We order pizza 4 capsicum from dom'd pizza ballabhgarh address:-plot 1, tigaon road, near aggarwal girl college, ballabhgarh, faridabad.

We receive raw pizza and very silly we receive pizza by zomato from dom'd pizza.
We have complain zomato and dom'd pizza no buddy response pizza is very silly and many time we call dom'd but he give abuse and no response.

    This is to inform you that i have order some sweet to my best friend, amount is deducted and in bank transactions showing amount succesfully transfer to atom technologies but transactions details and book order details is not showing, i am surprising i have never seen this kind of problem ever.

      In 17th november i tried to place an order of amount ₹191.25 by debit card from zomato but order was rejected for 3 consecutive times. I got refund of the last rejected order within 2 hours. It's been a week but haven't received any refund in my account even though they claims to have refunded it. Again in 19th november i tried to place order of amount ₹107.8 again it got rejected and they claims to have refunded it but the amount doesn't reflect in my bank.

        Total was of rs: 113.96

        The delivery boy was not able to locate the location and after that he asked for
        Whatsapp location and told that it is far away around 2km and i will charge the
        Petrol price also.
        And atlast he not reach to the given location and he was wasting time by asking where is your location, so i cancelled the order.
        That delivery boy was not good at all, doesnt know how to talk with the customer.

        I want to you to please take some strict initiative. And i paid through online so please refund my amount.

          Hi Team,

          This is to inform you that Today, i ordered Lunch (Half Paneer Lababdaar, 4- Butter Roti & 1- Laccha Parantha) from Punjabi Angithi, Janak Puri New Delhi India. But they delivered me only Plain Roti & Roti's were also not cooked properly i.e. All were "Kacchi".Unwillingly, i have to throw all those Roti's into my dustbin because it was not worthful to us.
          So, it's just a waste of time and money with Zomato. As i order Online, so obviously i have to made payment prior to my Order's delivery.

          Now, i need REFUND against my Full Order Amount from Zomato. i e. Around ₹200-210

            Hello,

            This is regarding my money refund issue from zomato. An order was placed on zomato through debit card. My money was deducted and the order got cancelled, i talk the support team they said you paid via paytm but i didn't is the paytm, is this how your refund service work i'm very upset about that, and file a case in consumer court against that, better you resolve the issue as fast as possible. Neither food delivered nor money was refunded. Poor service... Disappointed...

                The order was cancelled without any communication and the agent disconnected the call . No-one responded. Any money was deducted from my paytym wallet

                  I cancel my food instantly after placing order i called the delivery person i am the restaurant to cancel the order order was not ready them and they said i will get my refund in 24 hours i chat with the zomato customer care service they said i will get my refund in 24 to 48 hours and after that they said they would not refund they said that they could not contact me. They called me but they did not called i do not receive any call. Instead i call the delivery person... Please help me please 🙏

                      The payment was done through net banking of sbi at 1.27 pm -22nd nov

                      There was no message and mail so that i can track the order

                        I got the refund around 300 in my zomato credits and they have blocked my account so that i cannot use those refunded amount. They are clearly cheating and not letting me use my amount. They are running out with my money. I want my account to be unlocked with my money as it was. They should look at their services and support. Their chat support always give false information and lie to the customer. I should get what i am paying for as a consumer.

                        But order was not received to me.
                        I have done the payment through paytm of Rupees 110.
                        As I have not received the order Please refund my amount.

                          I waited 1 hour and then called the restaurant, it said the order was not confirmed by them and they tried to contact me but i didn't answer the phone, which is utter rubbish. I tried to reach out to zomato customer service which is again a joke, they only have chat support and no one responds even after an hour. I've attached the screenshot of the order for all. It's not even about the refund it's about the attitude they're running the business with. Utterly disgusting.

                              I ordered a sandwich from sandwizza on 20th of november, 2018 at 3:20pm. Then i went to a meeting. I was in my office which is in a commercial complex at main j p road, andheri west, mumbai. It's a very well connected and easily reachable by anyone. Zomato has delivered their order over there many times. Trusting their service i paid only in advance. Now their executive called me while i was in a meeting, i don't know why. He could have rang the bell and someone could have collected it. After exactly 15 mins i checked my phone and called the executive. He told that my order is cancelled. Now i couldn't get neither food nor my money. What sort of service is this? The executive didn't deliver and i got punished. I am customer who has paid in advance trusting their service and they are the service provider who happily took my money.

                                I've placed an order on zomato and it got closed without delivery and no refund given for the same. I've been following up since long on twitter but, no response. It's not a matter of money but trust. Zomato will definitely loose customers trust if they maintain such attitude. They should loyal to the customers or shut their services off.

                                  I went to order some food from Zomato as usual, but i recieve unpacked food.. i attach a pic in chat.. nd i got credit. but today they block me..sir i[censored] ddvliver bad food . then its my right to inform to take action against ur delivery boy or restorent but u block me. I hope they unban me. I spent a lot of money on Zomato. I contacted them from their email and they said I had been complained about from merchant's. This is genuinely a lie and I hope they resolve it or I might take this to court. They said they can't unban me from their database. Please help Zomato.. i dont want to lose my credit

                                  My zomato account got blocked without any reasons and also they aren't responding to my mails, their call support is not picking the call and chat support is also not working.

                                      Unfortunately by mistake i ordered on zomato on 18th nov (Id - [protected]), and i informed immediately to zomato customer care before accepting restaurant, even they did not canceled the order and also i did not received my order and even not given my refund amount. Simply they updated status as you were unable to collect the food at the mentioned address and your phone was unreachable, but they did not call me as my phone is working perfectly and not informed in the chat as i am already in chat with them. And they should inform each and every customer about their policy change about cancellation. Really they are cheating customers in this way and earning money.
                                      Please help me on this issue and make my amount refund.

                                        Around a month back i went to order some food from zomato as usual, then i couldn't because it said i was banned due to suspicious activity. This is completely out of the blue. I think there's been a mistake at their end. I hope they unban me. I spent a lot of money on zomato. I contacted them from their email and they said i had been complained about from merchant's. This is genuinely a lie and i hope they resolve it or i might take this to court. They said they can't unban me from their database. Please help zomato

                                        I haven't ordered anything from zomato but my money from my paytm wallet keeps getting deducted...paytm support told me to resolve this issue with your side...no one your side is helping...you have only chat service as customer care which is pathetic...i consider this as fraud
                                        I have ordered a chicken roll but the restaurant delivered veg roll instead so i asked for the refund in the zomato chat. They gave the refund but blocked my account. Please help me sir!

                                        It has been blocked since 2 months now. I have been emailing zomato but they are unresponsive. It has been really a problem to me.
                                        So some time back, just as usual i was ordering my dinner from zomato, after the food got delivered i found a piece of stone in the gravy, i reported the matter to zomato straight away and the provided me a refund but next morning when i woke up i got this message saying my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. First of all i provided them with relevant and satisfying evidence when they processed the refund then they ban be rendering my unable to use the discount provided to me in from of zomato credits. I tried reaching to them on email but got no resolution saying that its a system made ban and cannot be undone and did not provide me any basis for the same. Later contacted them for 1 last time mentioning of taking legal action if the issue is not resolved but that email has not been responded from my side even after asking for follow-ups. Kindly help me out on this one what am i supposed to do? They also say if you believe it has been done in error contact us but when you do that they say this is done by the system and we cannot undo it. Then why the hell did you even ask to send a mail when it cannot be undone?
