I placed an order for rs1496 for a lunch at tim's bristo, coimbatore through zomato. I received a call and also msg saying that the restaurant is unable to deliver the food at that time.. And was also told that the amount will be refunded as i have made an online payment. But after several attempts of chatting and mailing there is no response.. Very poor service...

Zomato says that the address is not correct so we will not refund your money but my address is correct. They are trying to digest my money. If they not then delivery agent trying to digest my sweet (Burfi). So i get nothing and fully wasted my money & time on zomato. Hello guys please be informed that the tomato guys used the leak the customer information and without any reason they are deducting the money from paytm. This is the second instance i faced where they deducted the balance from my paytm wallet.

After a continous followup also they are not able to solve the equities.

On 3rd november at 03:21 pm i have ordered food from melt in and my order

My order was not delivered but the amount was fully deducted on the basis of cancellation fee whereas I never cancelled my order. They gave the reason that my contact was unreachable whereas I never got a damn call. And then they shamelessly asked me to reorder and pay again. Am I a fool to waste my money twice?

I have mentioned my address clearly in the order. When the executive called me for delivery, i didn't lift the call and i have called him within 5minutes.
