I had placed an Order bearing no.[protected] for some products on 30 may and till date items have neither been delivered nor the money has been remitted. Over that the customer care has been giving the same excuse time and again that within 72 working hours ur products will b cancelled and money refunded. I feel zivame people are just another frauds and have looted hard earned money of ours. The day is not far off when we will hear that zivame management vanished with crores of rupees. Buch of thugs. The business is crashing and they want to become unicorns. Be aware all. Stop ordering through zivame. I feel nykaa has better customer support and credentials.

    In early December Main ne Ek product order kiya aur poora December guzarne k baad bhi mere pass product nhi pahuncha fir inhon ne mere concern k be ghair hi mere amount ko apne Zivame coins me daal diya fir majbooran mujhe dusra product mangana pda wo ek month guzarne k baad nhi aa paya fir ne cancel kr diya again mera paisa Zivame coins me chla Gaya jb m ne customer care se baat ki tau inhon ne btaya k apna card detail input kr dijye app me jb app me card detail input kiya tau app me card k expiry month input le hi ni rha hai fir baat kiya tau btaya k email kr dijye ap apna a/c detail aj one month ho chuka hai still I couldn’t get my money. Highly irresponsible and worst business platform.

      I feel compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Zivame. I placed an order with them a month back and have yet to receive my product. The complete lack of product delivery and their poor communication throughout this ordeal have left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
      Despite several follow ups via mail and calls, there has been no progress on my products worth 2k. They are not even willing to refund my money. This is clearly a fraud and customer cheat.
      I strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from them to think twice.

          I ordered product worth 5000 rs and when the products were delivered it's too small for me and I returned them and they refunded me zcoins but I want my money back in my account. Only problem is that there size chart is incorrect. That's why I don't wanna shop from zivame in future. I don't want zcoins I want my money. If there's no policy of refunding money then it means there no such policy like returning. Zcoins mean exchanging products within some time period. And that is fraud if I would have known that I will be refunded with zcoins and not money then I would never shop from zivame. Kindly requesting you to refund my money back otherwise I will have to do something about this .

            Hi
            I had ordered from zivame and returned the products in their exchange process. Due to their website gltich the returned request was raised for one quantity but I had returned both the quantities that I had bought. When I contacted their customer care, all they say is within 72hours they will let me know if they can refund the amount. Such a big organisation and trying to cheat their customers.

              Its been a month now, I have not received my refund of one of my product.

                  I order 5 items from Zivame worth Rs 3716 on 17 April and return 2 items for size issue worth Rs 1746. Zcoin Rs 1573 is received but not Rs 1746. I want my money Rs 1746 is back in my bank account. Worst return Zivame policy. I want my money back Rs 1746 otherwise I can complain.

                    Returned product but refund still not received. Had send more than 10 emails and messages, sent feedback on Zivame site, called multiple times on Zivame customer care but still no solution. 3 products were returned and picked up by same courier agent. Refund received for 2 but still waiting for the 3rd. Its been more than 12 days now. Everytime they say they will call back with resolution but they don't. This is harassment and cheating.
                    I called yesterday as well since as promised I didnt receive any call back from Farheen and Afreen whom I spoke to in the customer care centre and again some 3rd agent told me to wait for 72 hrs for the resolution. It seems that Zivame is going bankrupt and now stealing money from customers.
                    yes agreed, they keep postponing asking to wait for 24 hours.

                      I have ordered 4 items from zivame (order I'd[protected] on 7th March but they didn't delivered my order and today they cancelled my order without informing me through mail or any source and not refunded my amount yet. I was calling them from last one month and they are just reviewing my request and not taking any action. Their app policy is so bad that the amount is not refunded to source. They refund as z coin in their app only but in my case my amount is not shown as z coin also. Please help me to bring my amount.

                        I had a gift card from Zivame but the gift card option was not available while placing the order. I informed them about that on 22nd February 2023. I was given assurance that the option will be available in 24 hours but it was not available for 3 days. My gift card validity expired on 25th February 2023. After that, I frequently contacted customer care and every time I was given reassurance that I will get my gift card amount in form of z coins or another gift coupon. I talked with 26 different customer care providers. I sent multiple emails including a screenshot of my gift card.
                        it's been more than a month but 24 hours is not yet completed. Every time getting the same reply that We have raised a query. Your issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
                        I request to refund of my gift card amount as soon as possible.

                            I had gift card of Zivame but there was no option for selecting gift card while placing order..I informed Zivame customer care regarding that on 22nd FEBRUARY 2023. They just gave reassurance that gift card option will be added within 24-48 hours. But that option was not available then also. MY GIFT CARD VALIDITY EXPIRED on 25th FEBRUARY 2023. I frequently contacted them for 1 month but just assurance given that I will get my lost amount in form of Z coin or coupon.. Till today, I have talked with 26 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDERS. All just raise the issue, give assurance that I will get amount in 24 hours but their "24 hours has not finished yet for the 1 month". I HAVE SENT MAILS multiple without any effect.
                            It is more than 1 month but they do not vale customer's money and time.

                                I had placed an order with Zivame which includes 3 products. Out of which on the app 2 shows as delivered and 1 in transit. I have to place a size exchange request however I am unable to do so because the entire order is not marked as delivered and the date keeps on increasing daily. I have reached out to customer care multiple times however no response. The exchange window for other product will get closed soon. Later will not be able to place an exchange and will have to keep the products which are of no use to me. Need help asap. Or else it will be a waste of money.

                                    I had placed an order on Feb 23rd and the Order #[protected] . Part of the order is still in order Confirmed status and not yet shipped.
                                    When I reached the Customer care they said that product is not in stock, cancellation has been processed on the same and the issue has been escalated to the concerned team. And asked me to wait for 24 hrs for the refund. It’s been 25 days there is no refund in terms of money nor in zcoins . No proper response from the customer care except sorry and wait and no proper response in emails as well.

                                    I need to get the refund of Rs.1112 .

                                        I have ordered Dermawear Shapewear by Order Id #[protected] on 1st March. The ETA of delivery, that was shown to me while ordering was 6th March. It has already been 11th March and it is still in transit.

                                        Thinking that it might be a 'one time' logistics issue, I again ordered the item via Order ID #[protected] on 10th March, and it's ETA as earlier, keeps on increasing (when I ordered, it was shown to be 15th March, and now it has become 17th March).

                                        I called customer care and asked to cancel both the items with refund in my wallet numerous times.
                                        Everytime it was said to me that both the orders are cancelled and the same should be reflected within 72 hours.

                                        The orders are still not showing to be cancelled from my end, neither I received any notification regarding refund
