I have applied voucher cancellation request last 10days. My vouchers is not cancelled yet even i have not positive response your zest money team. Every executive told me that my request is under process. But nobody provide me proper status of my request. They told me that my request will completed with in 5 working days. But here more 10 days is going..

My name is lakshay khunger. I had a loan with zest money ebb6988c7869 unfortunately i couldnt pay the loan on time as i was having some trouble. But once i got well but it took 314 days for me to pay and i paid the whole amount together at once which was 7500 inr in which 5999 inr was the loan amount and 1500 inr were the charges, interest.
However after paying the whole amount i asked for the noc the company says we don't provide...

I registered for your services today on 16/10 and came to know that there is no option in the entire portal to delete account if some one is not interested. Also the consumer help number provided but no one picks up the call. Its switched off rather.br...

i have done order on flipkart on 2 month ago and this order is cancel from seller same day but now a day my loan is till active and i have pay fist emi of my cancelled order and second emi is coming but my loan is not cancel flipkart say me refund is complited same day and provide me refund id but zest money finance never cancel my loan and charge me emi of my canceld loan...

I was applied for zest money loan and I got qualified for 8000 but by mistake I just completed the Amazon's gift card application coz at that point of time I was planned to buy a new mobile that's why I just made a mistake but even though I was ready to buy a mobile but the Amazon gift card verification process is very slow and they didn't even respond for that so please cancel my loan and that Amazon gift card application too... hopping...

Had my loan amount due on 25th september but as i was in my village i was unable to pay the amount as my phone got lost on the 22nd sept in evening... I purchased a new phone after coming back and got my sim card reactivated on new sim and when i wanted to pay the emi it is showing me a late charge of 250rs.. This is not acceptable for what i was in such problem..

I have applied a course on simplilearn and they directed me for loan option from zest money. They to my documents and applied for loan on my behalf. They also said i can cancel the course any time and i will not be charged. So i have applied for the course. I had availed my first ever loan for iphone from zestmoney and for the same i had submitted nach mandate form of my indusind bank account. Everything went well and i paid off the loan on time.

But problem started when zestmoney gane me credit limit and asked again for nach mandate and this time i had given mandate of my icici bank account. When i availed my limit then for re-payment, auto debit request was made to my indusind...

I have activated loan to check the credit limit but by mistake loan activated. I don't want purchase from flipkart or any other site. I want deactivate the account and sent mail regarding this. Zestmoney provided me coupon to use not any amount credited to my bank account. I have used any thing and don't want to use. I want deactivate my account

I supposed to pay Emi on 24th March 2019.i paid the emi on 21st March 2019 because they have provided advance emi payment option I paid.but they updated wrong information to Experian credit that I have done delayed payment.i don't irresponsible people sitting in zestmoney.take necessary action against them.

Dera team i am muzahid ali, your existing customer some time ago i have started a emi with your company and start to paid 4 emis out of 18 but in between i failed to pay emis on right time, because zest money app not worked so for this i have infrm to your team member but they have not valuble reply and emis goes to panding i was ready to pay emis but how tell me and i am only pay actual ammount not with interest.

Dear sir please close my current zest account because my current zest account number is not linked with bank and email id also not linked with bank. Therefore i am unable to use my zest money. This complain is regarding my emi that was due on 26th august for 282 on loan id 78dc2217077 which i was unable to pay due my phn broke down and i was out of my town which made me unable to pay it on time and when i saw after coming back there is a late fees applied on this which is very unfair to me.. Iam a punctual repayer of loan and this is unacceptable.. Request you to kindly remove the fees so that i can pay the amount....
