Same thing happened to me they are not updating my accounts I’m trying since couple of months

I want to change my bank account. I have some issues in given bank account. I have all details of my new bank account. How i can change it ?
I have made a no. of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that I can pay my EMI and receive the cashback in my new bank account .
Everytime I have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 45 days, I have already shared the latest bank details and all documents multiple times and you everytime give me some silly reasons that there is some technical issue, team is working on it etc.
If you are not able to change the bank account details at least tell me the procedure how can I get my cashback which I receive after paying the EMI.
Request you to address this asap as I need to pay my EMI.
