So I ordered 2 bras from ziavme and I pre Pais for it through cashkaro app ND i don't know why my order was canceled so I reordered and again it got canceled and I haven't recieved my money till now it just shows that my money has been transfered in zcoins, which I want back in my account so kindly look into this matter

    I had received Zcoins as my refund in zivame account even though I targetted it in my bank account. I then see that on 14th March, 2022 my zivame account was hacked and my Zcoins was stolen. Someone else did the shopping. Kindly get my refund back.

      I ordered a vra from zivame worth rs 345. They sent a wrong size so I returned that. But they did not refund the money into my original payment method(upi). Rather they converted it into zcoin. I do not want to buy anything with zcoin and I want my cash back ASAP into my bank account.
      Please do the needful and let me know if any more information regarding this is needed

          I have received an order[protected] today for the panties and the hip size mentioned in Zivame app is 92-100cm. But the items received are very much smaller than that. I couldn't see an exchange/return in your app. I would like to proceed with exchange/return, kindly help me with this issue.

              Its been 40 days since i returned the product, but till now i have not received my refund. I am tired of sending mail and calling customer support daily. Whenever i call they say to wait for 2-3 days, but its already been 40 days. I am frustrated and disappointed. If i don't get the resolution here, i will file a case in consumer court and suit with the penal charges for the harassment caused.

                I have placed an order with zivame with order id:[protected] since I didn't like the quality of the product I returned but zivame has refunded me back through zcoins which is not needed for me right now. I want them to be refunded to my account. Zivame will loose a silver customer like me. If dey arenot customer friendly

                  When i returned the product they refunded it in zcoins instead of refunding it in account. And when it got expired they didn't even notice me . When return also they didn't give us any notification of expiring of coins.

                    I cancelled my order before it was shipped. I got zcoins as refund, which I can use on Zivame only. Please return it to original payment method, I don’t need it as zcoins.

                        I have not received 200 zcoins back even if my order failed two times. I have experienced from my last two orders that webpage is blank at the last step of payment. And when I check my cart back, zcoins are used even though the order was not successful.

                          I placed an order today but realised that it was the wrong size. I cancelled the order and received my 494 z coins back but when I added another item and ordered the right size this time The payment transaction failed and now i lost my all of my 594 z coins.

                          I have added the screenshot of the first order.

                          Please resolve this issue so that i can get my z coins back

                                My Zivame account was hacked and few things are ordered today using my Zcoins. It’s under order confirmation status as of 22 March 2022 1AM IST. Due to the Zivame policy I am unable to cancel it from my side. Please cancel the order as soon as possible. Order #[protected]

                                Hacker address is Gokul Puram Nanda Nagar Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, 273008, India
                                [protected] - truecaller shows Arun Singh Home which is the main hacker, Another number of hacker is [protected] .

                                My actual address is In Kerala. Please take immediate action to kindly cancel this order and refund my money. It’s an urgent request.

                                My address is removed from my account and fraud person address is there. I am unable to block my account or change my password. My other apps or any other apps are not hacked. It’s only issue with Zivame. Please let me know a solution asap.

                                  I purchased a product worth Rs 227. I released that the product was not the one that I expected when it reached my home. So I returned the product and expected a refund. However, I was told, that the refund request is completed and the amount will be refuned to my account as zcoins!

                                  I want the amount as cash to be credited to my band account, just like other online shopping sites do.

                                    My Zivame account was hacked on 17th march 2022 and purchases were made using the Zcoins in the account by

                                    I am unable to cancel the order and also loose the 1331 Zcoins present in my account. I want the order cancelled and the money refunded to my account.
                                    I too face this issue today. Needs immediate attention of zivame customer care to stop processing the order #[protected] and contact me.

                                      I have ordered from zivame(2 products) on 21st Feb 2021. After few days, when I did not get any update about product delivery, I checked their app and it showed the order being delivered on 23rd Feb 2021.

                                      I called their customer care and raised the complaint and they promised to resolve it within 48-72 hours. Today is 17th March and still no response from their side.
                                      Each time I contact them, I get the same response.

                                      To summarize, I did not get the products and also I lost my money too.
