    We received the order from Zomato which was supposed to be my dinner. The package was torn, the soup was spilled and momos pack was in a complete mess. On raising the same to delivery partner Praveen, misbehaves with us stating that it is restaurant that has sent the order this way. Please note the restaurant had sealed packed the order.

    Ayush Sharma from customer support, has the great sense of humour to tell us that he would refund 68 rupees and that we can consume the momos which were in a mess because of soup spillage. He also tells us that the soup costing 140 rupees will be refunded but only 68 rupees.

    On top of this the delivery partner was flouting Covid norms and not even wearing a mask, let alone maintaining other Covid protocols and hygiene. The customer support executive very conveniently ignore this and goes on to share standard apologetic messages.

      The food served from the pind punjab viman nagar pune was very sub standard, . It was tasting like the leftovers, when we eat at the restaurant, the taste is satisfactory. Highly disappointed by zomatos delivery

            I have Recently Joined the Zomato as a delivery partner and I have paid an Joining amount of 1440 rupees and Next day My ID is showing that Your ID Got suspended due to BGV Failed.I have raised bunch tickets regarding my issue but No one is responding to my problem

                  On 21st Oct 2021, I Harjass Sandhu from #3552, sector 69, Mohali made an order on Zomato from Nawabi Chicken located in sector -22 at 08.41 p.m as we were celebrating my birthday. I have ordered 5 items worth Rs 1267/- but after waiting for more than an hour for delivery person to arrive with food items, we got to know after making the call to know the status that our order has been cancelled. I have not recieved a single call from delivery person neither I cancelled my order on my own. It was purely an example o[censored]nfair trade practice by the agent and harassment to me as I didn't got the food and have not got the refund also.
                  It's my hard earned money which I chose to spend on special occasion but was befooled by the clever delivery person of Zomato.
                  My greivance is that I want my total refund plus compensation for harassing me mentally - emotionally and to keep me as a customer in the dark by Zomato unfair trade practice, in the interest of justice.

                      Please sir meri id khol dijiye maine 5-6 din pehle hi apni id bnayi hai or uske agle din login krne par mujhe "your id is suspended due to BGV failed" bata rha h jiski wajah se main kaam nhi kr paa rha hu, zomato delivery app se ticket bhi raise nhi ho paa rha hai or na hi emergency hotline se baat kar paa rha hu or TL sir se baat krne par unhone kaha ID 2 din m khul jayegi magar aaj 5 din ho gaye hai, please help me
