I am facing so many problems with zestmoney first they gave me some useless codes after several days of followup it was rectified and now i have paided them on time but they are not giving my no cost emi refund back, its been more than 17 days but still now i haven't received any refund or any update regarding it they are just a name sake but they don't help you i will not recommend this to anyone.

    I have applied for voucher code of 8000 rupees, for make my trip ticket booking but now because of some reason I have no use of the voucher for which i want to cancel the loan, but at first they are refused to cancel the loan and then after a few conversations and complaints, I got a SMS on my phone that the loan is cancelled . I am sending the SMS in attachment !! But the zest money customer care are now saying that we have no updates about the cancellation SMS.please don't do this type of misleading.
    I have not used a single money of the MMT Voucher. So I am requesting you to take the further action to cancel the loan immidiately . Otherwise I have to go to the police and court against zestmoney.Please Resolve my issue immediately.

    Hi team I'm trying to activate my account but it is asking upload the NACH, but I'm trying to get NACH by download option but it shows "something went wrong, don't worry we'll send to email [protected]@gmail.com " still I'm not receive any email from zest money. Please consider my problem

      I have applied for flipkart vouchers of Rs.12, 999/- for Redmi NOTE 6 PRO that's 23rd November sales already over and still Ur vouchers is not working.23rd November Redmi note 6 pro sale is over and after this phone will cost more with Rs. 1000. So that I don't want to pay extra. Now cancel my vouchers immediately before deduct any EMI from my account.

      We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant.

      Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled.

        Hi,

        I had couple of loans running with Zest Money and one of which was Application ID : AKUG889457 for Amazon vocher. For initial few months they were debeting the money from my bank and later on it got stopped. Couple of month i spoke to some one and paid manually and requested them to have the issue resolved as i dont have sufficient time to go ahead and pay manually and more over talk to some professional people.
        Later they never debited 3 months of EMI were in i had Balance in my account.

        Now they started to call me for the payment collection however i had explained every issue which is happening with the account to the person whoever called and informed him the plan of action. Post with today on[protected] there was a different lady who called in and i was trying to explain her the same for which she was not ready to listen, so i aked her to proceed legealy for which she response was you dont have money to pay us how can you pay legal fee and she did mention shame on you and other things this which i never understood and i was insulted by that lady over the phone . I did reach back the same number and exchange couple of words but the lady other end dosent have manners how to talk to there customer and she did said the same words again which is not accpectable.

        Being a service provider its your responsablity to talk to your customers respectfully and properly. However in my case the mistake is at your end were in you guys have not debited the money from my account and still talk unprofessionaly over the phone with customers, more over i have my bank statment which says there was no EMI reflected for the same and there is no Bounces in my account.

        I would request some one to look into this issue if not zestmoney as a company will be lossing customer's and name as well.

        I would like to talk to someone form the team before i take further decision on how to proceed with the situation happened to me today.

            I applied for loan for 10000 in zest money but it shows that loan is disbursed but no money has received in my bank account. I want to give a compliant on this site due to privacy violation and fakeness.
            But I want this conflict resolved soon and I want my loan back. How can I pay EMI with out receiving loan.This error is showing for me.I didn't want to repay loan if it is not disbursed into my bank account.

              Greetings !

              Thank-you for your email.
              When I opted for ZestMoney EMI, it displayed a small note saying that the interest would be credited back after each EMI payment. Also, when contacted your customer care executive, she too confirmed the same and assured me that the offer was going at that moment and eventually I will avail the benefit.

              Since a long time my husband, Madhu Chand (madhuchand.[protected]@gmail.com) has been using ZestMoney and he explained me its offers and when I registered myself it showed me offers without any interest, thats the reason I opted for this EMI. If by any chance/reason there is an interest then I will be not at all interested. I dont have any need to buy a fancy item and pay additional charges.

              If you still are charging me interest charges, then it is purely cheating and malpractice. Since, at the time of loan application your app didnt show any interest charges. And if you do not reverse the cheated interest charges then i must knock OMBUDSMAN's justice door and narrate my concerns.

              Anyways, first things first, here are my proposals:

              1. Do not charge any interest charges, if you do so then I shall cancel the product from Amazon or I will not take the delivery. Once the amount gets credited back to Amazon Pay, then you can void the vouchers. Or
              2. You can convert the transaction from 6 months to 3 Months EMI. So, that there are no interest charges.

              We understand your concern but would like to inform you that the offer is decided by the merchant and the offer is applicable for 3 months EMI tenure. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the tenure as the loan is already active.

              Also, as the offer is not applicable for 6-month tenure, hence we will not be able to wave off the interest. We have attached the screenshot of the offer how it would appear to our customers when they select the tenure after the changes were made by the Merchant i.e. post 15th November 2018.

                    My emi of rs 3040 was debited on due date but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi repayment is late. As it is already debited from my account why should i pay it again. Kindly check and fix this asap. Also make sure my cibil should not get affect as this is not my fault. I have seen some similar complain so i am sure there is some problem on your server. I need a resolution asap. Feel free to contact me.

                    My emi date was 17th june but due to insufficient fund in my account emi was not paid and intrest amount was deducted, on 18th june i have paid emi by quick pay option and the emi amount is also deducted from my account but still showing emi payment is late in my zestmoney profile. Kindly resolve the issue.
                    Please help me when emi will be debited from my account as the emi date was 5th of may

                      My emi of rs 3635 was debited on due date but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi repayment is late and given 2 days to pay it. As it is already debited from my account why should i pay it again. Zestmoney customer service is very poor. Looks like i did a mistake by taking taking a loan from zestmoney. Kindly check and fix this asap. Also make sure my cibil should not the affected by your mistake otherwise i will take legal action against you.

                        Really appreciate your time on call! As we spoke we have taken a cancellation request. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                            I was issued two vouchers from zest money on october 10th which i was supposed to be used on the amazon website. I wasn't able to redeem the vouchers and when i contacted zest money i was told that the vouchers will be cancelled but after a weeks time i started getting emails from zest money about the emi plan for the same vouchers. I contacted amazon as well and they said on october 10 a person called vikas attri has already redeemed those vouchers. I have lodged the complaint in cyber crime as well as suggested by zest money supervisor kamlesh chandelkar.

                              Worst experience in zestmoney very bad service you are providing, I told you before also that I have no use of that make my trip voucher code, then why should I pay the emi. I have complained many times before to the zest money customer care team over phone then they sent me a confirmation SMS of cancellation of the voucher code loan, but now I got an email that your emi of 2788 is due. And when I asked them about this, they are saying no updates are showing about cancellation of the loan. Very bad service you are providing.                                 I have applied for a loan amount from Zest money and on October 10 they provided me two voucher codes one for 10000 rs. and another one for 767 rs. which I was supposed to be used on Amazon website. When I tried using the vouchers I was getting error so I cudnot redeemed those vouchers & I sent the screenshot to zest money. Now they are saying the vouchers have been redeemed. When I checked with Amazon they said that somebody called Vikas Attri has redeemed those vouchers. I don't know who this person is & how did he used vouchers issued to me on my email.

                                Step 1. Please log a complaint with the Cyber Crime unit of your city with complete GC ID details. cybercrimepscomplaint[at] gmail[dot]com

                                Step 2. The complaint notice that needs to be registered is u/s 91 Cr.PC.

                                Step 3. Once that is done, the cyber crime team will have to email the complaint to [protected]@amazon.com.

                                Step 4. Once the email is received, our law enforcement team will share the complete details with the cyber crime team for further investigation.
                                Without my knowledge loan approved... Loan amount 15999/- interest 4200... Super it's called meter interest... Why RBI allowing this kind of loan scheme... cheating cheating... Fraud fraud... Pls avoid guys...
                                I booked a phone through the zestmoney it showing loan the 11, 999 bt phone is not booked. And I didn't get any SMS. Please resolve the issue. My phone number is [protected].

I had heard a lot about it from people so thought of giving it a try so i applied for an flipkart voucher 22147 rs to buy a mobile bt then i saw the interest is very high although i have not signed the nach yet i want to cancel the application, i have not received any vouchers as well so please cancel the application.                                   We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant.

                                  Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled.

                                    I have got 2 amazon vocher sum of 18, 500/_ from zestmoney. Now i wants to cancell my lone vouchers, i can't use this vouchers code. You can cancelled the voucher before thirty days from the date on which you received it through email. But when i called to customer care they said that you cannot cancell ed the voucher and emi of 1912/_ is deducted from your account. This is really a injustice.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      I register to Zest money with the Rs12000 Salary for loan purpose but ther rejected the same without any proper reason. When I asked for the same so they provide the 4-5 reason & told that the reason would be 1 of them.

                                      I already chats with the ZESTMONEY HELP they also did not provide any valid reason or did not provide the loan.

                                      I talk to the customer care after 2 days of applying so they told that All docs are verified.

                                      Please do something for the same sir, because I need a loan.

                                      Loan application approval or rejection is based on multiple factors. We regret to inform you that your loan application was not approved this time and below is the probable reason for rejection,

                                      1) Late payments on existing ZestMoney EMI
                                      2) Too many prior loans. Repay previous ones to keep availing benefits of ZestMoney.
                                      3) Insufficient/irregular income or loan amount higher than the allowed credit limit
                                      4) We might not have enough data about you to decide. Give us a few more months to know you better!

                                      We are sorry to disappoint you this time but urge you to apply for a new loan after completing 90 days from the date of rejection.

                                      What I asked you through the mail or what I asked you on the behalf of on this.

                                      I want proper & expect solution for the same.

                                      You guys are again and again making me fool as told that can be multiple reasons so that for you kind of information I provide yours all points answers:-

                                      1) First time ti login with Zest/Money
                                      2) Did not take any loan prior.
                                      3) Regular income already mentioned in the bank statement
                                      4) I have provide all the Docs what you want so how can its enough or not.?.

                                      If you do not have any proper reason for the same that means you guys are making me fool & cheated with me. That's why you guys are doing rounding off but you do not have any proper reason to declined as it declined by mistakenly by you but you cannot except your mistake so that you guys are trying to make me fool..

                                      I want company should provide the loan of Rs12000 with return back only 50% because i am suffering a lot due to ZestMoney. Otherwise company should provide the proper solution with proper reason for the same.

                                      I don't want any foolish reasons as upper mentioned.

                                        Pls lookout my zestmoney case ref no : #00639247, #00649037, #00667039 on 08/10/2018... Application id : 0b1fa55110f5... My 20000 loan was approved and i got 2 gift vouchers one of 10000rs voucher i successfully added to my flipkart gift wallet but another 10000rs voucher unable to redeem. I am getting error "card or pin invalid" on flipkart every time. Also i contact through via live chat immediately after i received my voucher in zestmoney and customer executive suggest me to try to it reedem tomorrow so i tried on next day but its not working.

                                        Zestmoney mail customer support is very worst i sent them screenshot of error 2 times via email and but no one replied on email then i contact through via live chat again then getting reply from them your problem will solve in next 24hrs but my problem still not solve. I am very disappointed. Now, its more then 22 days already... Every time got the same scripted answer from the support staff... You issue will be resolved in next 24 hours.

                                        ON 2nd Nov i received call from Zestmoney, they told me that they already got the new PIN from FLIPKART, and i will received new pin in just few minutes, Even after waiting 2 hours no email.. then i again contact through via live chat, then Zestmoney staff (SANA) told me that i will get resolution in next 24 hours... again i have to wait 24 hours...after 24 hours no email, ...then i contact them again via live chat some other guy named Devendra, told me that they don't have any update regarding my voucher...what the hell?...then why they told me that i will get new pin in few min ...just given false information every-time...replying every-time same scripted ans...i will get confirmation in next 24 hour...how many 24 hour you guys required to solve my issue...almost 1 month is already passed... 2 time Flipkart sale already gone...3rd Diwali sale is almost over...then what the use of gift-voucher if i can't use when i wanted to? and why i have to wait that much longer? i din't take loan from Flipkart...i'm taking from you guys... whose gona pay me if Flipkart don't confirm my voucher ...i didn't expect this kind of service from ZestMoney...more then 28-20 times i already contacted them...but still no solution..every-time got the same ans...we have escalated your issue to the concern team on priority basis, you will get revert from them soon...i din't know if they are taking that much long time on priority then how much time required if there is no priority...
