Today i.e. on 1 oct 2021 we have ordered from zomato (Afzal restaurant), at the time of payment we choose net banking of axis bank, we received OTP from bank, but the screen got hanged and unable to enter the OTP. So we did not completed our transaction. But after one hour i received debit message from Axis bank Amt. Rs 953.50, which i also confirmed with axis bank, they said payment is success full from our side and they shared PRN No.[protected].
Kindly requesting you to look in this, and refund the amount at earliest.
