    I ordered some food for my lunch from zomato.i received my order in very way with damaged seal and packing it was leaking through it.so I raised a complaint through customer service but not responding correctly.they asked me to upload a picture so I uploaded it and they are saying sorry that's it.very disappointed for their answer.

      From 11th to 17 Oct. Payment not received in bank account. On Monday TL called me on some issue he argued about it and after some time got a small submit your bank details your payment is on hold.
      Normally get sallary weekly till Wednesday evening. But it's Thursday and still no notifications
      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Still in review nothing happened.

          Hello, this side amit chakravortty manager at Prabhuji Haldiram Gaya runs your application for sale from our outlet, we deliver goods in proper ways. but your riders don't know, why they don't wear any dress mask or carry bag. they took order from here good and don't know how they deliver to our customer, customer thinks that its our fault but totally fault of your rider. So give a feedback against this issue, if this will happening continue then zomato partner app rating and rivews will be go down and down. this is a now a big company so you should take care of this.

            My zomato ID is deactivated due to bgv failed

            I joined two weeks ago I didn't get the bag and t-shirt yet. Then now showing that the ID is deactivated due to bgv failed. WHY???

              Dear sir/Ma'am,

              I have ordered & made the full payment but the delivery agent has not called me & reported the number is not reachable. When I checked my status as rejected, I called immediately the restaurant. I had called the delivery agent number which I got from the restaurant. I tried to contact you more than 4-5 times but the call was not connected. Kindly take a look into this issue & return my amount on the original payment method.

              Maybe the network issue was there, but it doesn't mean that you are charging without delivering the order. I don't know what is your new policy & what is not, How the customer knows about this that you have changed your policy. As my order was not delivered to me so please help me to get my return amount on the original payment method.

              they said I was not reachable but think about that when I ordered something then it means I really need that is why I placed the order, then why I am trying not to be reachable at the time of delivery.

              Moreover, I tried to reach out to customer service but there is no point of contact other than email, So i dropped an email at that time. Also, i contacted the delivery agent but he was not receiving my calls, then I contacted the restaurant. As per the restaurant, the delivery agent was not reachable for them also.

              So please help to get my return amount of 610 INR, As my order was not delivered.

                Yesterday i order something from zomato, which was delayed as i could track the delivery agent wasn’t reaching the restaurant and there was no movement of him till an hour, after talking to the support executive i was assured i will receive in sometime but after waiting for more than an hour, she canceled my order because she couldn’t reach the agent! On requesting they redeemed me with 75Rs coupon which is quite worthless for me! But these people are so clever and smart.. i could not even gave them a feedback on that they did something to my zomato account because she was scared that i will raise this issue and due to that i wasn’t able to rate her chat or her support to me. They are so clever. After this i am not even able to make any other order also as they have stopped my cash payment method but everyone else’s zomato account in my house has the option of cash on delivery. I again talked to another support executive today. He was even cleverest, he listened to me n without replying to my issue closed the chat with a thank you! what kind of nuisance is this. These people are fooling us. The delivery agents are liars on another level. Also this hasn’t happened just once with me but many a times! Nobody is so free to waste their times on these people. i also have the screenshots of the chats.

                  I have ordered 25 pizza's from pizzahut through Zomato at 12.50pm and which was supposed to reach us in 30 min. It's not reached me even at 2.30pm. first they said it's been made then they said it's not possible for us to deliver 25 pizza's. I have ordered the Pizza for a luncheon saminar in Max hospital Patparganj from where the nearest pizza hut at IP extension is just 6 minutes away. I felt Very bad anin fron of the attendees of the saminar. I will avoid to use Zomato in future.

                      The delivery person harsh kashyap and his no is [protected] from zomato picked up the order from. mcdonalds and never delivered to us. And his no was also not reachable as his incoming calls was not available due to insufficient balance so neither he called us not we were able to reach him.
                      Now zomato is not refunding us back the amount of 271.90 saying that we cannot do anything because he was not reachable.

                      And neither they are getting in touch with that person.

                      I need mt money back because zomato refused to give us the replacement order.

                            Zomato order id-ID-[protected]

                            I had placed the order for Butter scotch Ice cream 4.5 Lts.

                            But i had received only Vannilla

                            Order placed in zomato received from Aavin Junction.
                            As we could not contact zomato through phone i had mailed them my complaint.
                            for that they just apoligised and saying that they cant refund my Money.

                            If they are not having the product they should inform the customer instead why to change the flovour which is very less rate and send it to us, without even consulting with the customers.

                            I need them to Refund my money.

                            I had enclosed the Photos and also the order details.
                            Hope you will take necessary action and do the needfull

                            Hope you will take sever34e action against this Zomato. They are not supporting the customers. Cheating the customers and saying that they cant refund the amount. Just whats is the use of their apology???? Ask them to Refund the money.

                                I regularly order from zomato and many a times I get bad food or spilled food or food that is not even half in quantity and on complaining they give me either a petty sum as promo code or they say they can’t help. Last I ordered from The Yellow Straw and the food came half, I paid 521.24 and got a promo code for 200 only. This is cheating and looting

                                  I ordered a fruit salad with jelly and ice cream on 17/10/2011 from corner house jayanagar, Bangalore using Zomato- Order no: [protected]

                                  I received only jelly with ice cream and cream. The menu clearly shows under fruit salad section - jelly with ice cream and cream (attached). I complained on the app for which they replied that they confirmed with the restaurant parter and confirmed that the correct item was delivered. I want to escalate my issue as i am being denied a refund.

                                  Though its a small amount, the company does not understand that the customer has been wronged and denies me a refund. This is unacceptable.

                                  I have sent them picture of the menu where the item i ordered can be clearly seen.

                                    Zomato is charging higher than the prices mentioned on the item that i purchased from one of its seller Bhagat halwai.
                                    How can they charge me more amount than MRP.
                                    I am attaching screenshot of the order in which muffins are charged Rs.29 each but the MRP is Rs.25
                                    Kindly look into it ASAP.
