, payslips of all the months should be in one consolidate pdf, account is not being accepted by the system, etc. Etc.

                                    If you are not able to change the bank account details at least tell me the procedure how can i get my cashback which i receive after paying the emi.

                                    Request you to address this asap as i need to pay my emi.

                                    This is the earlier complaint which i wrote in mail to them.

                                    Still now my cashback has not been processed for the previous months and after that. They asked me for bank account closure statement. I provide them with that too and still they haven't changed the account details and haven't processed my cashback.

                                    I complained them again on the mail. They asked me again for latest 3 months bank statement which i downloaded and sent them. Without proper reviewing they revert me back with the statement that statement is not in pdf format, name is not there in the statement, account no. Is not there in the statement, ifsc code is not there in the statement. (Which are already there in the statement) and without even downloading them and reviewing they are giving this silly statements. Are they totally illiterate and don't understand that every statement has this basic details.

                                    Going through all these, i unwillingly preclosed the loan and even they they are not able to address my complaint.

                                    I have provided you guys with the details along with the NACH and still it is not processed. I was again assured that it will be done within 3 days and its almost 15 days.
                                    Whenever I reply to your support email they again ask me for bank details. I don't understand that how many times I need to provide you with the same details.

                                    All of a sudden without any notice or warning zestmoney is sending NACH to my account from last 3 days. And due to insufficient funds the NACH are bouncing which have costed me 2000 rs. They should have atleast warned or messaged me. They have my signed NACH and they are abusing it by sending it any time at their will.
