    When ever i am redeeming it on amazon it is giving error. I am paying the emi of rs.2778 every month and contacting you guys on chat for help but not getting it. Please get this resolved asap.

      I applied on june 18.
      I made a flip kart purchase worth 14000 rs but iam not used any voucher of zest money.
      Amount of 1061 is auto debited in my account today (20/08/2018)
      Iam already talked with zest money executives please deactivate my account.
      They said yes one month ago.
      But not cancelled my account.
      Its totaly fraud service. Looting customers

        They advertise and do not let you know the complete details of the load once you process your loan then you come to know the extra interest charges; and now I have changed my mind to not purchase anything using their loan voucher and asked them to cancel my account; Its been 3 weeks and more than 5 to 6 calls and email replies they fail to cancel my account.

        I am afraid that I will be charged for something which I have not used since they have linked my bank account to this loan I have also contacted my bank to let them know about this and asked them to not accept any automated charges since they activated something called as NACH.

          I have bought the flipkart voucher cards (Gift card no: [protected] and [protected]) from zestmoney worth rs. 16000 but now i want to cancel these voucher cards because i don't want to purchase any product from flipkart.
          I raised the request to zestmoney for cancellation of vouchers but they are not responding back, even they have not provided any option to cancel the vouchers on their web portal.
          I contacted flipkart to cancel the vouchers but they are not accepting my query saying that i have not purchased gift cards from flipkart.
          Somehow i want to cancel the vouchers, please help me!

          We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan id 9DC75C5E40D0. We will forward your request and inform you the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Flipkart.

          Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled.

              I get 19000rp loan as gift voucher code and pin in two ways.
              But at apply time you never show about interest on that shopping...but now you add extra 6000rp on EMI ...it's not valid...pls given details for return your money and close my account...I get voucher today from zest money side in two different mode one of 10000rp and second 9000rp... total 19000rp...
              Now they send 1398rp EMI for 18month is very high interest rate in banking sector...RBI rule is very clear...it's not right way ...

                I applied loan from zestmoney for 14999.
                That is used on flipkart web site for mobile purchase. But my order had been cancelled. They refunded money to original gift card to zestmoney. But zestmoney did not cancelled my loan from my id. It showed. Plz cancelled my loan from my idea for flipkart. i call to the customer care they take call after 20 minuet . they said my loan will cancel up to 10 days on 10.
                08.2018 but after 10 days did not cancel my loan. when i contact them. they said cancel my loan 3 to 5 days. after did not cancel my loan. i contact again they said my loan will cancel in 7 to 10 days and they deducted Rs 295 from my account on 27.08.2018 with out cancel my loan from flipkart. plz resolved loan urgent .

                  I had submitted for a personal loan for 20, 000 on 3rd august and it was written that in 24 hrs it will be approved but till now it hasn't been approved i have two previous loan with zest money i have never faced any problem but this time they are very slow i have complained thrice but to no avail they keep saying me to wait it will be resolved within 24hrs. My previous loans are about to complete, i had always paid on time sometime even before time.

                    Hi, i requested zest for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. No customer service number provided to talk. I will be happy if my issue is resolved

                    very disappointed, am trying to contact zest money through the phone and call not connecting and chat people not giving any proper reply
                    I had applied for a personal loan in December 2020. They have activated the loan now in June. I dont need the loan. I have requested them multiple times to cancel the loan and not credit the amount to my bank. But there is no response.

                                I was purchased the product 3months back, but emi still not deducting from my a/c. I went to big c store for 4 times. And gave the signature on nach page, but same thing repeated, they are saying that, your nach was not accepted by higher authority. After that few days back i went to big c store to pay the entire bill payment. Sales manager has asked me to call on next day but he didn't picking up my calls. They are not responding. Nd giving us worst service, i never seen this type of serives in my life. So i m requesting you to please kindly solve my issue as early as possible.

                                    Hello ZestMoney I all ready inform you to cancel the loan amount through mail & call. This is to inform you that loan amount Rs. 31884/- must be cancelled with immediate effect,
                                    Because i do not give any approval for the same you have taken my account detail without my concert which is a case of 420.
                                    So you are instructed to cancel the loan amount 31884/- immediately, otherwise i will go to police station and consumer
                                    Court to initiate the process.

                                    Hi Ravi Raj,

                                    Thank you for contacting us. As discussed, we've raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation.

                                    The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.
                                    Why it is still on my dashboard.
                                    You approved my personal loan then put it on my dashboard and then disapproved it after that also it is asking for EMI.

                                      My query was simple regarding the mismatch accounts of my zest. I have sent email (Case #[protected]and waited for response long time and the call support was terrible, they said my "Queue number is 28" and I have waitied for an hour and fedup.

                                      I was planned to buy a mobile for a birthday present and thought zestmoney will be easier and faster. Respond ASAP

                                      It's been resolved through a phone. Nice support and the caller-agent has waited on call until my issue resolved. Appreciate. But, please ensure to involve more employees for call assistance. It's really bad to be in call queue for hours.

                                      i have applied for a loan in Zest and initially they rejected it and i have took a credit card for my purchases but now they approved my credit and i want to cancel the loan please help me
                                      I can't cancel my order but my money above 10000 has been taken by zestmoney and revoucher not yet been received How can i get my money back.There is also no response for messages and resending voucher code also not processing. How can i cancel my order and get my money back
                                      I applied for a loan before 6 days. No response from zest money ... Customer care is not gud .. I u don't want to process...then reject me ...I one loan is running from zest money.. first service was very gud ...but now .????????????

                                        I had applied for zestmoney personal loan
                                        Of Rs. 42000 yesterday i.e on 13 july 2018 and after verifying my bank account details and everything i got an email and message from you that your personal loan is approved and when i log in to my zestmoney account it is showing that your 1st emi for your personal loan is due in 30 days but the problem is I haven’t received Rs. 42000 in my bank account yet, then how could you deduct emi when you haven’t gave me the money. I have also one more loan running with zestmoney and i was happy with your service but this time i am really upset with this bad service. Help me ASAP or otherwise i have to take legal action against zestmoney. My zestmoney login id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Actually i had on issue in upgrade the amount.. wrongly i update the amount at Rs. 6000 i need to update at Rs. 15000/-... Pls upgrade the amount at Rs.15000/- for withdrawal limit.. Kindly to the needful...
