I have received vouchers from zest money by mail behalf of flipkart. But flipkart not having gstib service. Thats why i have not use itc credit by purchasing laptop. This is very poor service by flipkart. I have not add & not use these vouchers yet. Now i want to cancel these vouchers and change the vouchers from flipkart to amazon. Because amazon having gstin service. Kindly process my request urgent. Because if i used these vouchers on flipkart so that i will loss of rs.4500/- and this is very big amount for me. I had taken e voucher for Rs10000. 00 (ten thousand only) through zest money on 18mnth have to pay emi=736/m total 13240.00(thirteen thousand two hndred forty rups only) through applicant id no. NJDI311040, vocher code-XRAH-W72G-HS-EFV3(please dont miss use). My zest money customer Id[protected], through mobile no. - [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. I had talk with zest money customer care they said the marchant can cancel. I want to cancel this e voucher and want return my zest credit amount 10000.00.

I have received zest money voucher but I don't want to use them, product is not available. I don't want to use that voucher for any product or with any merchant. How do I cancel them?
