I, anupam prasad from indore procured a consumer & personal loan from you last year.
From this year feb'19 onwards due to to some unforeseen circumstances i lost my job and i was not able to pay emi's on time.
Few days back i received a call from your end, and i asked for closure. After mutual agreed money i deposited rs.35000/- towards closure of my both accounts. Now after submitting the amount the ecs still hittin my account.
When i wanted to know the matter the lady ms prathima ([protected] &[protected]) said that its for write off/settlement and asked for medical bills to provide the letter, which even i agreed that by monday i will provide as i am out of station.
Yesterday after speaking to my colleagues and friends i came to know that this write off/settlement will hamper my cibil score and in near future i will not be able to get other loans.
So i approached this lady yesterday itself and asked if she could help me in closing both my accounts rather than going for write off/ settlement. But to my surprise she refused stating that i need to submit my medical bills.
Now the thing is that i have paid 35000/- in your account, i do not need write off/ settlement, i need closure for both the accounts.
What i am simply requesting is to 1st close my consumer loan account. Than the rest amount which i have paid, kindly transfer it to my personal account and then let me know whether i can pay the regular ecs from which month. Kindly adjust the remaining amount as advance emis, and till further dated do not put ecs, or as necessary from your end.
Hope you understand my problem as i am already facing finacial crunch, but i want to cleart this matter. I want closure of my account, i do not need settlement/write-off.

Yesterday i had asked the lady to kindly let me speak to some senior but she is so reluctant that now i feel cheated and ignored.
