I went to order some food from Zomato as usual, but i recieve unpacked food.. i attach a pic in chat.. nd i got credit. but today they block me..sir i[censored] ddvliver bad food . then its my right to inform to take action against ur delivery boy or restorent but u block me. I hope they unban me. I spent a lot of money on Zomato. I contacted them from their email and they said I had been complained about from merchant's. This is genuinely a lie and I hope they resolve it or I might take this to court. They said they can't unban me from their database. Please help Zomato.. i dont want to lose my credit

My zomato account got blocked without any reasons and also they aren't responding to my mails, their call support is not picking the call and chat support is also not working.

I want my account to be unblocked as soon as possible because i have money in my wallet and i want them back. zometo account nu. is [protected]

    HI Last sat I placed an order of 371 from a Hotel Sri sai Santosh dhaba located in manikonda Hyderabad-500089 from zomato .I made the payment through my hdfc net banking account the payment was made successfully but my order didn't got confirmed. Request you to please look into the issue and process the refund.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately by mistake i ordered on zomato on 18th nov (Id - [protected]), and i informed immediately to zomato customer care before accepting restaurant, even they did not canceled the order and also i did not received my order and even not given my refund amount. Simply they updated status as you were unable to collect the food at the mentioned address and your phone was unreachable, but they did not call me as my phone is working perfectly and not informed in the chat as i am already in chat with them. And they should inform each and every customer about their policy change about cancellation. Really they are cheating customers in this way and earning money.
      Please help me on this issue and make my amount refund.

        Around a month back i went to order some food from zomato as usual, then i couldn't because it said i was banned due to suspicious activity. This is completely out of the blue. I think there's been a mistake at their end. I hope they unban me. I spent a lot of money on zomato. I contacted them from their email and they said i had been complained about from merchant's. This is genuinely a lie and i hope they resolve it or i might take this to court. They said they can't unban me from their database. Please help zomato

        I haven't ordered anything from zomato but my money from my paytm wallet keeps getting deducted...paytm support told me to resolve this issue with your side...no one your side is helping...you have only chat service as customer care which is pathetic...i consider this as fraud
        I have ordered a chicken roll but the restaurant delivered veg roll instead so i asked for the refund in the zomato chat. They gave the refund but blocked my account. Please help me sir!

        It has been blocked since 2 months now. I have been emailing zomato but they are unresponsive. It has been really a problem to me.
        So some time back, just as usual i was ordering my dinner from zomato, after the food got delivered i found a piece of stone in the gravy, i reported the matter to zomato straight away and the provided me a refund but next morning when i woke up i got this message saying my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. First of all i provided them with relevant and satisfying evidence when they processed the refund then they ban be rendering my unable to use the discount provided to me in from of zomato credits. I tried reaching to them on email but got no resolution saying that its a system made ban and cannot be undone and did not provide me any basis for the same. Later contacted them for 1 last time mentioning of taking legal action if the issue is not resolved but that email has not been responded from my side even after asking for follow-ups. Kindly help me out on this one what am i supposed to do? They also say if you believe it has been done in error contact us but when you do that they say this is done by the system and we cannot undo it. Then why the hell did you even ask to send a mail when it cannot be undone?

          I ordered food and order is accepted with number [protected]. The food is not been delivered. Then i got alert like, rejected. I chat with zomato support and they say no refund or food. How may i pay money for not having food. I want my money back. I would say. You are robbing my money. Who will pay for not eating. I totally regret it. I want my money back. It's myoney.

          I have order sweets from G pulla Reddy sweets but the sweet I got is not fresh so I escalated on Zomato support but no response from them being repeated messages they only say will get this issue resolved sooner but no response at all they concern team will get back I don't think so

            I ordered sweet from Zomato with order number-[protected], they cancel my order without my knowledge they didn't call to me, I also called delivery boy for confirmation of address and also asked for delay still they cancel my pre paid order, I asked for customer support no many time to chat support but the are denying that we don't have specific customer support no they told me to complain through mail but their response is not satisfactory
            My order amount is 860 rupees
            Payment is made through card

            I didn’t want to olace a order but zomato app automatically placed a order and deduct money from my paytm wallet . And when i contact customer support they just refuse to help me further
            I have ordered food on 10/11/18 but due to some reasons it was rejected and money also get deducted this was the transaction id OTHPG 034364. Can you guys please help me to get my money back.

                I have placed an order n[protected]. Order# [protected]. Placed order using paytm at 9.20PM. I have waited till 10 PM and since i see no progress in the delivery, i have pinged the customer service.The service is so pathetic, i got a reply from them after 10 min saying just Hi to me. I have explained the issue. For this again they took some 10 min and told that there is some issue with the device of the delivery person. Like this i have chatted for around 20 min.finally he offered me to arrange a meal and when i said yes..i didnt get any reply from the customer support. and its 11.15 PM. they didnt even refund the money for the job which they couldnt do.

                I think food is a basic thing and when people are doing business on these things should be much more more responsible. Also they are not doing it for free right. They should leave the business if they are cant pull this off.

                I am sleeping with empty stomach because of these pathetic service. Atleast will hope they deliver it in my dream or dream of getting a reply from their customer service.

                But I have received vegatable Biryani's
                I ordred chckn tikka and nun.for delivery the boy called me once and i told him my address.bt after 7min zomato called me and told food cannot be delivered as my add is showing wrong.and they immediately cancelled my ordr.then i called the delivery boy again he behaved very harsh and gave excuses and cut my call.i want my money back.

                  Zomato refused to cancel my order, just after 1 minute. I wanted to add one more item and thus didn't wish to pay delivery charges again as of my next order, so requested to cancel my order and they bluntly refused. This is just not acceptable. Are they really playing with the terms and condition? As on support person told me they follow no cancellation policy, then i believe they should make a checkbox/alert box while placing order.

                  Sir we ordered food from zomato app and doing payment but order not placed even not shown in recent order section.

                  The lack of proper response and the lack of quality of food had us to complain here .please take necessary actions .

                    Zomato has taken money from my paytym without asking permission.
                    I haven't placed any order today but 135 INR were deducted from my paytm wallet . I have attached the screenshot of my last order and paytm wallet as well . I want the refund . Kindly look at this issue and resolve it asap . Looking forward for the positive response .
                    I tried to book online food from Paradise restaurant on 14th November 2018 and transfered Rs.555 through netbanking. But delivery of food was not made
                    So ridiculous things to service industries... you are recruited lazy & enthuse peoples...

                      As i contacted your customer service about this issue and they confirmed me that my amount payed via paytm will be returned completely within 24hrs i cancelled my order... But now i received a message from zomato that my fund will not be returned due to change of location from my side... But i asked to cancel the order only after your service person assurance of fund return. Or else i would have not cancelled my order... I didn't enjoy my food... Then why should i pay for it then.. Pls return my amount.. This is serious

                            Please note bread supplied in order was too dry and stale and both bread and chicken was not chewable. I called restaurant and guy who delivered the pdt and chatted with zomato support team to inform them however no action was taken to replace the order. I am really upset becuase even after waiting for 45mins after placing the order food was supplied that too of very poor quality. I didnt know what to do with this poor quality food.

                            My 525 has got wasted i am so upset with this bad experience that i will not place any order via zomato in the future.

                              This is to complain about the services which zomato is providing to its customers that is totally dissatisfying and pathetic. The matter of fact is that i have placed an order on (11/2018) but i did not get the food. While having a word with zomato care they said that no one was there at home to receive the food that is not true so the delivery boy returned back and gave that food to a street person just because it got cold.

                              Moreover, as suggested by your executive i sent my brother to the given address to pick the food as you were unable to deliver it to my address but neither they gave the food nor they replaced it. That clearly depicts what you guys have done with my money.

                              Laconically, by hook or by crook i want my money back. I want the refund of rs.389.2 asap else i will file a case against you and go to consumer court. I have an extreme intolerable experience with zomato and definitely, i will never recommend it to anyone. You guys are just making money by eating the bread and butter of many natives. I want the refund anyhow within this week only.

                              I would like to inform you that during the time of placing the order i have mentioned the address correctly as you guys have not written/informed anywhere that we need to save the address again and again. That means if i am using zomato outside my home anywhere and placing the order than definitely, i will put the address of the location where i want to eat it and it does not mean that i have to eat food only at my home just because i have saved the address of my home only. It is seriously ridiculous that you are giving me such a rubbish reason for my refund. If you guys have changed your rules than that is not my call and when your rider come to the wrong place and food got returned i have sent my brother to pick the cold food from the restaurant as suggested by your executive but even then they denied and said that the rider gave that food to a poor street person. What the hell is this???

                              I neither got my food even after being there nor my money back.

                              Do not force me to go to consumer court because i want refund at any cost. Please arrange a callback from your senior.

                                This is regarding order number [protected]. I ordered shawarma and paid 83rs for the order. But the restaurant cancelled it without even calling me. I contacted zomato for a refund (I paid through paytm). They told me that the driver contacted me but i did not answer and so i will not get a refund. I never got a call. I want a refund and if possible additional penalties for the inconvenience caused. I have uploaded a pic of today's call log to show that i did not get a call.

                                  My order was cancelled without my consent, the money was charged for that and i was made to know that i rejected my own order.
                                  I wanted to cancel my order within 2 mins of order placement but the support executive in the chat was not cancelling it and telling me that the order has been confirmed which was a lie as i received the order confirmation sms after 8 minutes of the order placement (Sms screenshot attached).
                                  Chat executive told me that the food has started to prepare, instantly i called the delivery guy to confirm that from the restaurant and he told me that the food has not started to get prepared, hearing which is asked the delivery guy to cancel my order if the food is not started. I talk to chat window he told me that you will have to pay otherwise for this cancellation. Then i got a call from zomato a guy talking in punjabi that confirm if my food is to be cancelled or not which i told him that i would like to get my food delivered. And confirmed it on the chat window also that get the food delivered.

                                  After that i got a call from delivery guy saying that my order has been cancelled by subway and i should cancel my order. I said no dont cancel my order. Then i got a call from zomato telling me to cancel the order which i insisted not to cancel. I was in touch with delivery guy, chat window and my phone was accessible as i was also talking to zomato support executive on phone.

                                  Then the chat window replied that my order has been cancelled as my number was not reachable and i will have to pay for that order.

                                  Have attached
                                  1) the whole chat,
                                  2) the order cancel status received at the time the order was not fulfilled
                                  3) the order cancel status the next day on my app
                                  4) sms received for my order confirmation after i requested the cancellation which they could not do, but they do cancelled when i really wanted them to deliver my food.

                                    I order two half kg packets of sweets from bombaywala sweetsz nagpur. I called the zomato helplime they said they will get back to me however nothing was done so i called the restaurant and he agreed that food was spoilt. The restaurant asked me to contact zomato for the refund however zomato did not nothing and i am cheated.

                                      Sir I ordered a handi chicken full from zomato but I got only half and when I called the restaurant they said zomato charges us 25 percent commission so i[censored] order from zomato it's a full after complaing to zomato their executive give me 165 zomato credits as a token of apology but after 2 min my account is showing blocked and it shows due to suspicious activity your account has been blocked for online ordering I ordered on 14 Nov and my order id [protected]

                                        I have ordered the food online a d the delivery boy given me the food and i have asked for the bill they are not giving without bill i will not accept and i asked for the refund and simply denied to pay my amount back i have all the custome care chat back ups with me pls advise i have been cheated.
