Hi ;

I have applied for a loan from zestmoney as per their compulsion applied date was on 3rd April 2019 and they approved the same immediately but its been almost 9 days and still the money is not yet credited to the bank and when enquired with zest customer support they are giving all sorts of lame excuses on the delay and I even asked to deactivate the loan which is not yet credited but they are denying this to do it . I like to bring this issue in front of this forum and also seeking advice on how to move legally on this.

    I had my loan amount due on 25th march but ai was unable to pay the amount as my phone broke down on the 22nd march in an accident.. I purchased a new phone now and got my sim card activated and when i wanted to pay the emi it is showing me a late charge of 250rs for both emi. This is not acceptable for what i was in such problem..

      I've enabled auto debit and singed nach. But auto payment is not happening from zest's side and they are charging latefee unfairly. Multiple complaints haven't been addressed.
      I was told. Refund is raised to backend team. But I received no mail or calls from them and I have been charged latefee again. When I goto pay manually, zest would have greyed out the payment button.

      please address this issue and kindly resolve.

        Hello,

        I dont having any loans in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

        Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance (1 account) & ghalla (1 account). Which i am not aware of this ghalla consumer lona

        From past 4 months i am written continuous emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com & [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details & i have zest &dmi finance many times but they are not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active

        Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my crebil report is going down

        DMIFINANCE gave my wrong report in cibil on 27 March 2020 from 86, 150/ current balance 23, 983/ DMI[protected]// no which has not been removed from cibil till date.

          Above mentioned loan id, was cleared by me within the month zest money distributed it me, same was confirmed by the zest money, but the same has not been updated to cibil transunion, due to which i have listed as risky borrower, it has resulted my overdraft facility rejected, if you can understand the humiliation and agony has had to went through, any monitory compensation cannot compensate this. Hope you take strongest possible action against the company and do the justice to me.

              We had taken loan from Zest money few months back and due to Job loss we couldn't pay EMIs for few months in between. Though their collection agencies keep in harassing over calls and WhatsApp however now they have new trick. Their collection agents are acting like police cop and threatening for arrest if EMIs are not paid. This is big harrasment and touches and not acceptable at all. Rather we are going to file legal case on Zest money for Posing as Fake Police Cop. Unacceptable.

                I was having a loan in zest money, which was closed already and i made payment on or before due dates one payment already informed to zest money change my emi dues but they did not and changed, i have made full payment and loan account closed already, but cbil affected not updated

                Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced to wrong report given by the consumer loan, from flipkart

                This is a serious problem, my credit score is adversely affected.

                I have written two times to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details from my cibil dashboard, but no response yet and whenever i try calling them, line is always busy and chat support says within eod i will receive a response, but days go by.

                Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my credibility as well aware by everyone.

                      My name is prasad i take a loan foreclose it one month amount is 8000 but still in the cibil overdue iam already send mails chats calls moreover 80 times the issue raised dec8th 2018 still not at resolving my loan close date 30th april 2018 iam already lost lot of points now i want to go legal upon u actually this is fraud app friend please don't believe this app customer care persons also not respond well they haven't idea how to resolve this problems so please don't buy anything in zestmoney don't get any loans in zestmoney please don't cheat customers like this because we all are middle class families.

All my family got rejected on zest money whether it was my father who is in a high paying salary job or my mother which is a business woman from 40+ years with itr of 6 lac and cibil of 802. It is not my concern on what protocol you chose to lend money. But im concerned about why zest money is not on google playstore, i think its a big scam going on or something because playstore is most trusted in real time reviews and ratings.

                        We apologize that your family members loan application was rejected, CIBIL is just one of the criteria that we evaluate our customer on. We have a set of parameters for loan approval and if you miss on even one of them, then the loan does get declined.

                        Furthermore, ZestMoney is a web-based application but we're working on developing an Android app, once it is launched we will inform our customers via all Social Media and local Platforms.

                          Employee calling me for my emi and i paid through google pay and i didn't get payment receipt. Than i called back to zestmoney employee and he said which payment you done, there is no any payment made by me.
                          I feel like i cheated from that employee from zestmoney.
                          Zestmoney have to sorted out this issue.
                          I don't understand how company allow this kind of service. They have to take actions to their employees.

                                  Hi there, I missed out paying an emi of the 182 by 4 days and 250 rupees as late payment charges were levied. I have been a loyal customer with zest money and paid all earlier loans also on time. I missed out paying this time as I didn't get any reminder regarding the due date. I have already paid the remaining amount and late payment charges. But I request you to refund the late payment charges.

                                    में एक आपका कस्टमर हु मेरे पास पैसे का प्रॉब्लम होने के वजेसे टाइम पे पेमेंट नहीं कर प् रहा हु लईकिन थोड़े दिनों में पैसे आते ही आपका जो पेमेंट बाकि है ो सब भर दूंगा लेकिन आपक आदमी बहोत ही गन्दी गन्दी गालिया दे रहा है फोन पे रिकॉर्डिंग कॉल अटैच्ड किया है सुन लेना ये जितनी गालिया देगा में पैसा नहीं भरूंगा। हर एक का टाइम ख़राब होता है लेकिन अगर तुमको rbi ने ऐसा गली देके रिकवर करने का परमिशन दिया है क्या? अगर तुम रेस्पेक्ट से मांगोगे तो मिलेगा नहीं तो पैसा नहीं मिलेगा। में मनाता हु लेट हुवा है लेकिन पैसे मांगनेका तरीका बहुत गलत वपर रहे हो। ऐसी गलती दोबारा हुई तो कोर्ट में ही जाना पड़ेगा तू लोक दादागिरी करने पे मत उतरो। पैसा बाकि है कॉल करो मानगो में भरने को तैयार हु लेकिन गली दोगे तो फूटी कोइडी भी नहीं मिलेगी फिर केस फाइल करोगे तो कोर्ट में साडी कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग सुना दूंगा। कोर्ट में जो बोलै है बोलूंगा फिर में भी। में सर सर करके बात करता हु और तुम्हारा आदमी "लवडे के बाल" "फ्रॉड" "दिमागी से बीमार" "गधा" "मादरचोद" बोलेके बात करता है। ऐसाही होता रहा तो बाकि का पैसा भूल जाना ओके।

                                    Calling no. [protected] उसका नाम मुझे नहीं पता। अगर अभी इसने गली बाकि तो सीधा पुलिस fir होगी और तुम्हारा पैसा भी दुब जायेगा सोच लो।

                                      Hello zestmoney, till today i am a happy zest money user for the past 8-9 months with good timely repayment record.

                                      Last month... I received an sms stating "as a privileged user, you have been pre-approved for an instant loan of 31000." & with a link to apply. I clicked that link and my profile section was added with a personal loan tab with the limit of 31000. There is only one emi tenure option available... At that time, i was thinking whether its the right time for confirming emi application! Then i decided, to confirm the loan application on march 1st. Because i have some commitments at that time. I got a new job and was in a preparation to move to that place, considering this loan. I am all set to move, and today i logged in to my account to avail the loan. But i am so shocked, the personal loan tab in my profile section was unavailable. I don't know how to react!! And i am really fed up with this... My future relies on this, i am all set to move but suddenly this option gets removed without any prior notice. There is no last date mentioned for applying, if so... I would have availed at that time itself. Even a few days back i got a call from zest money asking "sir, you have a pending loan application (#1c45d3cc5654) available... Do you need this?" i clearly told them i really need this loan and i planned to avail it on march 1. They even said okay. But now, there is no option available and i am really suffering a lot because of false commitment!! Even the link in the sms was also not working now... I don't know what to do! My future is ruined.

The personal loan is based on your eligibility, if you are eligible in the future you will receive a confirmation message. At that time you can log in to your ZestMoney profile and view under the account section the personal loan tab, the loan amount will be visible and you can apply for it. If you have not received a confirmation, then we are sorry that you are not yet eligible.
