I have taken two loan from zest money i have paid all the emi on time but because of my busy work schedule i missed few of the emi for which they are charging huge amount of penalty which i was not aware of i request you to kindly remove the penalty and let me clear my loan for which i did not receive any reminder from the customer care team i even called the customer care they told me that i will receive a call from finance team but no one contacted me i request to help me with this. Hi Nishant Kumar,

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, as per our records. We've called and emailed you multiple times in regards to pay your EMI on time, due to the failure of payment the penalty was charged. If you had informed us last year itself, we could've made an exception. You can pre-close your loan at any time but we are sorry the penalty charges cannot be waived as this has been pending since last year.

If you want to pre-close your loans, please write to [protected]@zestmoney.in from your registered email address and we will send you the payment link.

I have paid the amount on the same day. but i am still getting messages that (you have not paid the amount). And I am not able to access to the zest account -( Your auto-repayment mandate is under review). because of your mistakes my CIBIL score is getting bad. i am very disappointed by the management of your website. Since you are handling money and this type of service is big drawback for your website. Please update my CIBIL score i dont want to suffer because of your mistakes.

    I have applied for the personal loan on 4 feb 2019 and it is approved 3-4 weeks ago. And i signed auto debit/nach using otp method and after that i also got messgae that you application is completed and approved and money willl be deposited in your bank account. But after waiting for 3 days i contacted your executives they told my nach is not complete so will send nach by mail sign it and send back. But i didn't get any mail. I chatted several times with your executives and they told will send on mail within 24 hrs i waited days and i didn't get any. Atlast they told me to send sign through mail then i send through mail after that also no response. And now everyday they were saying will send nach on email wait for 12-24 hours. Its clear harassment. Please do the needful.

    I am stuck with this problem from last 24 days and now after so much complaints and follow ups you made loan active but amount not credited in bank account.what is this?
    Why giving such type of mental pressure to me.
    Zestmoney customer support never gives clear answer.everybody gives same written answers.what type of banking system you were using that will take 3-4 days to get credited in account?

    Same problem here also
    Loan amount of 22000 showing that was disbursed and still not credited to my account but showing that amount will auto debit, what a fraud is this, if money was not credited then why you showing that I have taken loan, when I call to customer care they say that it will be credited in 3 working days, after 15 days yet i didn't got credited, if that so close my account and cancel all my transactions, i don't want any loan .

        Sir i have apply for loan on zestmoney online my loan get approved 18000 and 6000 but i did not purchase any things from flipcart or any other e-commerce store and after one month i got massage have to pay emi according to schedule then i called customer care of zestmoney then i told him to close my account as i purchased it in cash from local furniture shop with low cost. He told that it will not be close you have to purchase. Yeah to zabardasti hai now i am mentally disturbed without purchasing i have to pay why so please do something for me so that i can come out from that tension.

          This is with regards to the loan application no 31838dc74ba8 with zest money.
          I have taken a loan in sep 18 and i have done the ech for the emi to be paid, my bank has also confirmed that ech has been done, however due to your (Zest) system issue ech has not been done and payment was not deducted on the scheduled time (7th of every month).
          I contacted your customer care and informed the same, they said ech has not been approved from my bank at the same time emi got deducted (Auto debit) from my account on 1st oct that means there was no issue from my side or my bank side also.
          They said its zest system issue we will check but again same thing happened in nov 18 also, i against called you then you have fix this issue in your system, so in dec 18 emi got processed on time (7th dec).
          Meanwhile you reported bad on my cibil and my score has been impacted badly then i complaint about this to your customer care.
          Now when i applied for the another loan it shows that we can not process your loan now as you dont meet the criteria.
          Its very bad experience with zest now.

            I was having a loan in zest money, which was closed already and i made payment on or before due dates, one payment was dine later as already informed to zest money change my emi dues but they did not and changed, i have made full payment and loan account closed already, but cbil affected not updated

            This is a serious problem, my credit score is adversely affected.

                        Zest money has fraudulently imposing emi on me even without buying anything from any merchant. I just want to cancel the voucher and don't want to pay emi without even buying anything. Atleast wait for the transaction they have clearly miss leading customer's with false faqs that guarantee that emi application will be closed but when we tried to do the same they won't allow, can anyone help me in this and what step can i take to end this traumatising episode.

                          1) i had requested your team to change my emi due date past two months still no one has bothered to check. Only when emi is pending during that period i get a call and ensure everything will be sorted out.
                          Ps: as my emi is due on 28th of every month and and i had requested to change on 5th or 10th of every month and your executive ensured they will do but not yet done.

                          2) when i login my zest money account, the data is not updated and same has been informed to your executive teams as well but still no updates from them.

                          3) when i see my transaction statement, there is some 675 interest has been added to my account every month and your team has no idea what is that.

                          4) i have paid 6 emi's as per your team information but still my balance amount is growing rather than reducing.

                          I need a clear cut clarifications on all above information untill and then i am not going to pay a single penny to you guys. I have all proofs (Call recordings, whatsapp msgs and screenshots).

                          Zest management, please train your people to behave with customers with basic ethics, they dont know what they speak. I am really sorry to write this mail since i am fedup of seeing the statements and service of your team and i have stopped recommending to my friends, family about zest money.

                                We value your relationship with ZestMoney. According to the terms and conditions once the voucher code is activated we'll not accept the cancellations. However, as a one-time exception, we'll forward for cancellation. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation.

                                The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                                  I am having 2 loans in zest money and I am made payments on or before due dates.& I have closed one Account with application Id JRWH443731

                                  i checked my credit score and history, i was frozen to find my score got reduced due to the invalid report was updated by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance & ghalla

                                  Because of the irresponsibility of ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), , my cibil was affected

                                  I have written several Emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com to update my CIBIL as per my progress, but no response yet and whenever i try calling them, the line is always busy

                                  Requesting to resolve this matter at the ASAP, As this impacts my credibility in future

                                  Also, requesting to review the account mapped to my CIBIL as it shows two accounts for a single loan one from dmifinance & other from ghalla.

                                  My zestmoney personal loan approved on 14th Jan 2019 till now not active, , the company is saying that NACH signature is mismatch, but I have not signed any NACH docx and nor they sent NACH mandate form to my registered mail. Company is failed till date to resolve my problem, , I am fedup of this. My customer ID is[protected]

                                    A personal loan of 22000 has been approved by zestmoney without my consent, and they say it will be credited to my account in 3/4 days. I immediately call the customer care of zestmoney informing that I haven't given my approval for the loan and i want to cancel the loan before it gets credited into my account but the customer care executive in continuously telling me that nothing can be done from there side to cancel the loan, but they approved the loan without my consent.

                                      ****You are presenting my ECS 3 to 4 times a month(6 times total in last 35 days), without information and communication, You are just taking advantages of ECS system of RBI and misusing it.****

                                      Hi,

                                      I wish to complain about your worst system and team, also how you are misusing ECS system of RBI and take it for grant, that I have taken a loan of 13, 000 INR (Customer Id:[protected] on Oct 2018 and accepted the payment condition, EMI of 956 INR on every 10th of the month. The EMI was successfully and smoothly deducted on First two months(Sep, Oct) from my SBI by ECS system.

                                      Then the problem Starts from Nov, I will try to make you understand through the timeline,

                                      1. Sep 9, 2018 ₹ 956 Automatically Deducted

                                      2. Oct 8, 2018 ₹ 956 Automatically Deducted

                                      3. Nov 8, 2018 ₹ 956 (Due to your system Issue, Did not deduct from my SBI account, Balance maintained 1000 and above)

                                      4.After some days when I checked my account I got to know that it was not deducted automatically and the amount was added with fine 956 + 250 (Zest fine)= 1206 INR, Still maintained balance above 1000 in my SBI account.

                                      5.I called to Zest money customer care, and told the whole thing, After that they transferred my call to senior and he told that it happens sometimes due to system issue and I simply asked, Why you have charged extra 250 rupees even if you are accepting the problem is in your side. They Kept silent and told me that the amount will be waived off and requested me to pay first whole amount of 1206 rupees and they would return the Rs. 250 fine amount in the way of Cashback . I said ok to it because I thought the service of zest was good and mistakes happen sometimes .But I asked zest money team to raise a ticket or send me a confirmation mail accepting their mistakes due to system issue and they would return back my fine amount . But He denied to raise a ticket or sending a mail mentioning all the thing, I yelled at him and he said we can’t do in that way and said we would call you.I put down my call.

                                      6.On 1-Dec-2018, Without any mail, SMS, or any communication, Total 1206 with fine was presented(Balance maintained 980) By Zest, and I charged with ECS rejection charge 295 Rupees because of insufficient balance.

                                      7. Got scheduled or regular mail from zest that I would be charged total[protected] + 958 for next EMI) on 10thDec.But again ….

                                      8. Again On 6-Dec-2018, Without any mail, SMS, or any communication, Total 1206 with fine was presented(Balance maintained 666) By Zest, and I charged with ECS amount 295 Rupees . because insufficient balance.

                                      9.Again on 10 Dec 2018, Total[protected] + 958) with fine was presented(Balance maintained 1000) By Zest, I have given ECS charge 295.I called so many times in between these days with frustration but they said that they would call, And lastly I did not get any type of communication.

                                      See how the things are getting worst .

                                      10. On 3rd Jan 2019, Without any SMS, mail, Communication Total[protected] + 958) with fine was presented(Balance maintained 0, All vanished by Bank ECS charge) By Zest, I have given ECS charge 590 Rupees, (Surprised that they presented it two times).I called so many times in between these days but they said that they would call, And I did not get any type of communication.

                                      11. Surprises never end, Again on 5- Jan-2019 ECS was presented and I am charged with again 295.

                                      ****You are presenting my ECS 3 to 4 times a month(6 times total in 35 days), without information and communication, You are just taking advantages of ECS system of RBI and misusing it.****

                                      Simple Questions

                                      · One question, Why your team member did not take any proper action when I called?

                                      · Why did I suffer due to your fault ?

                                      · Who is going to take responsibility and return of my total 1770 Rupees ECS charge?

                                      · Also you have threatened by mail and reported it to CIBIL score, and for you my CIBIl score is affected, Who will take responsibility ?

                                      Need Resolution:

                                      · Return all my ECS charge total of 1770 (6 x295 Rupees ) .

                                      · Update to CIBIL that it was your fault .

                                      · and sure, waived off my fine.

                                      · Need Apology Statement

                                      *I am attaching my bank statement for reference.

                                      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 to 3 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                                         I had bought a byju product and agreed to pay the total amount in emi through zest money and the loan no is #8ad934e946ef. I had submitted signed ecs mandate to the byju representative agreeing to pay the amount in 12 emi. Today i received a sms from zest money saying that my nach mandate has failed or not registered with my bank. The message also states that non paying of emi may affect my credit score. Once when i have submitted all documents pertaining to the purchase, why i am receiving an reminder about failure or non registration. Kindly look into the matter and rectify.

                                        Further, i am due for payment of my first instalment. Kindly advice will the instalment be debited from my account, or should i make the payment personally.
