Hello,

I am having several loans in zest money and i am making payments on or before due dates.

Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance (2 accounts) & ghalla (1 account).

This is a serious problem, as despite of paying on or before due dates, my credit score is adversely affected.

I have written two times to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details from my cibil dashboard, but no response yet and whenever i try calling them, line is always busy and chat support says within eod i will receive a response, but days go by.

Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my credibility as well aware by everyone.

Also, requesting to review the account mapped to my cibil, as it shows two accounts for a single loan of rs.11, 999/-, one from dmifinance & other from ghalla.

Same thing is happening for me also ... I have taken zest loan form my brother's education and its only 35k+ and these ****'s website is showing that I have paid the money without any delay. But when I checked my cibil report it is showing some stupid bank named GHALLA's consumer loan and no repayment history and my cibil score went in red state now...

    As per the terms and conditions of zest money; amount of emi should be deducted from my amount, the deduction as not done and charged me last fee indicating manual emi payment required.
    Late fee charged on 22/09/2018 ;

    The last fee should be waived off.

        Sir myself parveen i made an account for purchase of one plus 6 from amazon by using zest money. The product cost me 39999/- on amazon and i selected emi option of 7271/- rs for 06 months. But i couldn’t manage to book my phone through the zest money app.in fact by mistake i made one loan repayment of 7271/-rs on the app. I am in a great fix as 7271/- rs deducted already and still my order is not booked.           I have a approved loan of 25000, and i requested to make flipcart voucher of rs 15000, 10augest i got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready, now i can shop from flipcart. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "could not generate your voucher, please try again later". I'm trying from yesterday but still there is the problem. I have attached the screenshot, please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent

          I was approved a loan of Rs, 30, 000/- . Out of which i used 3 gift vouchers for a purchase of Rs, 24, 999/-. Now unable to use the gift voucher for purchase of the rest amount. It showed invalid.

            Hi, i have a credit limit of 25000 i uploaded the nach form 5days ago.. It has to verified within 24hours bt its not! Then your chat assistance told me that i can apply for a voucher and i do apllied for voucher and then again they told me to wait for 24-48hours!! Bt now its been more than 48hours and still i didn't got any sms or email! What is the problem? Why its taking so long???

              Hi, i have got the credit limit of 12, 000. I have uploaded the nach 10 days before. Daily they are asking me to wait for 24 hours. Their customer services is worst. I have never seen such a customer services who give false information ad fake promises to its customers. They dont even know to reply the messages properly. If they are not sure about the time they should not tell me to wait for 24 hours. Daily i am checking me the mail and connecting them in the chat and asking them about the status and they are saying it will be generated in 24 hours and it is maximum time. One time they even said to wait for 3 hours to escape from my questions. Later i got to know that they said it just to escape from me as after 6 their customer care don't work. Their customer care number also dont work. It is really a bad expereince with this one.

              My voucher is not approved from last 10days nach is already provided another all documents are approvbed my register no. is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
              I do not want other gift card because it's emi is so hudge and don't need other emi. And my question is when I am purchasing a 8900/_ rupee product though my vachur is 48900 so how much I pay emi in zestmoney.

                  Hi its been 2 week and my account is still not working whenever i try to login it takes forever just to get me log in and secondly my nach document is still not verified after 2 weeks of complaints and all waiting. How long would i have to wait
                  I also told you guys to increase my limit. You told me wait 90 days and so that i have waited so long you increase my limit from 6000 to 6400. What will i do with this extra 400 buy a new iphone x

                      Dear zest money team,
                      With due respect i would like to inform you that my name is gourab roy choudhury, an unwanted customer of your organization. A voucher of make my trip was generated against my name in the month of april, 2018 with the voucher code [protected]. It was an constant reminder from your organisation that i need to upload nach file to confirm my loan amount (Screenshot attached). But i totally ignored it as i didn't require that loan on that time. But on that date itself my voucher code and pin had been generated on my name and even you have deducted money 2 times from my account without purchasing anything from make my trip. I want to cancel the voucher with immediate effect. If your company had reported to cibil for not paying your emi, i want an solution for that immediately. I am late to reply to this mail as i was busy taking care of my ailing mother and couldn't follow up the case.in between few of your executive called me for payment follow up, i conveyed the same to them but after that there was no response from your side without the payment reminder messages and mail.

                      Currently, we do not have an option to cancel your loan application. However, I have raised a request for cancellation. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. 

                      The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                        Mam actually i took a loan of rs 6000/- from your company so instead of rs.6000/- they provided me the gift card of makemytrip.. But that gift card is not working so i asked them that the gift card is not working so please cancel that gift card so they are saying that we can't cancel that gift card so you have to pay the emi of rs.2000 per month if you will not pay the emi it will effect your credit score and still they have deducted rs.2000 on 27/08/2018 the amount of rs.2000. And when first time i talk to zest money they said that if make my trip will email us regarding this issue then we can cancel this card but now when makemytrip email them regarding this issue now zest money is saying that we can't cancel this card.. I just want to ask you one thing that if you have started this company to ripped off the customer then ripped of directly scam directly why all this formalities. If you can't help the customer then don't increase their problem. Even make my trip tried to help me regarding that gift card to complete the purchase but still it's not working... Even i am really very disappointed from all this stuff.

                        I have a credit balance of rs. 6000 in my zest account and on today at 4.00/am i applied for an amazone voucher for rs.5699/-. I have already uploaded my nach. But there is no reply from zestmoney till now. As i want to book a phone from amazone on urgent basis, please help and support me at the earliest.

                          I applied loan from zestmoney for flipkart redmi sale which for rs 14999. They grant my loan for flipkart. I order the mobile but did not get which colour mobile i order. So i cancelled they order. Flipkart refund my order. But which gift card i used it invalid now. I contacted customer care several times but they said loan will be cancelled in 7days. After 7days i contacted again they said it will be cancelled in 3 days. But on 27.08.2018 they deducted rs 295 from my bank account. They said cancelled my loan in 1days. But did not do it. And again deducted rs 295 from my bank account on 1.09.2018.
                          Please cancelled my loan from flipkart.

                            I am applying 22 august 2018 in zest money loan in ur company, that loan also sanctioned but rate of interest is very high so that same day i was call customer care and told cancel the loan sanction amount, he also tell ok we are cancel your loan sanction amount, but now one mail received e-nach successfully registered and automatically debit emi in your bank account, how is possible? I cannot activate your loan then how is deducte emi amount so please cancel my loan do the needful

                            Hi Gopal Ashwin,

                            Currently, we do not have an option to cancel your loan application. However, I have raised a request for cancellation. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation.

                            The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                              We apologize for any inconvenience caused, there are no active loans in your name. The last application was canceled as per your request, the notification you received was the NACH mandate being verified. However, since there is no loan active that will be canceled as well. We assure that they will not be any payments going out of your account.

                                I have already told with your customer care executive about my problem. They had told me that will be resolve by us in sort time but it has not take any action about i am facing problem of two time deduct amount of my installment (Rs.366) and as per accord to your executive i have sent account statement by mail. They also told that will be adjust in next emi but due again return my ecs and broken my cibil score. And return charge has deduct in bank acc.

                                    I took the loan for purchasing a phone via amazon, however it got cancelled it got the voucher refund, then i opened a request with zest money via chat option on website and i was assured from zest-money that the loan will be cancelled, i wont be charged anything. However i am receiving notifications everyday to pay you guys.
                                    Please help me out here as the date is approaching closer its due in 5 days.
                                    I have tried to reach you via phone and chat but no luck, hence i am writing here.
                                    Please take my request on priority and cancel this loan for god sake.

                                    As per your conversation with our customer care, the payment link to pre-close your loan has been sent to you. Once the loan is pre-closed the confirmation will be sent to you via SMS and Email.
                                    Sir I don’t want loan I am just want to see my loan is appled because my civil is poor
                                    But I not want loan so kindly cancel my loan
                                    Your Customer care executive shared a pre-closure link & asked me to pay 40000 in once to close this case, however the problems remains,
                                    if i had 40k why would i come to you for loan
                                    use the money which you gave me as a loan. i have not touched it, and your cc executive told me on 1 august that case will be closed and its still not resolved yet, please find a way to resolve this.
