They have not delivered the food to the address and instead of given me various reasons in 2 different emails. First they stated that i didn't receive their phone calls but in fact i spoke to both their delivery person and their representative. After which they sent a mail stating incorrect address.

They are just throwing excuses in and around the ceiling. This is a common practice even on their facebook page where others...

I have ordered food and paid through paytm then called restaurant he said can’t delivery for 220₹ order atleast 400₹ we will bring them your executive canceled order and no refund due to wrong address.
