We are enclosing details of material we have ordered from Zivame & made payment also, but material not delivered to the address mentioned, but it is showing as delivered.

What is the next step we have to do? We need to raise a complaint regarding this and we need a complaint register number also for further communication.br...

Had ordered in the month of july 2021 and never received the order even after multiple calls to the customer care. Everytime they ask to give them 72hrs to resolve the issue and they never contact back. I asked for a refund and they gave the same answer- 72hrs. I have reached out multiple times and i got fed up really. This is too much. I am so mad at their sheer inability to resolve one small issue...

I saw that my personal phone number was changed and replaced by a completely unknown number. Refund of 606 z coins was done, but wanted it transfered in bank account. Due to closure of account didn't receive money back. They say refund has been completed, which is not possible as account doesn't exist. I even submitted all the details -bank closure statement, declaration form from bank, still no solution. All they say is wait 72 working hours, no one responds to emails or calls back. Very poor customer service...

I m syamala from hyderabad, I ordered 4 items worth 1000 they delivered only 2 items worth 500, but I paid total money of 1000. I need refund or other 2 items delivered immediately. I bought a bra from the zivame store at camp, pune whose MRP was 799/-. The store manager asked to chose a pack of two panties saying that it was free with bra and charged me 839/- for both. On asking what the extra 39/- were for, they told its GST . when the MRP already included all the taxes why did she take 39/- more?...

Zivame app is worst app i have ever used. It does not allow me to cancel my order and after return it doesnot refund money to my account instead we get money inform coins .It does not show the order delivery status correctly and no one responds in customer support. I trusted the brand and paid before otherwise I would have kept COD.
I am very upset with app and unhappy with service please respond back Asap....

Please transfer the Zcoins to my bank account. This is not acceptable. There was no prior information provided that if i return something i will not get the refund to my bank account. This is fraud....

I had 853zcoins in my account and I was placing an order... I was just going to send the OTP but my phone stopped so clicked the back button and my payment was failed and now when I'm making my payment, my zcoin balance is showing 0 without even placing an order... Kindly check and let me know where my zcoins went because I want to use them!...

For an order of my friend on zivame, of price 935, I was paying in goggle pay twice that is I paid total 1870 rupees.But the order was not delivered.I don't know about the issues zivami face to deliver the order for which I paid twice.Later my friend got the order by paying with cash.So 1870 rupees which was paid via Gpay was for nothing .. by protocol it should have been refunded till now.But you are delaying.When my friend complains about...

Order return request placed on 21st October with zivame and pickup was scheduled on 28th october. Since then there has been no pick up. Help center executives only keep on apologising but no help. They themselves add the wrong address for return pick up. Not even returning the money. Absolutely disgusting service....

I order a few bras on Sep 27, 2021. They had some fitting issues so I applied for an exchange. I waited for almost a month, I never got an exchange and the order got cancelled by the seller, saying cannot deliver. I don't want small bras, what I need is my money back and take your product....
