I have ordered 4 items from Zivame worth Rs 2598/- on 26th August 2021 and was received on 29th August 2021. I returned 3 products on 30th August as I was not happy with the fitting and the products were picked from me on September 7th 2021.The amount/zcoins is not yet refunded to my account in zivame app nor in my source account.

There is no communication regarding the same from zivame over mail or message....

Product still not received from zivame it's been more than 20 days, am fed up of calling customer care several times ..asking same question again and again...no help received only got one message to wait for 72 hours on every call but no help. Even after I asked to cancel the order it is not cancel either.customer care last member said that she will cancel the order but she didn't cancelled. Pathetic customer service ever. Very disappointed......

Today, I tried placing an order today using the coins and my transaction failed. When I tried placing the order again, I don’t see the coins anymore in my account.

Could you please help me get back my money!...

My account being hacked and an order is placed under Karthik Avhad for mumbai location using my zcoins.

I have placed a return request for the same. I am expecting the team to resolve the issue asap....

It’s been almost 2 months I have placed an order with zivame and still the product is not delivered. I tried sending mails atleast to cancel the order or refund the amount paid, but still got no response. Really disappointed...

Earlier it takes almost a month to deliver and then they cancelled the order and give coins. I want cash how I will be able to withdraw it...

I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 850 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specified account number....

I placed an order worth Rs. 787/-(INR) of 2 pair ear rings in Zivame online on September 11, 2021. Still I haven't received my order. I tracked everyday, the delivery date extended day by day.
I called to customer care, they said like they are going to update me in 72 working hours, then asked for money for registration of complaint against the vendor. I said NO, and I am filing the complaint here....

I have performed transaction to Zivame.com on 9th September against order nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected] for an amount of Rs. 3194/- each transaction. All the above orders have been rejected, amount was deducted but till date not refunded back. The bank statement from 9th september till date is attched for ready reference.

I have checked with my bank and it is informed by them that the deducted amount has neither come...

I have not received my order yet. As it's showing order completed please check proper status

I had ordered two bras from zivame on 11 th sept and had requested a return of the same on 14 th sept.courier partner called me on 15 th and I also got a message that the return will be picked up on the same day and I returned the items, though again I got a message saying I had cancelled the return on 16 th the same person asked me for the return.Need my refund of 852 rs in my bank account as early as possible....

I got a product on 15th September and I don't like the size of the same.Now I want to exchange the same but it is showing that exchange is not available for pincode 125102 now what can I do about this...

I got it on 15th September...and i Don't like the size and my exact is mot available so i wanted to return as quick as possible but its 16th September and still it's showing a error for return......

Want refund in my bank account and not as z coins...how to do that

I want to change zcoins to money in my paytm wallet I made the payment using paytm and after order cancellation I received refund in zcoins....

As Zivame doesn't provide refund back to your original source, I had got my refund in form of zcoins from previous orders which was definitely more than 514 as I don't recall exact number.

Now today when I tried to make the order payment with zcoins and rest with my card but because of some issue the payment failed and that is fine but I didn't receive the zcoins which I used to place the failed order in my account.

Yesterday I was placing an order. The money got deducted from my account but order time got out. I want refund of Rs 179 from Reliance Retail Limited...

Hii, I placed an order from zivame app but by mistake I didnot change my adress. It will be delivered in my old address. I already paid amount . Pls. Resolve it. Also the item is showing delivered whereas I have not even received any call
