Hey this dimple shah, i was holding loan of your company's, which i had preclose by some how one of the loan was not being updated, of which there was there call received from. Collection agent to make the payment so i said let me talk to customer care, after talking to them they rectified it updated the payment, then after still they call me that payment has not being updated and make the payment, then after half a hour they tell payment had been done, but share details, what. A insane is this, are this people are some mad, and another most important things is that my personal detail are being missed use, the no which is only for my private use i am getting calls on them, so i am filling a cyber crime case against company and collection agent.

And they approved my Refund, since the payment was processed from Zest, I was asking refund from them and it was denied mentioning 90 days policy.
