        It's been 1 hr 40 mins now still I haven't received my order. Delivery partner says the order is been transferred to him by some other delivery partner and restaurant says that the order is picked long back. Then where is my order? I want my money back.

            I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

            Please do something about it and make my account back to normal

                    Instead of calling and verifying the address for my delivery, the delivery boy Debashish Biswas, Order No: [protected] delivered to some random address and submitted the response as "delivered". My money has been debited from my account already and I cannot replace my order

                        I made no delivery order and 200rs of mine have been taken by Zomato through my Paytm wallet accnt. Zomato was linked to my paytm wallet i have removed them after that.

                              A sum of Rs. 176 has been deducted from my paytm wallet by zomato media pvt. ltd. but neither have i ordered anything nor i have taken any subscriptions. The transaction is not showing up on recent orders in zomato but it appears on paytm.

                                I register for delivery partner in zomato company on 02/11/2020 but the id did not start and continuously showing bgv failed and id Terminated and zomato already charge some amount of total fee 1250 and I paid him 400 from phone pay.

                                And now I want to earn money so my only request to you please get me help for id issue and so i can work with zomato or either please return my whole money return back.

                                This complaint related all documents below:

                                  This is related to the order that I ordered on 3rd Oct. 2021. My phone number was wrong in the app so delivery boy was not able to contact me but I was constantly calling him and his number was out of reach I called customer care. at the same time customer support guy was also not able to connect with the delivery boy. I was at the location so I found him and went to him when I asked him your number is unreachable so he was not accepting but I called his number in front of him still his number was out of reach. When I asked for the food he told me I can't give it to you now because I cancelled it.
                                  I called customer care again and they committed me your refund will be processed within 2 3 days. So I recorded same order again because I need the order.
                                  But from 3rd Oct till now I requested multiple times about the refund but I am not able to receive my refund.
                                  Apart from this I have to deal with very rude customer support guys.

                                  I want the refund of this order and please make sure If delivery boy cancels the order and someone who order food find the delivery boy, still he should be able to receive the order.

                                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
