I ordered food from 'majnu ka tilla' restaurant in gurgaon, the food they delivered was really pathetic in quality and it was very cold (Not hot), and it tasted like it was cooked last day so we had to throw half the food.
Than i complaint on 'zomato chat support' on 24 november 2018 around 12:30 pm. They assured me some response from zomato team via mail as quick as possible, i waited for few hours no response came, now it's been 4-5 days i am wasting hours everyday ccomplaining on chat and they say the same thing but i have not received any mail. They delivered poor food, complaints gone unheard, and frustrated their costumer. Zomato has given me worst experience ever. Never recommend this app to anyone.

    I placed an order for chicken biryani on zomato from swagath grand. They sent me the order which didn't have swagath grand packaging and the chicken pieces smelt rotten and bad. I was on chat with zomato customer service for 4 hours. They kept saying they will send another order and they have escalated the issue to another department and that will reach out to me. Even after sending multiples images of bad food and taste they just kept me waiting.

      I placed an order through zomato app in john's kitchen guwahati, for an order of rs. 60.00 on nov 27, 2018 at 13.58 pm. Txn id: inb/[protected]/payu.in/food. Money was deducted from my axis bank account through net banking, but order was not showing in zomato, instead came as transaction cancelled and was redirected to the confirm order page.. Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account. There was also no helpline no. Mentioned in the app.

        On 10.11.2018 over zomato under order id: ztd183c4a2e3ceac90b6, i have ordered some food items having cost of rs.337.80/-. But this item was never delivered to me and when contacted the zomato people they shows reluctant behavior and informed about cancellation of my order due to not able to contact me over phone because of poor network issue and also denied to gave back me my money. So again i ordered same day new order under order id: ztd1874cd67eb90fd79e with same amount and item and this time order was delivered to my place by zomato from same restaurant. Now my concern is that, before cancelling my previous order they can contact me at my location or home as they easily reached my location in the second order case. But only because of their greed and intention to grab clients money, putting forward network issue. I want my rightful money back and also want a guideline against these online companies so that in future they cannot make general public fool with bad business practices.

          I have ordered food from zomato. But the food didn't delivered in time. When we called the restaurant they said that they have received no order from zomato. When we tried to complain or contact customer service they didn't response. Now the tracking status is showing food is delivered, my money has been also deducted. There is no way to complain in zomato.

            I did ordered a meal from zomato on 26 nov around 5 o clock and oder was accepted and it was on the way. The delivery boy name zomato is showing was (Syed) after 45min my order was rejected and when i check zomato aap it was showing me tht i was not available at home and my phone was out of reach and thts a lie. I was waiting at home and i didn't recieve a single call from the. Delivery boy or zomato and they clam tht they both try to contact me thts a biggest lie and now zomato don't want to refund me for the order i paid. I did contact the restaurant and they said the delivery boy didn't return the parcel. So its completely fraud by delivery boy and zomato is covering it. My order - [protected]. Want my refund asap

              I ordered from brooklyn pizza co last night (Order number in subject) and i didn’t even receive a call from the delivery guy and the order showed declined. After discussing the same on zomato chat, i am being told the refund will not be made. Also, i have mailed them numerous times now but they haven’t reverted back yet. I am unable to understand why my money will not be refunded. I have been using zomato for a long time now and have been a loyal customer. This is not the kind of service i expect from zomato. This is not acceptable at all. Please help me get my refund.

                  Sir why my account is blocked. I have also 385 rs in my zomato wallet. I don't know what's my mistake or it's your mistake. I placed total some order. Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding the amount. Next time i will not complaint in anyway that if my food is rotten.so now please sir unblock me.

                    I have been charged for zomato gold membership twice without my knowledge and consent. I somehow missed the previous renewal transaction which was on 26th aug. I am not living in india and i have never used the benefit of this membership, except once in july 2018. Please at least refund the amount that was deducted as part the renewal today on nov 26th. Membership no is 376652.

                      Delivery status shows Delivered.
                      A guy called asking your Address, after 1 hour of not Delivering. I called the Delivery Executive assigned and who was different from the Guy called me earlier.
                      The assigned executive says I will call you back and doesnt pick my call after that.
                      While Zomato chat support makes you keep waiting and acting Smart after 2 hours cancel your order after I Scream at them through my words, saying something gone wrong and kindly aacept refund as apologies.
                      They are doing a favor by returning me money back for a Non Delivery Case.
                      While most of the Restaurents being closed now, we sit hungery thinking what to do.
                      Zomato is laughing at Their customers proving us to be Fools for believing them..

                        I ordered twice from zomato on 22nd nov using code pick50 which gives 50% off on pick up orders, i paid rs150 and rs153 for orders but i did not recieved the cashback till now. I contacted zomato customer support but they are just saying that they will escalate matter but still no cashback till date.
                        I wasted a lot of my time due to this and i am mental agony.
                        Kindly help me in getting my cashback and zomato lost a loyal customer.

                        I had ordered from keventers with a promocode in zomato.I found after ordering I had not received my cashback and hence was enquiring about it.Suddenly I found that my order was cancelled and the whole order amount has been deducted as cancellation charges.The reason mention that I was unreachable via phone.

                          Order id [protected]. Order was rejected by restaurant but refund not received already emailed 5 to 6 times and chated with support team. They are saying i was not contactable hence they cancelled food. But this is not true. I called the restaurant and they denied to deliver food due to menu issues.in the mail the screen shot and call recording between me and restaurant is already attached but dnt know why they are not refunding my money.

                          I had placed an order in Zomato ! The delivery is delayed by 2 hours. The hotel is just 3.4km from my delivery address( my home address)
                          It is very pathetic and annoying service I have ever experienced. Never recommend Zomato for food delivery. I have attached the screen shots for the order time and also screen shot of the Map

                            Good evening!

                            Today i ordered pizza through zomato, i have ordered first time through zomato so i applied coupon first50 the initial cost for 2 pizza was 458 and discounted price was rs 328, when i paid through card amount devoted was of 458 instead of 328. How such kind of blunder happens when i ordered first time this was really a pathetic experience i received. I don’t know what happens with other customer. When this point i have highlighted to your customer support team they only said we are working on this.

                            Secondly i received my food after time of 50 minutes the food was not of good quality. The pizza base was not fresh and it was not hot. It was difficult to bite. I was really disappointed how zomato have tie ups with worst restaurants. Whether zomato is not ensuring quality and safety of customer.

                            This is really a serious issue. I asked your customer support team they said amount of 150 will be credited in zomato wallet but i said i want to be credited to my bank account as going forward i will not order single food through zomato then what is the use of wallet balance.

                            Another thing i want to full refund of my money to my account. Also there is no provision to call customercare. Only writing messages will not help indeed it creates frustration as i wasted rs 458.

                            These issues you need understand what is happening in ground level of zomato company.

                              On 25th november, i have ordered online with momo and cafe with the order number [protected]. I called to restaurant and asked about the valid bill where i can reimburse those amount i my company, so they said i cannot provide the valid bill, so i asked him about the cancellation. Meantime i checked with zomato customer care number and both have confirmed that you can cancel your order and no is telling properly about refund of money.

                              I wrote 2-3 mails on their escalation id [protected]@zomato.com but never received any response.

                              Just i checked with online chat support and they are saying there is no such policy for refund. With out taking the food why should i have to pay

                              Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Their rider canceled the order because of what reason i do not know and i never received a call from their rider and not only that he told me my address was wrong but i have always used the same address and my house is located in a prime location and all their riders always reach here without any problem but this guy was something really special. He is lying so boldly and said that he was standing below my house but not only the security guard of my house but also the security guard at the colony gate told me that no one came from zomato. Some of their riders are so rude sometimes and one time this guy took the twenty rupees change and told me that "itni tip toh banti hai sir chod do". And you know the funny part, this order that i placed i used the same credit that zomato gave me as an apology because of some mistake they made.

                                Instead of responding properly zomato keeps sending the same automated message that I was unresponsive bit I never received any call from their rider and they are not even giving me their rider’s name or number and not even letting me talk to him and after I’ll post this message they’ll again send the same message that I was unresponsive so they are not refunding my money

                                I have read so many consumer complaints where problem is so similar to my problem that I felt like I was writing . They refused refund to so many people saying they were unresponsive.
                                Even I faced the same issue.I think they are running a scam or something as in my case I did not get any message saying that this number tried calling you which I usually does if my cell is not reachable and someone tries calling me.When I asked for the screenshot of the delivery executive showing that he tried calling me at that time then they replied with the same ### that you are charged because you were unreachable at the time of delivery as per zomato's new policy.
                                Tomato is a scam they have cheated my order, amt also, They delivery guys has not called only,
                                But the reason they are canceled due phone not reaching it's but my phone is on only,
                                I have shared the screen short to the guy I called .

                                We can't able to trust atall
                                These scamsters does not deserve any rating. What I would suggest is that we should start ordering food with COD option and then start declining the order so that these morns can be taught a lesson.

                                  I ordered burgers from zomato and i wanted to cancel the order so i called the restaurant owner and he didn't picked up... Then i called delivery boy and told him to cancel the order... So i got a call from customer care executive from zomato and he said ur order will be cancelled and u have to pay some cancellation charges on next order so i confirmed with him that will i get full refund so he said yes u will get full refund and will have to pay cancellation charges on next order and so i cancelled the order.. Than zomato didn't refund me the amount saying food was ready and we won't refund you... I am not mad that i would cancel my order to waste my money... I mailed and contacted them but they didn't give any resolution and just fake promises... They even cheated me one time before... They are just to so fraud

                                      I made a online order on 25 november with sbi netbanking. The amount debited from my account, but order was not placed. I checked the bank, my transaction was successful. I didn't get the status of the order also. It was hanged. Moreover i cannot access support in the zomato app.

                                        I ordered today 25th november before 11 am 40% cashback offer is there. But i got 6 rupees cashback only instead of 24. I ordered 60 rupees. Coupon code is gm40.
                                        60 rupees amount is deducted but cashback is 6 rupees only. Please solve the issue as soon as possible and add the cash to my paytm account as soon as possible. I ordered so many orders before but it will never happen like this.
