[Resolved] Zestmoney — longtime queue in call support and no email responses | |||
My query was simple regarding the mismatch accounts of my zest. I have sent email (Case #[protected]and waited for response long time and the call support was terrible, they said my "Queue number is 28" and I have waitied for an hour and fedup. I was planned to buy a mobile for a birthday present and thought zestmoney will be easier and faster. Respond ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved It's been resolved through a phone. Nice support and the caller-agent has waited on call until my issue resolved. Appreciate.
But, please ensure to involve more employees for call assistance. It's really bad to be in call queue for hours. ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I applied for a loan before 6 days. No response from zest money ... Customer care is not gud .. I u don't want to process...then reject me ...I one loan is running from zest money.. first service was very gud ...but now .????????????
