I have ordered & made the full payment but the delivery agent has not called me & reported the number is not reachable. When I checked my status as rejected, I called immediately the restaurant. I had called the delivery agent number which I got from the restaurant. I tried to contact you more than 4-5 times but the call was not connected. Kindly take a look into this issue & return my amount on the original payment method.
Maybe the network issue was there, but it doesn't mean that you are charging without delivering the order. I don't know what is your new policy & what is not, How the customer knows about this that you have changed your policy. As my order was not delivered to me so please help me to get my return amount on the original payment method.
they said I was not reachable but think about that when I ordered something then it means I really need that is why I placed the order, then why I am trying not to be reachable at the time of delivery.
Moreover, I tried to reach out to customer service but there is no point of contact other than email, So i dropped an email at that time. Also, i contacted the delivery agent but he was not receiving my calls, then I contacted the restaurant. As per the restaurant, the delivery agent was not reachable for them also.
So please help to get my return amount of 610 INR, As my order was not delivered.
