Sir the loan voucher given by zest company for purchasing of mobile to me now is active with my account but i ordered that mobile by cash but zest company not accepted to return my voucher now there is no use of such voucher for me i m not interested to use the voucher given by zest and i called several time to customer care but they r not resolving my problem so plizz cancel my voucher and resolve my problem

    I have applied for mobile loan on 31st may 2018. After completing the process it was informed that i will get an update within 24 hrs however, it has been 2 day and i haven't received any update. I had written an email to zestmoney for the same. They had asked me to re-submit the bank statement which i have already done. I had also called the customer care and they said that i have already submitted all the required documents and their team is verifying my detail. However, i am still awaiting for a response from the team.

      Im not conforming my voucher and even i don't want this voucher and im not giving signed nach form.
      Without i'm giving signed nach form how can you approve my loan amount/voucher...
      This is not fair 15 days ago i called in customer care but they told me we noted you complaints and after 7days we informed you but no one informed me...
      This is clearly cheating...
      I'm going in consumer department or cyber crime...

      Zestmoney is worse scam site. I took loan years back for 21660 for Cleartrips . But it has been useless loan. It can not be booked any ticket in cleartrips from beginning to till date.

      However they are deducting amount from my bank.

      It is useless credit service.

      Don't trust this scam credit service

        I have received vouchers from zest money by mail behalf of flipkart. But flipkart not having gstib service. Thats why i have not use itc credit by purchasing laptop. This is very poor service by flipkart. I have not add & not use these vouchers yet. Now i want to cancel these vouchers and change the vouchers from flipkart to amazon. Because amazon having gstin service.
        Kindly process my request urgent. Because if i used these vouchers on flipkart so that i will loss of rs.4500/- and this is very big amount for me.

        I had taken e voucher for Rs10000. 00 (ten thousand only) through zest money on 18mnth have to pay emi=736/m total 13240.00(thirteen thousand two hndred forty rups only) through applicant id no. NJDI311040, vocher code-XRAH-W72G-HS-EFV3(please dont miss use). My zest money customer Id[protected], through mobile no. - [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. I had talk with zest money customer care they said the marchant can cancel. I want to cancel this e voucher and want return my zest credit amount 10000.00.

          I ahd applied emi of rs 32000 from zest money they accepted my application and approved my laon in the form of vouchers .i had ordered the item in flipkart but due to some issue with dlevery i had cancelled the order and the amount thay had refunded to source (zestmoney people).i had informed the same to customer care but they are forcing me to pay the EMI by accepting the loan .how come the cusotmer has to pay emi with out using the VOUCHERS .please help me cancellation of loan

                Zestmoney has charged me late fee because as per them i missed due date but i had kept enough balance so that they can auto debit loan amount from my account but they say due to nach they are unable to deduct the amount. Previous month also they said the same thing but they didn't charged me any late fee but this time they have charged me late fee and they had assured me that from the 2nd loan payment they will auto deduct the amount.

                I didn't received any call from them regarding loan deduction.

                Kindly take action against them as they are looting people in the name of late fee.

                There is a live chat support option on its official website but its not working .

                      there is sopmething wrong with aadhar card verification on the zestmoney website and on the app i tried over 15 times and the verification just fails everytime
                      Im unable to complete aadhaar verification.
                      It keep on saying AADHAAR portal is having aome issue while submitting aadhaar number

                        My zestmoney loan application id is rlnh423061. I got amazon thirty thousand voucher but they voucher not work so i requested zest for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue.

                          I don't want the loan for the above mentioned application id. I have called many times to zest and it seems they are trying not to solve my issue as per your policy if i have not redeemed the vouchers before 30 days you can cancel it still you re not helping the customer.

                                  I have applied for a loan of ₹4951 on myntra and i got gift voucher. I used it but i had to cancel an ordr. The refund was issued into my gift card but i dont have the mail containing the voucher code anymore. I asked for reissue of mailcontaining voucher code and pin for the loan which was preapproved. I contacted customer care but they keep saying extension is unavailable. Look into this and resolve as soon as you can.

                                    I got a loan approved of 50000 inr but the vouchers are not getting accepted by flipkart. I called flipkart and they said to contact zestmoney. Why this is happening. I want to solve this problem asap else i will charge a case in court for harassment and fraudulent activities.

                                    & the date of approval is 03 may, 2018
                                    I'm extremely worried now whay this is happening and this company has now all my credentials. I'm in a tensed situation now that whether they will scam me or not.

                                    I want the problem to solved immediately as i was in need of tv. I tried to purchase

                                    Sneha Asrani the TL from Zest Money called me up during the weekend. Fixed and Appointment on Monday, called me back and finally helped me about how to avail the Vouchers from Flipkart and finally on 18th May, I receive the product and I'm happy now. They have solved the issue diligently but I must say that the Inbound BPO Telecallers are not having enough product knowledge to whom I first contacted. She emailed me from [email protected] and the case is resolved now.

                                    I have got a Wonderful support during the weekend and on Monday by a excellent employee of Zest money namely Ms Sneha Asrani and Mr Imran. The Problem which I was having (i.e. Vouchers were not getting accepted) has been solved amicably. I have finally purchased the Product from Flipkart and is on a way to get delivered by End of this week. Once I receive the product, I will finally close this complain.
                                    However, So far I am thankful to Sneha especially in understanding what my problem is and solving it forthwith.
                                    As i have successfully submitted my loan application but i have given the wrong mail id there as ([protected]@gmail.com) but the right mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com). Please resolve the problem immideately as my loan is approved.
                                    Sir, this is my personal loan id : 3D2DCF699 for an amount of Rs 22000/- but I am not received any amount to my account or issued any where, what is that loan, how to utilize that amount please inform me.my phone:[protected]

                                        My name is ashiya ([protected]) i have received calls from zestmoney executive for asking my payment, he called me few times i couldnt answer the call due to my personal issues. His words are very rude even tough am saying this is not the manner to behave. And that is not the way sealing with customers. His name is raghava he spoke very badly and going to legal action on this, going to proceed legally by filing a case of defamation against the guy and zestmoney. The reason why am complaining here is if zestmoney can take any action aganist this it will be good else ill proceed legally.

                                        The think i need back from his penality which even court gives as punishment.
                                        I need his one month salary as penality. Let him suffer for a month then will feel the pain.
