I had applied for zestmoney personal loan
Of Rs. 42000 yesterday i.e on 13 july 2018 and after verifying my bank account details and everything i got an email and message from you that your personal loan is approved and when i log in to my zestmoney account it is showing that your 1st emi for your personal loan is due in 30 days but the problem is I haven’t received Rs. 42000 in my bank account yet, then how could you deduct emi when you haven’t gave me the money. I have also one more loan running with zestmoney and i was happy with your service but this time i am really upset with this bad service. Help me ASAP or otherwise i have to take legal action against zestmoney. My zestmoney login id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Actually i had on issue in upgrade the amount.. wrongly i update the amount at Rs. 6000 i need to update at Rs. 15000/-... Pls upgrade the amount at Rs.15000/- for withdrawal limit.. Kindly to the needful...

    i apply a voucher of croma amont 2850 rs from zustmoney . my loan is approved from zestmoney, i got all emails regarding active, emi, insurance but not received voucher and pin . many time i will call to zest money coustmer care .but no resulation providing by company . every call avery agent commitment is change . i request to everyone don't try zest money loan, only give one solution if you suffer same problem then post your story every where because i face this problem by it but save others

      Zestmoney company is send the nach mandate after the loan paid off. From my bank account 2 time 295 rs debit against NACH MANDATE return, after the 6 successfully EMI paid. I paid my last emi 21 june 2018 of 1269 rupees. then after zestmoney send the mandate to my bank account ECS/ACH RETURN CHG[protected], 295 rs debit due to insufficient balance. my question is if loan is PAID-OFF. why zestmoney send NACH mandate to Bank?

          I had taken e voucher for Rs10000. 00 (ten thousand only) through zest money on 18mnth have to pay emi=736/m total 13240.00(thirteen thousand two hndred forty rups only) through applicant id no. NJDI311040, vocher code-XRAH-W72G-HS-EFV3(please dont miss use). My zest money customer Id[protected], through mobile no. - [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. I had talk with zest money customer care they said the marchant can cancel. I want to cancel this e voucher and want return my zest credit amount 10000.00.

If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

            In spite of writing no of mails, and making no of calls, waiting for no of hours. Didn’t get any reply from your end. The problem also was from your end as you have not asked for a nach mandate. You wanted me to submit my bank statement which i did thrice but to no avail. Still waiting for your 24 hrs that too on high priority.
            I have 2 loans running never i have suffered like this that too with a pre approved loan. Hope you will solve my problem at the earliest

              Hello there,

              I had applied for the zestmoney's cardless emi on the xiaomi's website almost a week and it said loan of rs 6000 was approved and you need to upload the nach form. I did, now the screen says "we are reviewing your application an will be back within 24hrs" it has been almost a week now and no response yet, it displays the same message when i go to xiaomi's "cardless emi" option. I uploaded the nach form on 21st of june. What exactly is happening?

                Hello there,

                I had went through all the formality of the cardless EMI option from the mi.com website to apply for zest money, and finally I was asked to sign and upload the NACH form. I did, and after I got a message on the website that "We are reviewing your application. We will come back to you within 24 hours"
                It has been almost a week I got no response from you guys whatsoever, could you please let me know what exactly is happening?

                  Hello Zestmoney, Firstly i would like to say that i am pretty happy with your services. But now i want to submit a case here. I got an SMS from your side that i am eligible for Pre- approved personal loan of Rs24000 and i have to give a missed call on the given number in the SMS. On 11th of june i give a missed call on that number. On12th of june i got a link in the email to apply for that loan. I open that link and thaught that it is not suitable for me because its repayment schedule is of 2years. But i need to repay it in the shorter duration. I didn't take any action on that and upto 19th of june i received reminder SMS from your side that my loan application is incomplete and i have to complete it. But on 21st of june when i was going to complete that application it shows that the link is expired. Till from that day i approached Customer services but didn't receive any reply.                   I have been approved and loan amount of Rs.24000 against which 3 vouchers has been issued to be redeemed at Amazon . But when itried to redeem.it shows error I have raised this issue with zest customer care and Amazon also but till date the issue is not resolved. I have cleared all my 6 months EMI'S with interest but till date the issue is not resolved and not bothered to resolve it also. This is very bad on the zest part. Hope the concerned higher authorities will intervene and resolve this issue. Awaiting for a response from the team asap

                    I have got 3 Amazon vocher sum of 25000/_ from Zestmoney.Now I wants to cancell my lone vouchers.You can cancelled the voucher before thirty days from the date on which you received it through email.But when I called to customer care they said that you cannot cancell ed the voucher and EMI of 1839 is deducted from your account.This is really a injustice .

                      Sir,
                      I want to cancelled the 3 vouchers of 25000 rs of Amazon .The order is placed by mistake.Please help me.The message is sent to me that the EMI amount of 1839 will be deducted from my account no.The loan is taken by me accedantly .Please cancelled three vouchers of 25000/_rs.When I make contact with zestmoney they told me that I raised the request of cancellations before the 30 days .So they forwarded it to the Amazon for cancellation.But They nevar give me any status of cancellation.

                        Customer executive service is very poor.. They have not solve any problem.
                        I have tried many times to call them but all of the person during talking phone disconnect. I am unable to complain my issue.
                        I want to know repayment scheduled. But nobody suggest me regarding of this issue.

                            I have already signed a nach for auto debit but they are not doing auto debit from my account. I hv enough money in account but still money not debited. They are charging too much extra charges/interest for this reason.. Also they are giving false information to cibil. My cibil has gone down due to their bad service.. I will not refer this application to anyone in future..

                              Zest money is going beyond its limits. I am fed up of this . I have previously also posted a complaint regarding it and now again i am telling that this company has used my bank account details without my notice and have deducted the 1st emi amount and now they are showing due date for deduction of 2nd emi amount also. I am least interested in the loan. I want my loan to be cancelled immediately and my amount should be refunded back. They are not ready to do it and according to me its a fraud. Pls see to it that my problem is solved.They have to cancel the loan That amount which they deducted was useful to me in another way . Now I have to pay penalty for that. Somehow I'll manage that issue but u people pls do the needful. Its my humble request. Assist the company people to cancel it .

                                Myself Mallikarjuna Soalgi
                                I had shown interest in taking loan via Amazon. But now I am not interested in it. Zest money has used my bank account information without my notice which is fraud. It was for a mobile costing ₹15000 and the EMI installment was of ₹2800 and the first installment has been deducted from my bank account on[protected]. Plss do refund back the amount to my bank account and stop this procedure right here. Kindly take action as soon as possible or else I will have to approach consumer court. And plss do reply fast in this regard.

                                I have taken loan of rs. 6000 from zestmoney. They are taking too much interest. Unprofessional Company and behaviour by zestmoney.. No value of commitment.. Please beware from this fraud company..They are just live for looting innocent people's.. Not to take any loan from this fraud Company...
                                Refunded to source (zestmoney people). i had informed the same to customer care but they are forcing me to pay the EMI by accepting the loan . how come the cusotmer has to pay emi with out using the VOUCHERS . please help me cancellation of loan Regards customer.

                                  Because i do not give any approval for the same you have taken my account detail without my concert which is a case of 420.
                                  So you are instructed to cancel the loan amount 10000/- immediately, otherwise i will go to police station and consumer

                                  Hi I have gotten a loan amount of 6099. And I have already paid my 1st installment but till now I haven't get any message or mail from u and it doesn't show in my account also, but installment amount is deducted from my bank account.
                                  I didn't buy any products but it's showing that i have bought phone using my zest credit On flipcart. And got a message buy today morning (15/6/18) that i have to pay my emi . Please look up the issues as soon as possible i am going to give a police complaint regarding this fraudant act. Thanks

                                      I have issued a voucher code by zest money of rs.6999.00 to use at flipkart on dt.03.05.2018 and same has been not used by me. But zest money active the same loan vide flipkart order no. Pnxi817778 of amount rs.6999.00 after several request through mail to cancel the same loan, meanwhile zest money charged its first emi of rs.515.00 at my savings account on dt.04.06.2018.

                                      On replied of mail they first informed me that"we have forwarded your request to merchant for voucher cancellation, we will cancel the loan after merchant confirmation. Flipkart replied for no order placed for rs.6999/- and we sent email to merchant about voucher redemption status." and flipkart also replied of my mail that "no order placed for rs.6999/-."

                                        I have applied voucher cancellation request last 6 days. My vouchers is not cancelled yet even i have not positive response your zest money team. Every executive told me that my request is under process. But nobody provide me proper status of my request. They told me that my request will completed with in 5 working days. But here more 6 days is going..
                                        Please solve my problem on urgent basis...
