I have paying all my zest Money emis on or before due still i see a negative impact on cibil. I also see multiple accounts of 1 loan in cibil under ghalla and zest Money. I have multiple loans using zest credit facility which i have been paying on or before due dates. I still see most of them with no repayment history which is affecting my cibil. I had hoped to improve my cibil using zest however the reverse is happening

    Sir, my number is [protected] and i applied for a loan with all the details asked in the zestmoney. They verified my details and they approved my loan. Then i called the customer care without accepting the loan. The customer care people said that the loan will get cancelled automatically if don't use voucher within a month and i havent used it and now dyer t
    2.5 months they started deducting emi from my account. Kindly help

    We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant.

    Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled.

      I borrow a loan from zestmoney, before processing the same i've called to zestmoney and asked regarding backback of interest on emi so zesmoney's executive told me that this office is available and cashback will be credit to your registered account within few days after paid the emi of the same month. But no cashback have been received to me, now zestmoney executives saying that no offer was available to you. Hence i would request you to check hear that call if recorded & give me resolution for the same.

            I had already paid EMI for the month of December but again the amount is debited
            demo my account. I had noticed that frequent debiting of my account viz, Rs.118 and Rs.727 after from my account after paying the EMI.I think this is threat to me that they are indiscriminately debiting amount from my account.

            Zestmoney states that Rs.118 is debited because of NACH but how many times they will debit from my account ?
            It's unbearable for me that frequent debiting from account after EMI payment.

            Kindly, solve this frequent debiting and kindly send me my extra debited money quickly.

              Dear Team, Have faced the worst experience with your Call center executive and Supervisor. Had called the Customer Care team to inform my Gift voucher pin number not working. The answer was a script written text and unwillingness to help the Customer. The Gift voucher Codevprovided by my Company Zestmoney in the month of December 2018 valid for 1 year. I had purchased an order on 1, December, 2018 Rs : 6000 is what I wanted to utilize today for a Deal in an around the same amount. While placing an Order, the voucher Pin number provided in the voucher was shown as invalid. When I called the Customer Care, the Call was picked by Tarranum Khanum, who could not help me, as she wanted the Order number of the Gift Voucher purchased. Please understand this was a Bulk Gift voucher purchased by my Company serving 10000 Employee as Diwali Gift for Corporate Office, by the Group HR team. I am based out of Kolkata Office, as the gift was provided long back, the mail is not in place, knowing the whereabouts would take don't know how much time. The mistake being from Flipkart's end, wherein with the same Voucher I purchased a product couple of months back, am unable to use the same voucher with the same Pin.I am missing out on the Deal, which I got after long time. Your Supervisor Naveen, was the rudest of Supervisor spoken to till date, as he was happy enough to disconnect my line, but will to help. Weakest of Customer service etiquette ever seen. When I raised my point, that the mistake was from Flipkart, as the same voucher cannot be used again though he confirmed there is a balance of Rs.0/- still left. He was adamant as rude in telling me that he would require the Bulk Order number purchase by my Group HR in the month of December 2018from Corporate. I do not know whether you will be able to help me today, but this would be my last transaction with Flipkart. Will ensure I put the message back as much as I can through all modes across on the level o[censored]nprofessional attitude shown towards Customer, as now I have a Gift Voucher, for which I am helplessness in the hands of the Zestmoney.

              Spoke to customer he informed that he could not use the EGV for the purchase from Zesrt Moneyhe tried calling our Toll free and spoke to our executive where he did not get the resolution and later he spoke to the Supervisor name called-Naveen Mushtaq who spoke very adamant and very rude and he did not help the customer than the customer seek the help from the gift voucher team they solved the issue and customer had placed the order yesterday. Customer is very much upset about the rude behaviour of the executive and his experience was very bad when it comes to customer service. Apologized for the same and informed customer will not be repeated in future.

                    I want to cancel of voucher code and the loan which i have take on 19th dec 2018, but didn't yet use. I am facing troubles in raising cancelation request because no one is supportive either from zestmoney end or from the merchant cleartrip end. If i used it then i think you people will face problem regarding the cancelation but if i didn't yet use then what is the issue, i don't how you guys really work seriously it's heartbreaking experience.

                      I am paidoff my personal loan on zestmoney before due time but till now i am not eligible for another personal loan. Why? You always says that regular repayment increase my loan amount but here you not giving me any loan after repayment... Why??? What kind of policy is this? Are you able to give loan only one time? Thats not a great service. When people does not need loan you sms to take loan but when they needs loan you did nothing. I want ti know that can you able to give me loan now?

                        I am using first time zest money.

                        But unfortunately one loan is activated for one order.

                        Order id :a1e3f9891419

                        I'dont want to buy any product. Kindly cancel this order and loan.

                        I just want to cancel the voucher and don't want to pay emi without even buying anything.
                        I contacted the customer support and they told the voucher is already issued. Surprisingly, i am not finding any voucher, then the customer support says, you need to check all options, which i have already done.

                        Plz cancel the loan and order. Very bad support from customer executives. Even, i am still confused, why i will pay emi for what? Neither any product is placed/bought, nor i am finding any loan cancellation option, also not getting any vouchers. No option left rather than taking legal action in case of further issues. I simply faced forgery, how the executives could say, pay only the 1st emi and then we will cancel, you can not force us to buy anything.

                        Without placing order how emi is getting deducted

                        Flipkart custmer care: when contacted customer care they are saying, no order is showing.
                        Zestmoney customer care: suggesting pay the emi. But surprisingly i have no idea to whom/for which product will pay the amount

                        Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

                            Sir i am a user of zest money and i had got a loan of 40000 for shopping site amazon as i had got very bad response from amazon they had not delivered all the products and many products were defective but not refunded so i was not paying the emi for zest money and i had committed to zest money as i 'll get december's salary i 'll start paying but today i got a call from zest money executive i answered quickly for bank details but as i wished him he abused me very badly abused me and includes my mother.
                            It was so sudden i could not reply and again he called and again abused i asked to his senior then he is threatening me that "now you see and ready to face problem".
                            That's it now no conversation needed and now i am going to file a case in consumer court too for this shameful act of zest money executives i just want you to listen that call record came on my no at 11:18 am on 8th of dec 2018.

                              I have order reebok full sleeve jacket with emi on flipkart

                              I use zest money voucher of 1619 rupees
                              But i size problem i cancelled my order and refund giving by flipkart as voucher
                              Then i said zest money to close my loan and cancelled my voucher but zest money said i[censored] want close your loan u pay from debit card

                              Now what i do of voucher ??

                                Hi,

                                Someone help me as zest money has fraudulently imposing emi on me even without buying anything from any merchant. I just want to cancel the voucher and don't want to pay emi without even buying anything. Zest is far worst than credit card as in later we can cancel and don't have to pay emi without buying anything. Atleast wait for the transaction they have clearly miss leading customer's with false faqs that guarantee that emi application will be closed but when we tried to do the same they won't allow, can anyone help me in this and what step can i take to end this traumatising episode

                                  What I asked you through the mail or what I asked you on the behalf of on this.

                                  I want proper & expect solution for the same.

                                  You guys are again and again making me fool as told that can be multiple reasons so that for you kind of information I provide yours all points answers:-

                                  1) First time ti login with Zest/Money
                                  2) Did not take any loan prior.
                                  3) Regular income already mentioned in the bank statement
                                  4) I have provide all the Docs what you want so how can its enough or not.?.

                                  If you do not have any proper reason for the same that means you guys are making me fool & cheated with me. That's why you guys are doing rounding off but you do not have any proper reason to declined as it declined by mistakenly by you but you cannot except your mistake so that you guys are trying to make me fool..

                                  I want company should provide the loan of Rs12000 with return back only 50% because i am suffering a lot due to ZestMoney. Otherwise company should provide the proper solution with proper reason for the same.

                                  I don't want any foolish reasons as upper mentioned.

                                  I want the proper solution for same otherwise I will go to police station fir FIR and go to the court also.

                                    I applied for 1.15 Lac loan through ZestMoney for a Great Lakes course. After applying through their online process, it says loan rejected. I called the customer care and they said reason is low credit score. I checked and my credit score is 750+ as per CIBIL. Now, they are not responding.

                                    My concern is if at all they have some criteria, why don't they inform in advance so that consumers like us don;t get fooled by an easy loan perception, at the same we are sharing our confidential information for them when it is not required if the loan criteria is not meeting.

                                      I have got late fees of rs 250 for my emi of 187 which was due on 23 nov 2018 but due to my sim lost i was unable to track the emi date and now when i logged in to pay the payment it is charging late fees of rs 250 please help as i am being charged 430 in total for my problem as it was never happened in any of my earlier transactions please reply and solve as soon as possible
