I am an existing zest money user. They have recently introduced a new policy wherein users have to complete kyc to get there loan approved. My first complaint is i was never notified in advance about the new kyc process untill i went for applying a loan and got to know about it. Now while completing the kyc it never gave me an option for online kyc and the only option available was manual kyc wherein an agent will come to my house for kyc. Hence i applied for it on 14th oct selecting the slot for 15 oct between 4-8 pm. Since then no one has contacted me for kyc. I am calling or chatting with zest money agents everyday and they tell me that it is being handled on high priority but i dont receive any call. I would also like to conplaint about the zest money customer care as they dont know there own process. I spoke with more than 10 agents and they all tell me different things. Also they dont seem interested in solving users issue, instead they just try to end there conversation by giving fake promises and sometimes no response at all. This is an unprofessional behaviour and zest money should be held completely responsible for it. I would like zest money to know that there customer service agents are pathetic and useless. They dont know how to talk to a customer and also just sitting there and not doing there job properly. I want to take this complaint to the highest level possible and would like to forward this complaint to lizzie chapman so that she is aware about the same and would take strict action to fix this.

No matter what happens, i will find some or the other way to forward this to Lizzie Chapman. I want this to be escalated to the highest level so that strict action is taken towards the customer service team for Zest money as they are good for nothing.

      I had availed a no cost emi from zestmoney as recommended by greatlearning for a course on cloud computing. I had paid around 2-3 emi's for the same as i was taking the course. I had a financial crisis and was sure that i will not be able to pay the emi. So i cancelled the course. Greatlearning team told me that i will not be refunded for the amount that i have already paid, but they can cancel the course and let zestmoney know that i am no longer doing the course so that i don't have to pay the rest of the emi and cancel the loan without a refund. The zest money manager told me that the loan would be cancelled by eod. I waited for over a month while getting reminder for emi payment. Finally one day another manage from zestmoney called and shouted at me for not paying the emi. I specifically told him that i had requested a cancellation for the loan and also gave him the proof of cancellation of course by greatlearning. He said that he will look into it. Then the first manage emailed me that their finance team has decided not to cancel the loan and i will have to pay the amount irrespective of if i am doing the course or not. Money was deducted from my account and i still have no idea when i had given the standing instruction to zestmoney to auto deduct money from my account. I did not pay the emi for the next two months as a third manager from zestmoney called and said that he can help cancel the loan. I again sent him the proof of the course cancellation and after the conversation, the same day ₹22, 550 was deducted from my account. I live from paycheck to paycheck and earn hardly a little above ₹30000. I had to literally ask for money from different people for the month's expenses. I already have another loan which i am paying an emi every month. I am constantly being called and being mentally harrassed for this emi by zestmoney. I didn't receive a single penny from zestmoney as the loan amount was directly credited to greatlearning. If what the greatlearning team said was correct about no need to pay the rest of the money, then zestmoney should have received the rest of the amount from greatlearning. They are still taking money from me and calling me multiple times every single day. I am not able to eat or sleep peacefully because of this mental harrasment. They said that it is a no cost emi, but it was nowhere mentioned in the contract or in their app. They used to deduct emi with interest and return to interest after 3 days. That itself is a fraud as if it is no cost emi, they should have mentioned it in the contract and their app and should not have deducted the interest to return it later. ₹118000 is a huge amount for me. They are wrongfully squeezing money from me just to make a profit while destroying my life.

      It has been 12 days since I raised a complaint against the EMI that is still not being cancelled. I have been getting calls and messages every day saying that the EMI should be paid. As per the reply to the complaint additional 10 more days were asked to fix the issue that too on priority. If this is your priority then I can understand what you do normally. I want my money returned asap into my account and the EMI cancelled or I will be forced to raise a complaint against your company with the consumer court or file a police case.

      It has been more than 10 days as per what was asked by ZestMoney and the issue is yet to be resolved. I am still getting messages and calls asking me to pay EMI. I need my money back, the money that was taken from me even after requesting for a cancellation of EMI. GreatLearning has already contacted me and confirmed that they are in contact with ZestMoney to close the EMI. Still there is no confirmation from ZestMoney over the cancellation of loan and refund for the money that was taken from my account.

        I have applied for a loan of 8600 for zest money to p be used on myntra and have been waiting since 2 weeks for kyc verification, i call zest money every day but they all keep lying, even supervisor sanjay and shubham lied they say they will follow up with an update but no one calls back and when i call them they dnt come on the phone

          I have 1 day late payment in ZEST Money. I applied for a loan recently from other bank and i have been informed that my payments are late by 25-30 days.

          I have read lot of documents .. Lender can charge us late payment for short period but cant mark it as late payment as it is affecting my CIBIL.

            My name is lakshay khunger. I had a loan with zest money ebb6988c7869 unfortunately i couldnt pay the loan on time as i was having some trouble. But once i got well but it took 314 days for me to pay and i paid the whole amount together at once which was 7500 inr in which 5999 inr was the loan amount and 1500 inr were the charges, interest.
            However after paying the whole amount i asked for the noc the company says we don't provide noc to those customers who did not pay there loan amount on time.
            That's not right they are doing this because they will surely do a fraud in future. They are doing wrong.

            I want to delete my zesmoney accout there is no option for it whats the company thinking i dont't want it.there is no opition or no information about deleting or deactivating the account .i don't trust this company
            I have mistaken bought some voucher from zestmoney. i have said please cancel my order but there is not positive response from zest money. they said we can not cancel it. i have not been used any voucher of that.

            i dont want this of any voucher. so please guide me what to do for this issue.

              My consumer number is[protected] and i would like to delete my account immediately as i dont want to use your services and i have no outstanding. Request to delete my account asap.

              I registered for your services today on 16/10 and came to know that there is no option in the entire portal to delete account if some one is not interested. Also the consumer help number provided but no one picks up the call. Its switched off rather.

              Also, the user experience on your website is extremely poor compared to ther companies which provide online 0% emi.

                  I was applied for zest money loan and I got qualified for 8000 but by mistake I just completed the Amazon's gift card application coz at that point of time I was planned to buy a new mobile that's why I just made a mistake but even though I was ready to buy a mobile but the Amazon gift card verification process is very slow and they didn't even respond for that so please cancel my loan and that Amazon gift card application too... hopping for the best from zest

                    Had my loan amount due on 25th september but as i was in my village i was unable to pay the amount as my phone got lost on the 22nd sept in evening... I purchased a new phone after coming back and got my sim card reactivated on new sim and when i wanted to pay the emi it is showing me a late charge of 250rs.. This is not acceptable for what i was in such problem..

                      Hi I have booked the item from amazon through zestmoney EMI scheme for 3months
                      (Order Id: 03C18621027A), but I got 1EMI payment back only out of 2EMI's because still one is balance till the date of cancelled the product. Almost above one month completed so many times I've complained but no use.

                        I had availed my first ever loan for iphone from zestmoney and for the same i had submitted nach mandate form of my indusind bank account. Everything went well and i paid off the loan on time.

                        But problem started when zestmoney gane me credit limit and asked again for nach mandate and this time i had given mandate of my icici bank account. When i availed my limit then for re-payment, auto debit request was made to my indusind account (Previous mandate) and hence, i had to pay ecs return charges. This started in june 2019 and they were continuously doing this. After paying ecs return charges i contacted bank and zestmoney (31st july - via email) both and my bank provided me proof of zestmoney (Camden town technologies) auto debit request and then i communicated with zestmoney for appropriate action but finally they denied refund even after accepting their fault.

                        Now i am asking them to compensate my ecs return charges by paying off two small loan amounting 4100 approx. But they are refusing.

                        How can we report their bad practices to nbfc regulatory authorities?

                        I have a loan of Thirty One Thousand from Zestmoney,
                        All my payments were done on time but there shows some delayed payment on the month of May 19 which has resulted in a drop in my CIBIL Score. There was no delayed payment from my side please fix this issue.
                        My CIBIL has gone below 750 and this is bad because there was never a missed payment.

                            I supposed to pay Emi on 24th March 2019.i paid the emi on 21st March 2019 because they have provided advance emi payment option I paid.but they updated wrong information to Experian credit that I have done delayed payment.i don't irresponsible people sitting in zestmoney.take necessary action against them.

                              Sir,
                              Recently i checked my cibil report and there are these two loans 1. Dmi finance (Dmi[protected]) & 2. Ghalla loan[protected] which i have never taken from zestmoney but showing in my cibil. I raised a dispute regarding this with cibil team and sent multiple mails to them but getting replies as no change and will revert shortly. So, even had a discussion with zest team and explained issue and dispute details regarding the above loans but no solution from their end. As, the above loans are still active my cibil is getting effected.
                              And emi of 841 rs is debited for the 10 months.
                              Please consider this and take further steps to close these loans.

                                I recently got a harassment call from zest money stating that I am not paying them the emi, about this I had no knowledge. When I called customer service they informed vouchers worth Rs32000/- have been transferred to my account as a loan for shopping with amazon. All this was done without any information, neither I signed any document regarding this loan. When I spoke to them further and conveyed the same I was assured that this loan will be cancelled within 24 hours as I wasn’t even well so I had attached my hospital documents. I was given assurance it will be resolved. Vouchers will be cancelled and so will be the loan. But after contacting them several times still my bank account is getting automatically debited for these emi which I have no idea about. Please help with the same. I did not even authorised anyone to deduct the balance from my account.

                                    I enter wrong number of my pan number that is my mistake. So that the zestmoney rejected my application.. I want to change my pan number.                                       shows i orderd a oppo f15 and refrigirator from flipkart but there is not any of two product s deliverd or there is. not any order in flipkart

                                        Hi I had taken a LOAN from zest money. N have skipped couple of EMI. Their collection team called me n I said I am ready to pay just tell me total amount n I will close the account. Inspite of that she went on using bad words. I told her I will escalate the issue n she was like u can't do anything. Do whatever the ### u want n all. N then I asked her name to complaint against her n she was like my name is Aishwarya Rai. She doesn't have any rights to abuse me. After all they are adding late fees when we skip. I am paying late fees also then why should I hear all this ### from her? She is so confident that I can't do anything to her. She openly challenged me "jo ukadna hai ukad le". I wanna escalate this at any cost.

                                        I applied for an EMI in zest money yesterday and it also got approved in an instant but now I want to pay the EMI for the first month now which is due in October but it is asking me to pay the late fee.
                                        I want to cancel my loan... Because i cant purchase with this money.. So cant to pay this much of money...
                                        Till today my money didn't refund in my account, several times I have sent message but no answer no customer care number available to talk with the customer service representative. More than 20 days past but nobody is going to answer my call
