I have ordered foods on Zomato app but there was mistakenly gave my home address instead of office address on 30th Sep 2018

Immediately I have contacted the restaurant and informed them don't prepare my food and cancel it. They agreed to do so. Also informed to the delivery boy and don't take order there was a mistake in the mentioned address was wrong or asked him delivery to my office. Due to some distance(15km)...

An order was placed an order on zomato mistakenly from my account on oct 24 2018.
It was from a known restaurant, so i asked them not to prepare my food and cancel it. They agreed to do so.
The delivery boy of zomato was also informed of the same.

Order number [protected]. After inordinate delay of order i received my food cold and stale. Also food quality was pathetic. Curry was having fungus like texture with very bad smell veggies were also not fresh. All in all very disappointing experience..
Moreover my account is blocked just after placing my first order. When promised by zomato to unblock they again cheat by not unblocking....

My order id is [protected] ans it has to be delivered to my home location and when i placed the order it showed me my house location but suddenly later it went to my office location and the delivery person said due to incorrect address he is cancelling the order. When i contacted customer care they are saying if it is incorect address then the cancellation charges will be the total amount.
This is disgusting thing i have ever seen....

I have ordered from "ovenstory" pizza from magarpatta pune on 26th october 2018 at 9, 28 pm ist (Order no [protected]). The restaurant called me and told that they won't be able to deliver to my location. I went to zomato chat to ensure that the order is cancelled and i get the refund of the amount i have already paid online but got no response for hours. I missed their reply after 1 hour and from then i chased via chat (No customer care)...

Due to some issues regarding cancellation payment, i got into conversation with a chat support guy of zomato. Now, i wonder if the complete support team of zomato is pathetic or i had a bad day.

I was immensely showered with taunts and misleading information. And yes, you heard it right, i was got several taunts from a support guy just because i needed help.
