This is the second time i am facing problems with Zomato delivery. Lunch was ordered with meals and 2 peices of fish fry. the fish fry which was charged 390RS was not present in the delivered pack. i complained instantly and zomato customer service assured me to refund this amount at the earliest. But I had to manage without fish fry and the inconvenience and delay because of the zomato delivery negligence was not considered.

why should we adjust for zomato 's inefficiency and carelessness when i have paid the highest delivery charges when compared to other delivery apps.

Last time my diinner delivery was delayed by 90 mins and later cancelled without my inconvenience being addressed.

This is highly intolerable from customer point of view

              I placed an order for a combination pizzas of 3 from pizza hut of which only 2 were delivered, when I raised the question with the customer care, he checked and replied he couldn't do anything about it. He said the restaurant checked with the cctv and they confirmed it also the valet said he delivered 3 pizzas but when I called the valet he said restaurant gave him only two pizzas, so I think the valet is lying but how can Zomato be so irresponsible saying they can't do anything about it, least they could do is take action against the valet if not refund.

                    I had ordered sweets from zomato worth rupees 387. The item was totally stale and not in a condition to consume. I therefore contacted the consumer care, and demanded for refund.
                    I was however told that zomato cannot refund me since the restaurant told them that the item was fresh when it was sent. The photo shared by me and the claim i raised about the food being stale was called a lie.
                    I was denied to talk to the manager as well. I was told by the customer care executive Varun Goswami that the manager is not avalable to talk.
                    Ultimately after losing money and getting mentally harrassed by the executive, I decided to file a complaint. The zomato chain is running a fraud scam where they loot your money and deliver you stale food.

                        I have ordered some food from zomato using a coupon code that i won from Paytm.
                        I returned some its from it due to some issue. When it came to refund they refunded me in the form of promocode. When i complained to customer service regardingvm that said that they asked me for that but after sometime they accepted there fault but too denied tonm refund me money in original payment method. Customer service deliberately cheated me and i lost my money because of them.
                        According to coupon offer that i used new users and the users who are not active from last 60 days can get a flat hundred rupees off with 50 rupees cashback on ordering above 199. It is written no where that 50 rupees cashback will be credited in paytm wallets or in zomato credits. I Ordered my item but when it came to cashback i came to know that it is added in zomato wallet. No one told me at that time that its validity is only for 7 days. The credits automatically got expired without my knowledge. When i complained zomato team about this they said that infuture i will be inforned. Customer service was trying its best to cheat me.

                          Hello,
                          Yesterday night I ordered food from Zomato but I didn't received all items that I ordered, one item was missing, delivery boy said he will be back with missing item but he didn't came back, when I tried to chat with Zomato, ivr was replying with I couldn't connect to a live representative, so I tried in the morning but same response only Ivr is replying with sorry an ol.. I did online payment, need my money back, plz look into this.

                              We received the order from Zomato which was supposed to be my dinner. The package was torn, the soup was spilled and momos pack was in a complete mess. On raising the same to delivery partner Praveen, misbehaves with us stating that it is restaurant that has sent the order this way. Please note the restaurant had sealed packed the order.

                              Ayush Sharma from customer support, has the great sense of humour to tell us that he would refund 68 rupees and that we can consume the momos which were in a mess because of soup spillage. He also tells us that the soup costing 140 rupees will be refunded but only 68 rupees.

                              On top of this the delivery partner was flouting Covid norms and not even wearing a mask, let alone maintaining other Covid protocols and hygiene. The customer support executive very conveniently ignore this and goes on to share standard apologetic messages.

                                The food served from the pind punjab viman nagar pune was very sub standard, . It was tasting like the leftovers, when we eat at the restaurant, the taste is satisfactory. Highly disappointed by zomatos delivery
