    I made my zomato ID 4-5 days ago..but next day when i am going online they said that your ID is suspended due to BGV failed...i want my ID back, please help me

      Hi Everyone,

      I am Rajesh Sudhakar Kongari working as a Zomato Delivery Boy from 6th September to 4th October. After 2 days my ID was blocked & the reason mentioned is BGV failed. I called my TL but no response from him & also raised a ticket in the app then also got the same reply from Zomato. Almost 20 days over, the ID is still blocked. I have been at home for the last 20 days & i don't have any other source of income. So please can i get a valid reason why my ID is blocked.

      I have never done the cancellation nor any denials, then also my ID has been blocked. And you guys without informing how can you directly block the account.

      Please reply to me as soon as possible.

            Delivery valet went too far wrong location and he was talking in phone very rude and unparliamentary manner.when i called back he refused to take call.i had only option of cancelling order for which a fine amount was deducted from me.i am a regular daily customer of zomato and this incident really broke my heart.valet should be given punishment and i must be compensated for his negligence and bad behavior

                  Hi mysel[censored]day and iwas placed an order of pizza and burger on 26th October 2021 at 11.50 pm from onesta restaurant and it should be delivered by 39 mins and it didn't got delivered and then I contacted the helpchat but they were not helpfull at all they were not able to deliver the product and even not ready to cancel the order and after 1hour 20mins they saying "if you want cancel the order then complete amount will be going in cancellation charges and you don't get refund" these were the words they said this. The services which Zomato is providing is not good and sometime I get wrong order where the restaurant people doesn't lift the call and in some restaurant numbers shows swtich off. I don't for what they are running delivery centre where they are not ready to help and even the restaurant numbers doesn't get lifted. If you want I have snapshot of chat with me.

                        I had ordered a veg thali from Hot Box, Kharagpur on ZOMATO on 26th October 2021. Both the sabjis were missing: Kadai Paneer and Mixed Veg.
                        Also the chapati was stale with white fungus and moulds on it.
                        I complained to zomato and asked for a refund but they denied it. I had to pay Rs110 for this.

                            We have been continuously trying to get in touch with zomato via mail as well as through the contact person but till now we havent received the tds reimbursement. Why they dont provide proper customer service to the business partners. They dont have a proper contact person or he or she never picks up the call. Fully dissappointed with Zomato. This will be taken further to the concerned authorities if its not answered here. Its damn our hard earned money.

                                  my paytm wallet for the order which i don't even know.

                                  It is not even shown in the previous order lists in my
                                  account mob. No. [protected]
                                  I want my whole money to be refunded to my paytm
                                  wallet
                                  It's unfair why customer are facing any problems of

                                    bgv विफल होने के कारण निलंबित खाता। मेरा लॉगिन मैं FE1499516 मैं अभी एक सप्ताह पहले शामिल हुआ था अब उन्होंने मेरा खाता निलंबित कर दिया है। मुझे नहीं पता कि मेरे खाते को कैसे प्रतिक्रियाशील किया जाए। क्योंकि उनमें से कोई भी पृष्ठभूमि की जांच के लिए नहीं आया था। मैंने टिकटों का एक पैकेट उठाया है। लेकिन उसके लिए कोई फायदा नहीं। मैंने अपने शहर की टीम के नेता को बुलाने की कोशिश की। वह कॉल नहीं उठा रहा है। मैंने नौकरी के लिए । वे बस हमारे साथ खेलते हैं।
