    Greetings of the day

    I had been shopping for more then 3-4 years from Zivame and this is first time Zivame is manipulating me ..since from yesterday I had been trying to place order from your website instead of app my payment is declining, For yesterday order I had been getting 4 nightsuits for just 2500/- but my payment declined more then 4 times and my jio mart cash and zivame coins were lost

    So today I tried again to make order even today payment declined from my bank but still order not confirmed

    So one of your executive from customer care team told me that my order is confirmed now on COD FOR WHICH NOW I HAD TO JUST PAT 1000/- RS PENDING FOR 2 NIGHT SUIT

    BUT NO WHEN I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF ORDER IT SHOWING ME
    I NEED TO PAY Rs 1804 /-.

    Please stop manipulation your old customer alteast

    Did price of your products change every seconds

    Please do confirm me amount of my order, If it more then 1000/- just cancel it and do just with recording you have of your customer care team that why that lady committed me that I just need to pay only 1000/- for this order and arrange a call back from any senior who can confirm me reason behind this price change in every seconds

    Hope you team will revert me soon and solve this matter taking me as your priority customer

            I lost my 150 zcoins during a transaction which failed, and also this didn't happened with me for the first time. I already faced the same issue many times . If this continues to happen I will stop purchasing products from zivame . I hope company will resolve my issue and will return my zcoins as soon as possible .

              Hello, I have ordered few garments from your website...and few coulnt fit me well...rather was not up to my expectation...so i had returned those products...but i havent received my refund. Its been almost a month now...due to my busy sheducle i couldnt get back to that issue soon

                Hi, I visited commercial street Zivame store to buy a tummy tucker
                The store employee suggested that the product I was looking for was not available and therefore she will place an order online which will be delivered to my address
                She then convinced me to buy another product and she was sure that the size of that product will fit me and placed the order online
                She didn't tell me about no exchange policy and kept insisting I online
                Now that I received the product, it does not fit me and now the store employee is not responding to my request and is not letting me talk to the store manager

                  I had ordered bra which i had to return because its cup was deformed. I paid 971 rs and 177 using jiocash,
                  They are giving me 971 refund in zivcoins but they are refusing to refund the jiocashback which i used. They say i have to read the terms and conditions but as per the terms and condition i should get the refund of jiocash in my jiomart cashback wallet. Nothing is mentioned on the zivame website and even in the terms and conditons related to this and also the when i asked the team to share me where in the terms and conditions is it mentioned, they refuse to tell me, please help me related to this.

                    I procured the above mentioned product on 4th Feb'2022 at your Zivame Store, Aundh Pune. However due to personal reasons I would like to return the product and receive a credit note for the same as mentioned on the Invoice in Point (iv) of Terms and Conditions, which can be availed against return/exchange valid for 90days at all Zivame studios.
                    As per my discussion with the store incharge I was informed that no credit note shall be issued. While the person at consumer helpline informed that credit note can be availed.
                    I do not find any synchronization in the return policy between the customer care helpline and the store.

                    Therefore I would request you to please look into the matter as the terms mentioned to me on the call are completely different from what is mentioned on the invoice.
                    Further, as no satisfactory action was taken by the store nor the customer care I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution Department of Consumer Affairs Complaint number 3268726

                        Sub: Material not deliver to us but showing as "Delivered"
                        Ref: Order No:[protected]

                        We are enclosing details of material we have ordered from Zivame & made payment also, but material not delivered to the address mentioned, but it is showing as delivered.

                        What is the next step we have to do? We need to raise a complaint regarding this and we need a complaint register number also for further communication.

                        Kindly raise a complaint or deliver the material to the prescribed address within a day.

                          Had ordered in the month of july 2021 and never received the order even after multiple calls to the customer care. Everytime they ask to give them 72hrs to resolve the issue and they never contact back. I asked for a refund and they gave the same answer- 72hrs. I have reached out multiple times and i got fed up really. This is too much. I am so mad at their sheer inability to resolve one small issue

                            I had ordered 3 products on 31st Dec 2021, created a return the day io received them as fit issues. have been calling CC nos everyday, for them to be picked up. Agents have been disinterested in helping. Finally got picked up on 15th Jan 2022 and since then no news on refund. They haven't even got the items back at warehouse. From Rashmi, Ruhi, Reema, and today also another name, they all assure a call back from supervisor by EOD but no one calls. They refuse to let me know the status of my refund,

                            Shall never order with Zivame ever again. Horrible after sales service.

                              I received sms on 6th January on multiple orders placed from my zivame account. I have not used the app for a week. I saw that my personal phone number was changed and replaced by a completely unknown number. Following this multiple orders were placed, with the OTP going to the new number, I had no control over my account. Some of the orders placed are non-cancellable. I doubt involvement of employee because it is not possible to change an existing phone number. I lost close to 4000 Rs. The same number is again trying to change the settings. I want my refunds and wish to close my account for good.

                                Refund of 606 z coins was done, but wanted it transfered in bank account. Due to closure of account didn't receive money back. They say refund has been completed, which is not possible as account doesn't exist. I even submitted all the details -bank closure statement, declaration form from bank, still no solution. All they say is wait 72 working hours, no one responds to emails or calls back. Very poor customer service

                                  I m syamala from hyderabad, I ordered 4 items worth 1000 they delivered only 2 items worth 500, but I paid total money of 1000. I need refund or other 2 items delivered immediately. They don't even have customer care or complaint or queries part on their website or app. Please resolve my problem soon.

                                    I bought a bra from the zivame store at camp, pune whose MRP was 799/-. The store manager asked to chose a pack of two panties saying that it was free with bra and charged me 839/- for both. On asking what the extra 39/- were for, they told its GST . when the MRP already included all the taxes why did she take 39/- more?
