delete my zestmoney account

Hii team,

I trying to call you but its continuously busy. I am too much frustrated.

I request you to please delete/disconnect my zestmoney account.
And also delete my bank account details from your side.. Do it on priority.

I also register police nc on this case. If you debit an amount from my account, then court and police will be take strik action on you......

I got sanction a personal loan of 33000 from zestmoney..as they told that the money should be credited with in 24 hours after the loan activation..it's more than 24 hours but still did not get a single penny.and most interesting my loan EMI chart appears in their app..I accept the terms and conditions and the loan agreement..but they still not disbursed my amount. Loan transaction number 48CC333CBB7C ..it's totally harassment for a customer.

    They offer me a pre approved loan of 33000.00 and I accept it.then I clear all the formalities and and got the loan agreement.Loan transaction number is 48CC333CBB7C.even my emi chart also prepared on their app..but still the money is not credited hence it more than 24 hrs as they promised before . They did not respond to my mail and I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the customer care..I am totally disipointed from 4:00pm ..it's such a mentally harashment for the customer..kindly solve my issue pls

      Am K.E.Hemanth Kumar availed zest money loan of Rs.9059, and cleared all the dues in advance and one loan account called DMI FINANCE showing 1, 90, 000 as sanctioned amount of which Rs.3, 020 was overdue and i didnot availed or approch the institution but unnecessarily it is showing in cibil report and my score got down to 714 due to their mistake, i have wrote a mail to zest money and response from them, so i request to zestmoney on behalf o[censored] please rectify the error at the earliest, with this situation banks are refusing for new loans.

        Dear sir
        I have been using zest money since 2018. I have cleared three loan emi with zest money earlier n one current emi loan was going on but suddenly on 31/10/19 night two new amazon pay loan emi was activated without my knowledge. Loan amount is rs 17075 n rs 10478 i already complained about the case with zest money n amazon to cancel the activated loan but no help.
        Again surprisingly today 06/11/19morning a new loan emi with amazon pay has been activated without my knowledge. Loan amount is rs 2795. I tried contacting zest money but no response receive.
        So kindly take necessary action regarding above case. I'm noting the loan order id below

        After foreclosure of my loan with zest money on 04th July.
        But zest money is not providing the NOC letter still now.

          Last two loan transactions in my zestmoney account of rs 1452 and rs 1000 are not applied by me. But still is showing in my account. I have not accepted the loan agreement.
          This is the fraud going on from company end.in the last transaction of rs 1452, i had made a complaint to know who redeemed that coupon on phone but i was told that within 24 hours your backend will let me knew. But nothing had happened. Now another transaction of 1000 has been done. (At that time i was no even logging to my zestmoney account as no otp has been generated at that time.) if i'll not find any solution for these complaint. I'll file a case against you in it cyber cell.

            Please dont take any loan from zestmoney and dmi finance you regret yourself after that

            Tickedt ids[protected], 02221976, 02553111, 02563133, 02998151... Etc

            I have multiple loans with dmi finance through zestmoney, i shocked to see that they reported 18 late payments to cibil and a loan of 188000 rs which i never took from them. They literally destroyed my cibil and im sending emails and calling to them from last 2 months and shared my cibil report 4, 5 times but still they didnt resolved the issue.

            Couple of pre-approved loans have rejected because of this wrong cibil report by this fraud company

            Now im decided to complaint to rbi banking ombudsmann on zestmoney (Camden town technologies) and dmi finance.

              I would like to inform you i was get 4 loan from zestmoney but they just report about only one account after paid off my 3 loan in my cibil report showing only i get 1 loan which last payment august and still other loan account not updated by zestmoney many time i was mail to zestmoney about my loan update in cibil but he always say since last 6 month its should take 30-45 days since last 6 month till now zestmoney's 30-45 days not complete.
              After paid off my personal loan i was apply for another one for 6000 there showing your not eligible for loan and than showing my credit limit 11000 but not providing 6000 when i contact to customer care they told me its system genreated we could not help you and also not able to report to cibil about all loan. And and also not providing account number of my loan account

                need to delete my account

                I have created a account in zest money today (11/1/2019). I want to delete my account now. Because the collected my personnel details and bank details. I don't want to get any trouble with this. So please i have requested you to delete my account and my details from zest money. And i need a confirmation from zest money organization. I don't want any explanation further. I am not gonna use this zest money anymore. So please just delete it....

                        In my cibil report, it shows an amount of Rs 200000/- is pending with zest and DMI finance. But i have never taken a loan of Rs200000 from zest money.. This entry affecting my CIBIL Score very badly.. Also i have no due with zestmoney now.. So i am requesting you to take action to remove this entry and delete my zest account at earliest.. Now i am in a situation to take a home loan.. So this wrong entry in cibil reducing my credit score and it is affecting my loan eligibility... Bank people saying u will have a higher cibil of this entry is not there... Hence it is very urgent tobtake action to remove this entry from cibil And also delete my and deactivate my zest money account

                          Hello,

                          I dont having any loans in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

                          Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance.

                          Never a missed payment but dmi finance shows it as missed.

                          I certainly don't like zestmoney & dmi finance behaviour for misalignment of the user credit score credentials.

                          Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my credit report is going down

                            I have never taken a loan of rs 190000 from zestmoney/dmi finance but the same is being reflected in my cibil report sent mail regarding the same to zestmoney still resolution awaited. Also another loan of rs6000 has been misreported as emi was not paid regularly but i had already preclosed the loan and none of my dues were pending or irregular. These errors has caused my cibil score to drop to a huge extend and i am facing severe challenges in my financial report.

                            Please rectify the same as soon as possible

                                This is to inform you that, a sum of rs. 250 is charged from me stating that one of my payment is lapsed. Since starting i am paying my emis on time or earlier than date. I have always keep sufficient balance in my account.
                                In this regard, i want to know that how my emi could be lapsed. Although i have paid the fine and the emi but i need a clear reply of that.

                                Else i will be bound to knock the door of law.

                                  My order id is :e8eef5290975
                                  I tried to cancel the order several times, but instead being told that no refund shall be made for the vouchers provided. I didn't use the vouchers or purchased anything and mailed you regarding this on 24th july, 2019 for the first time. Once they initiated a refund, and i thought no further money will be deducted, but instead thrice my account got debited with amount rs.4878 for the months of august, september and october. Kindly make the cancellation of this process anyhow and refund the money back to my account or i have to take necessary steps.

                                  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we see that the Flipkart loan E8EEF5290975 of Rs 14, 000 has been paid off and closed on 25/10/2019.

                                  Since the loan is paid off the EMI amount paid towards the loan is non-refundable. However, we see that that the loan was activated on 24/07/2019 and the details of the vouchers are shared with your registered email id on the same day.

                                  The vouchers will be valid for 1 year from the date of activation and can be used to purchase multiple products within the limit provided.

                                    I am an existing zest money user. They have recently introduced a new policy wherein users have to complete kyc to get there loan approved. My first complaint is i was never notified in advance about the new kyc process untill i went for applying a loan and got to know about it. Now while completing the kyc it never gave me an option for online kyc and the only option available was manual kyc wherein an agent will come to my house for kyc. Hence i applied for it on 14th oct selecting the slot for 15 oct between 4-8 pm. Since then no one has contacted me for kyc. I am calling or chatting with zest money agents everyday and they tell me that it is being handled on high priority but i dont receive any call. I would also like to conplaint about the zest money customer care as they dont know there own process. I spoke with more than 10 agents and they all tell me different things. Also they dont seem interested in solving users issue, instead they just try to end there conversation by giving fake promises and sometimes no response at all. This is an unprofessional behaviour and zest money should be held completely responsible for it. I would like zest money to know that there customer service agents are pathetic and useless. They dont know how to talk to a customer and also just sitting there and not doing there job properly. I want to take this complaint to the highest level possible and would like to forward this complaint to lizzie chapman so that she is aware about the same and would take strict action to fix this.

                                    No matter what happens, i will find some or the other way to forward this to Lizzie Chapman. I want this to be escalated to the highest level so that strict action is taken towards the customer service team for Zest money as they are good for nothing.

                                    i am pay all ready rs 949 and zest money call my registered mobile no.[protected] i am all ready done many time kyc but zest money costumer executive told me by call i am not completed my kyc i am all ready book slot to offline kyc and they give me time 8 am to 12 am but zest money employ not coming here in my address for that
