On 21st Oct 2021, I Harjass Sandhu from #3552, sector 69, Mohali made an order on Zomato from Nawabi Chicken located in sector -22 at 08.41 p.m as we were celebrating my birthday. I have ordered 5 items worth Rs 1267/- but after waiting for more than an hour for delivery person to arrive with food items, we got to know after making the call to know the status that our order has been cancelled. I have not recieved a single call from delivery person neither I cancelled my order on my own. It was purely an example o[censored]nfair trade practice by the agent and harassment to me as I didn't got the food and have not got the refund also.
It's my hard earned money which I chose to spend on special occasion but was befooled by the clever delivery person of Zomato.
My greivance is that I want my total refund plus compensation for harassing me mentally - emotionally and to keep me as a customer in the dark by Zomato unfair trade practice, in the interest of justice.
