Hi, i requested zestmoney for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. I haven't buyed any goods . I request you to solve my problem .I will be happy if my issue is resolved

    I was trying for zest money loan and unfortunately activated the wrong amount loan into voucher for 3m tenure... Although i and unable to bare this.. Need to cancel this loan voucher.

    But the selfie thinking company has no options to make changes or cancellation of this loan voucher.

    I got response from their cc team that they will not cancel this.. I am unable to pay this.. Indeed i will prefer to cancel this loan voucher

      Dear sir,
      On 13th august 2019 when i was looking for mobile on flipcart, redminote 7 pro of rs 17000/- when i search nocost (0%) emi option i can not understand how and when zest money issued me voucher of rs 45000/- and sent me agreement by mail that i have been sanctioned loan of rs 45000/- with interest rate 18.12% and emi will start from 13.9.2019 i was surprised i am not able to pay emi of 8180/- per month for six month. So same day i given a mail to zest money regarding cancellation of this said loan. And also callled on customer care number but they told me that no option of cancellation of this loan. Thus they have done online fraud with me. Please help me to cancel this loan. Today on 16/8/2019 i have received mail from zest money that my kyc is not complete, then how can they provide me loan??

      Already I have given a mail, your concern person told me that loan will be canceal within 7 to 10 days, 7 days has gone, still I have not received written mail from your side that my loan has cacelled, I am still waiting further 3 more days otherwise you will compel me to go to consumer court.

      Yesterday I have received mail from Zest Money that My Loan voucher(Sent on Flipcart) has been cancelled and no EMI will be debited from my account has mentioned in that mail.

        I have requested on email to cancel my loan but even after that my ecs bounced twice and due to that my credit score got affected. They have not informed me to maintain balance in the bank for emi and it will be refunded after cancellation of loan. It is completely their mistake. Due to them my credit score got highly affected. Please help. They have also blocked my account.

          I had applied for rs 1 lakh loan due to some emergency and it was approved next day on 6th aug 2019. Loan order no. Order id: f518d73e2418, i got as message of approval in two hours and emi tab is also showing the same. Since then its been 9 days i have been following up daily for loan disbursement. It is yet to hit my account. I am in urgent need and every day your zest team says it will be credited in the evening, i want a final solution for this. My emi and interest has started 9 days back but loan has not even been disbursed. I have so many times asked for supervisor calls but just received once.

                I have opted for ecs and they keep calling me and when I disconnected the call she started yelling and was pinging me on watsapp threatening me with dire consequences.

                When I opted for ecs I expect it to happen through ecs for that they say my account should have that money for getting debited. I have proffs to show that my account had more than the emi amount.

                The use downrigh cheap language and please never opt for loans from this people.

                    My emi of rs 1411 was debited on due date but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi repayment is late. As it is already debited from my account why should i pay it again. Kindly check and fix this asap. Also make sure my cibil should not get affect as this is not my fault. I have seen some similar complain so i am sure there is some problem on your server. I need a resolution asap. Feel free to contact me.

                      This is regarding the late fees that is applied on my loan order no 78dc22170717 as i was unable to pay on 26th july due to the failure of transaction to the account.. When i was making the transaction it use to say transaction declined i complained this to my sbi bank and it is resilved now.. Iam a punctual user to pay emi on time and regular user of zest money.. This is very unfair to me and i request you to remove the fees applied.. Waiting for action atvearliest to pay the rest emi

                          I have received 45000 voucher and i redeemed it in amazon. As soon as i added the amount my amazon account logged out with session expired message
                          So i logged in again and tried to order and it failed
                          When i contacted amazon they told me to wait 24hrs
                          And i got a mail that there is a issue in payment
                          And i changed my payment method and they said
                          But i still couldn't purchase
                          Again amazon made me to wait and i got a mail that my account is on hold because of invalid giftcard
                          Now it's been over a week now amazon is closing my 6 year old account
                          And over that i have to pay 3000 for 18 months
                          Without getting the benefit of 45000
                          This is not fair
                          Either cancel my loan or give me a valid giftcard
                          Or transfer my amount from amazon
                          Amazon is not helpful because zest money is a third party company
                          Here amazon is balming giftcard
                          And zest money is saying me to contact amazon
                          Like a loop
                          And i also suspect
                          Zest money is cheating or amazon
                          Or both of them cheating me together
                          I have contacted both customer cares several times
                          No use please solve my issue

                            I am hemashri bhuyan, registered mobile no with zestmoney is [protected].

                            I purchased one mobile phone using zestmoney, loan amount rs 8650/-, activation date was 29th march, 2019 which have received as amazon gift card.

                            But the app showed that my loan amount is rs 10000/-. I have paid all the installments, the last installment was paid on july 2019.

                            With my utmost surprise i noticed a few days back that one more loan activated on 29th march 2019 with an amount of rs 8650, with 3 emi s, as amazon pay gift card, which i used on 29 march 2019.

                            The loan is of 3 emi, first is to be paid on 29th july 2019.

                            This is totally unfair and i have all the proof that i have neither received nor used the loan amounting to rs 10000/-, but unfortunately i have paid the emi s of a loan i did not receive.

                            So i want back all the emi s i have paid into my account or i have to go to the police and consumer court for justice.

I am sure that you are using everyone's money like this for several days, and makes everyone fool. please its a humble and last request to return my money back.
                                I chat with customer care executive and asked them to give me any reference or receipt no that you already initiated the process. but they refused to give any details. they said that they don't have any details like this. So please help me, If I could not pay the fees on time, Bits will cancel my admission, then who will be responsible for my future, my time. Here nobody care about anyone. this is pity, that you want to start any org with any responsibility, why don't you people think about progress, helping nature!!!

                                From the last 2 EMI they are adding fine on my account even I have sufficient balance in my account the are taking late fee charges.

                                  I applied for a flipart voucher worth 13, 599 to make a purchase on flipkart and the voucher is approved. But, at the time of paymnet on flipkart, zestmoney didn't ask for voucher code and the payment is recorded as a new loan. Now, my flipkart voucher became useless and they are asking me to pay interest for the voucher amount which i never used. I have another loan account for the money paid to flipkart for which i'm paying interest. Now, i want to cancel my flipkart voucher. Please do the needful.

                                  I had made an appeal to delete my account with phone no [protected]. I had made that request in April ..the company had not solved my request till date .I had made this request to create the account with different number. Im not able to change my phone no in the website .so solve my issue as early as possible .

                                    I took education loan in february 2019 from zest money for mba from amity university noida of rs 28400 but now i have tried several times for loan cancellation from zest money but zest money didn't help me and cancel my loan and keep deducting my money of rs 295 in every 15 days from my account and keep threatening me every day i have asked amity university noida also for help but they also didn't say anything in return and are not showing any interest in my case kindly help me out and oblige.

                                      Zest money deducted a huge amount from my bank account today and when i tried to contact the customer care person, initially the call get disconnected several times and later when its connected they refused to help me by any means. They provided me 5 vouchers for buying product from flipkart which i have not used and they even not tried to get the confirmation from flipkart. I asked them about the refund and denied to do so. I am a student and the amount is very huge and they are deducting for no means. I have screenshots of the conversations between me and the customer care executive which i can upload if needed. I am really very tensed, dissapointed.i will be very thankfully if this forum could help me in this regard anyway. I request you kindly to register this complaint and if not resolved then please take action against this kind of consumer harrasment. Thank you.

                                        You have debited my account without purchasing anything just because a loan of flipkart is activated in my account, I have not purchased anything from flipkart, who gave the right to debit my account while I have not using your loan?? You are such a fraud company, if you don't resolve it I would like to file complain on consumer court and also take the help of print and social media with the screen shot of your representatives chatting with me where they forcefully tried to convince me, so that other innocent customer like me never take loan from a fraud organisation like zest money
