This is related to the order that I ordered on 3rd Oct. 2021. My phone number was wrong in the app so delivery boy was not able to contact me but I was constantly calling him and his number was out of reach I called customer care. at the same time customer support guy was also not able to connect with the delivery boy. I was at the location so I found him and went to him when I asked him your number is unreachable so he was not accepting but I called his number in front of him still his number was out of reach. When I asked for the food he told me I can't give it to you now because I cancelled it.
I called customer care again and they committed me your refund will be processed within 2 3 days. So I recorded same order again because I need the order.
But from 3rd Oct till now I requested multiple times about the refund but I am not able to receive my refund.
Apart from this I have to deal with very rude customer support guys.
I want the refund of this order and please make sure If delivery boy cancels the order and someone who order food find the delivery boy, still he should be able to receive the order.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
