Sir, my application has not been approved, because of all the reasons, can i know what should i do now?
How i sign in to zest money now?
If there's any other way to sign up then please answer me.
I had filed a related complaint file from the help center but i did not get any help from there.
What should i do to sign up now please tell me the another way?

Loan application approval or rejection is based on multiple factors. We regret to inform you that your loan application was not approved this time and below is the probable reason for rejection,

1) Late payments on existing ZestMoney EMI
2) Too many prior loans. Repay previous ones to keep availing benefits of ZestMoney.
3) Insufficient/irregular income or loan amount higher than the allowed credit limit
4) We might not have enough data about you to decide. Give us a few more months to know you better!

We are sorry to disappoint you this time but urge you to apply for a new loan after completing 90 days from the date of rejection.

    I took loan of 15k as gift voucher for flipkart for 12 month EMI to buy poco phone and rest to pay by my credit card but it didnt work and zest money is not cancelling the voucher. Now i tried to add the gift voucher in Flipkart account but it says voucher not active. I called customer service several time and its hopeless. They told me to send email to [protected]@zestmoney.com and it is not delivered. Now i keep getting calls, msg, emails stating to pay my emi. When i havent use your money or voucher, why should i pay emi. Please resolve this issues asap.

      I am not able to login zest money on mobile app and desktop as well.
      You website is saying "something went wrong. Please try again after sometime"
      I want pay my fees to bits pilani for m. Tech admission. I have did all procedure and application is under evaluation process from zestmoney.
      Currently i am not able either login nor check status of my loan application
      Date of incident is 23rd october
      Please resolve the solution sooner

      Zest Money is having the worst customer support.

      I request everyone to not to take any loans from them. They are not good and their charges are much more. I have made a mistake.
      For a long time I had not used the zest money. So it shows Option Reactivate now.
      But now when I reactivate it . At last stage application showing Error or something went wrong both in website and app.
      For refrence I attached the screenshot below.

        I have created zest money account. For activating credit money i upload nach signed document. Nearly 2 weeks crossed, till date i didnot get authorisation. I am very worried whether it is a genuine one or fake website. I need response from them, or let me advise how delete from this. First i tried to get it from mi store which directs this site, but zestmoney didnot give any response on this

        I apply for loan in Zestmoney for ₹50000, my application is approved. I dont received my voucher code after submitting NACH even after 2 days from Zestmoney. I want to utilise loan for the Dhamaka Sale. I am nearly late. I want my problem resolved.

            I had your app download from play store. It had an option of increase your limit and the mail id provided was billing. [protected]@gmail.com.
            They talked to me like wise i didnot have a doubt regarding the authenticity as i got it from your app. The asked the otp for increase in limit.
            I have the whole mail conversation. It said jest money on it.
            Now they have activated my voucher and i am unable to contact you people. I have mailed you also.
            Please cancel the vouchers i feel i have been scammed. Do it soon please.

                Hi i am ponmuthuraja,

                I have not approved my loan with zestmoney, but they have credited 44, 000 worth voucher to my amazon pay balance. Since, it is not necessary for me and zestmoney is cornering/cheating us with this type of loan option.

                Now i need to cancel this loan, i have not even used that amount and requesting zestmoney team to process this as soon as possible. If not i will complaint to the police and consumer court.

                Thank you for your prompt response, I would like to update you that the vouchers credited has not been used. Since, you have not taken any action to cancel this loan process, so, requesting you to take necessary action immediately.

                Note: We are unable to reach the Customer service. If we want to reach the CS we have to wait for 40 minutes in queue as per IVR instruction.

                Also only 2 more days for the EMI to be paid. PLEASE CANCEL THIS ASAP...

                  It's been more than 2 days i have uploaded the signature and still the voucher is not delivered yet. No mail, no text messages from your side. I tried to contact at your given number. Everytime disconnected. No response of the complaints till now. Just give the confirmation whether you can do your job or not. So that i can go for other options available out there. Please try to be honest about your service. I have only applied as it was mentioned that the voucher code will be sent through mail or text within 24 hrs. Worst experience till now.

                    I have a credit balance of 38000/- in my zest account and on 10-10-18 at 11.00 pm i applied for an amazon voucher for 35000/-. I have already uploaded my signature for nach. But there is no reply from zestmoney till now. It's been 36 hrs and still i did'nt got my code. As i want to book a phone from amazon and its flash sale, please help and support me at the earliest.

                      My name is pooja rai and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I have downloaded your app from playstore and in this under customer review your executive has mentioned one email id which is billing. [protected]@gmail.com for 24 hours instant help. And yesterday 11/10/2018 he mailed me and ask for my mobile number and otp in order to approve the nach document so i gave him. He ask me for two times and i given the otp and then he said that mam its automatically created flipkart voucher and when you receive plz let us know first ans we will convert it into your credit limit. But when i asked to my friends she said there is no such mail id billing. [protected]@gmail.com of zestmoney and then i also saw on your website there is no such email id mentioned. I request you to please cancel this voucher of 36000 because i don't need this as of now and i know you can cancel it because it is still under process and i haven't got any confirmation mail regarding voucher approve so please cancel the voucher of 36000 i have not created it.

                        I had submitted the application form for the loan approval and zest also sanctioned me the loan amount of rs.49000/- for the period of 12 months without informing the rate of interest details or anything.. The worse part is that my nach is activated with icici bank saying i have to pay the emi from nov-2018. But i have not at all utilized the funds i really don't know how these people expect me to pay the emi or with out the confirmation or merchant bill from the amazon or any other company that i have purchased the product. When sent a mail asking them to cancel the loan these people are giving me an example of personal loan:

                        For an instance you have taken personal loan from some other bank and they credit the money to you whether you use the money or not you are liable for the emi. The same way we have already shared the vouchers and you are liable for the payment.

                        I understand that you wish to cancel your amazon loan. Please note the vouchers shared to you would be valid for 1 year from the date of approval. As per the terms and conditions of the company i am afraid to inform you that i will be unable to take a request for cancellation of the vouchers as the system does not allow me to do the same. However you can pre close the loan when ever you require without interest, i request you to write to us before 5 days prior your due date.

                        Also you can always look for exciting deals and festive offers around the year and shop for the desired products.

                        Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                          Pls lookout my zestmoney case #00643110 on 08/10/2018 my 16000 loan was approved and i got 2 gift vouchers one of 10000rs voucher i successfully added to my flipkart gift wallet but another 6000rs voucher unable to redeem. I am getting error "card or pin invalid" on flipkart every time. Also i contact through via live chat immediately after i received my voucher in zestmoney and customer executive suggest me to try to it reedem tomorrow so i tried on next day but its not working.
                          Zestmoney mail customer support is very worst i sent them screenshot of error 2 times and getting reply from them your problem will solve in next 24hrs but my problem still not solve. I am very disappointed

                          08/10/2018 - Complaint Registered on [email protected]. 09/10/2018 - Message on there Facebook / Tweeter page regarding my complaint. 10/10/2018 - Got reply "I have forwarded the voucher issue to our relevant merchant and after getting the confirmation from the merchant we will update you status within 24 to 48 hours. " 17/10/2018 - Complaint Resolved. My Problem was resolved . they will take your time but diffidently they will solve your any problem. they provide me valid voucher code and pin .

                          i took 25000 loan from zest money ...they sent voucher code...but that voucher code is invalid...what can i do ...while call to zest customer care they are not gave proper answer ... i register a complaint also its almost 50 days over ... till now my problem is not resolved

                            Hello support,

                            I have applied for loan of 18890 and received two voucher worth of rs 10, 000 and 8, 990 on monday 8th of oct but when i try to use the same it says your voucher has been deactivated please try again tomorrow. When i tried next it still says the same thing, please help i. E. Issue me a correct voucher or cancel my loan.

                            Note : one voucher is working fine but the other voucher worth 10, 000 is having the above problem.

I wish to say kindly please cancel ach mandate done by your company, issued to my respective bank hdfc, you have issued to hdfc bank for processing of ach mandate., would you like to me why is that, how would you do this things where as always not only always but in frequent way my transactions was declined, got a information that due to many issues your company doesnt wish to give me fund to buy things which i have applied for, but main issues of declined i havent got any reply back from your end.

                              If its declined from your end, your company could not provide any fund to me to purchase according to my credit limit wise why you have issued ach mandate to my respective bank hdfc bank? Why is that would you like to give me any clarification of that. If the transactions had declined from your end how you issued for processing ach mandate to hdfc bank. Is that some kinds of joking with me, are you fraud or something... Today evening i have got many sms from my respective hdfc bank that you have issued ach mandate with many transactions wise with many money wise. How your company gonna do this things? Where as i have see that, i dont have any emis, doesnt have any transactions with camden technologies (Zest money), how it has been created to hdfc bank, issued from your end for processing.

I have called so many times to resolve this issues, problems was not resolve yet. Today also i have talked with mr. Praful - phone number - [protected], he told me transactions was declined cause of i dont have registered with civil mail i and phone number but i have requested for to change it. Still now it wasnt happend.

                              Requesting you kindly please see it, please cancel ach mandate which was done and issued by your company. I beleive you definately understand it is totally unauthentic. Kindly please cancel it. Waiting for your reply bank.

                                      Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.
