Refund issue yet not resolved within time...service is poor...

My Zivame account was hacked and few things are ordered today using my Zcoins. It’s under order confirmation status as of 22 March 2022 1AM IST. Due to the Zivame policy I am unable to cancel it from my side. Please cancel the order as soon as possible. Order #[protected]

I purchased a product worth Rs 227. I released that the product was not the one that I expected when it reached my home. So I returned the product and expected a refund. However, I was told, that the refund request is completed and the amount will be refuned to my account as zcoins!

I want the amount as cash to be credited to my band account, just like other online shopping sites do.

Please need the needful....

I am unable to cancel the order and also loose the 1331 Zcoins present in my account. I want the order cancelled and the money refunded to my account....

I have ordered from zivame(2 products) on 21st Feb 2021. After few days, when I did not get any update about product delivery, I checked their app and it showed the order being delivered on 23rd Feb 2021.

I called their customer care and raised the complaint and they promised to resolve it within 48-72 hours. Today is 17th March and still no response from their side.
Each time I contact them, I get the same response.br...

I had been shopping for more then 3-4 years from Zivame and this is first time Zivame is manipulating me ..since from yesterday I had been trying to place order from your website instead of app my payment is declining, For yesterday order I had been getting 4 nightsuits for just 2500/- but my payment declined more then 4 times and my jio mart cash and zivame coins were lost

So...

Every single time the payment fails and I lose my zcoins .. I want you to please help me with getting my zcoins back as soon as possible !!...

I lost my 150 zcoins during a transaction which failed, and also this didn't happened with me for the first time. I already faced the same issue many times . If this continues to happen I will stop purchasing products from zivame . I hope company will resolve my issue and will return my zcoins as soon as possible .

Hi, I visited commercial street Zivame store to buy a tummy tucker
The store employee suggested that the product I was looking for was not available and therefore she will place an order online which will be delivered to my address
She then convinced me to buy another product and she was sure that the size of that product will fit me and placed the order online
She didn't tell me about no exchange policy and kept insisting...

I had ordered bra which i had to return because its cup was deformed. I paid 971 rs and 177 using jiocash,
They are giving me 971 refund in zivcoins but they are refusing to refund the jiocashback which i used. They say i have to read the terms and conditions but as per the terms and condition i should get the refund of jiocash in my jiomart cashback wallet. Nothing is mentioned on the zivame website and even in the terms and conditons...

I procured the above mentioned product on 4th Feb'2022 at your Zivame Store, Aundh Pune. However due to personal reasons I would like to return the product and receive a credit note for the same as mentioned on the Invoice in Point (iv) of Terms and Conditions, which can be availed against return/exchange valid for 90days at all Zivame studios.
