Hello,
I am having several loans in zest money and i am making payments on or before due dates.
Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance (2 accounts) & ghalla (1 account).
This is a serious problem, as despite of paying on or before due dates, my credit score is adversely affected.
I have written two times to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details from my cibil dashboard, but no response yet and whenever i try calling them, line is always busy and chat support says within eod i will receive a response, but days go by.
Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my credibility as well aware by everyone.
Also, requesting to review the account mapped to my cibil, as it shows two accounts for a single loan of rs.11, 999/-, one from dmifinance & other from ghalla.
