Zestmoney — loan cancel request

Hi, i requested zest for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. No customer service number provided to talk. I will be happy if my issue is resolved

Its showing already used. and I missed the offer which I got in myntra now I need to pay more to buy the item.
very disappointed, am trying to contact zest money through the phone and call not connecting and chat people not giving any proper reply

I had applied for a personal loan in December 2020. They have activated the loan now in June. I dont need the loan. I have requested them multiple times to cancel the loan and not credit the amount to my bank. But there is no response.

Mera sath fraud Kiya hai gest money se koi Mera loan apply kar liya hai usko cancel karna mai

Mera 2 loan apply hokar hai vah cancel karna mera phone se koi kar liya hai isliye jaldi se cancel karna ho mere sath fraud hua hai
