I ordered 2bras and made by payment using Paytm order got cancel but my money is gone. Pls check & reply...

Zivame app is worst app i have ever used. It does not allow me to cancel my order and after return it doesnot refund money to my account instead we get money inform coins .It does not show the order delivery status correctly and no one responds in customer support. I trusted the brand and paid before otherwise I would have kept COD.
I am very upset with app and unhappy with service please respond back Asap.

Please transfer the Zcoins to my bank account. This is not acceptable. There was no prior information provided that if i return something i will not get the refund to my bank account. This is fraud.

Kindly provide Zcoins as cash to my bank account ...

893 rupees is stuck with zivame they r not refunding back to bank account fraud zivame . Everyday I am calling but no solution, they move round in circles, they dnt want to give me the money . FRAUD ZIVAME

I had 853zcoins in my account and I was placing an order... I was just going to send the OTP but my phone stopped so clicked the back button and my payment was failed and now when I'm making my payment, my zcoin balance is showing 0 without even placing an order... Kindly check and let me know where my zcoins went because I want to use them!

For an order of my friend on zivame, of price 935, I was paying in goggle pay twice that is I paid total 1870 rupees.But the order was not delivered.I don't know about the issues zivami face to deliver the order for which I paid twice.Later my friend got the order by paying with cash.So 1870 rupees which was paid via Gpay was for nothing .. by protocol it should have been refunded till now.But you are delaying.When my friend complains about it, zivami tells wait for 48 hours, wait for 72 hours.. like this.. and this is continuing... I am not getting refund... I need my 1870 rupees ... please refund it immediately... I will have to take another action if you not give me my refund.

Order return request placed on 21st October with zivame and pickup was scheduled on 28th october. Since then there has been no pick up. Help center executives only keep on apologising but no help. They themselves add the wrong address for return pick up. Not even returning the money. Absolutely disgusting service.

I had placed an order:[protected] with Zivame. I have not received one item from the order as it was not even shipped even after 1 week of placing the order. So I had requested for a cancellation and refund. It's been a week and still there is no update. Customer care support is pathetic. Please refund the amount.

Really want to see if I can see you think you are you are

I order a few bras on Sep 27, 2021. They had some fitting issues so I applied for an exchange. I waited for almost a month, I never got an exchange and the order got cancelled by the seller, saying cannot deliver. I don't want small bras, what I need is my money back and take your product.

Need return product amount in my given gpay account instead of zcoin. Need as amount for my return product instead of zcoin

I have ordered 4 items from Zivame worth Rs 2598/- on 26th August 2021 and was received on 29th August 2021. I returned 3 products on 30th August as I was not happy with the fitting and the products were picked from me on September 7th 2021.The amount/zcoins is not yet refunded to my account in zivame app nor in my source account.

There is no communication regarding the same from zivame over mail or message. I tried to get in touch with them over call and email and got an ambiguous response from regarding the refund and they responded within 72 hours issue will be resolved.
I advent received any communication from zivame regarding the same over call or email again and after 5 days again I called them and asked them to get the amount credited in my source account as I was not happy with the customer service and they responded they will refund in 48 hours. However, even after 3 days, the amount is not credited and there is no communication/updates from zivame regarding the same.

Product still not received from zivame it's been more than 20 days, am fed up of calling customer care several times ..asking same question again and again...no help received only got one message to wait for 72 hours on every call but no help. Even after I asked to cancel the order it is not cancel either.customer care last member said that she will cancel the order but she didn't cancelled. Pathetic customer service ever. Very disappointed...

My account being hacked and an order is placed under Karthik Avhad for mumbai location using my zcoins.

I have placed a return request for the same. I am expecting the team to resolve the issue asap.

It’s been almost 2 months I have placed an order with zivame and still the product is not delivered. I tried sending mails atleast to cancel the order or refund the amount paid, but still got no response. Really disappointed

Earlier it takes almost a month to deliver and then they cancelled the order and give coins. I want cash how I will be able to withdraw it

I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 850 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specified account number.
