.. But you are not taking any decision.. Ok fine we will take it seriously and we will give this complaint to office and take this one as seriously... We all uninstall your zomato app... You not responding.. You are taking it as silly ok fine now we we will start... Simply i lost my money... I want solution......

Hi iam regular customer of zomato. I have ordered the food in zomato application. Delivery executive cancelled my order as my mobile not reachable for few seconds i called up delivery executive regarding order he told that food returned to restaurant as your number not reachable. I have paid amount online, as order got cancelled they should resend the same order or refund the amount, they neither did refund nor delivered food. Its the simple...

I have placed an order on zomato and the order was cancelled under wrong user address but refund not initiated. I continuously followed zomato team for refunds after 4 days they said your refund is initiated and will be credited soon then i asked them for a proof that refund is initiated so they had given me a reference no. But then also i didn't got the refund so i approached the team again then i was told that no refunds would be provided....

I am a regular customer of zomato. Every week i place orders thru zomato.

I placed an order on 11th oct around 7.30pm. While checking the order i inadvertently placed a second order of the same menu. Meanwhile my first placed order was delivered. Based on the instruction of the delivery person i got in touch with the chat support. The person at chat support informed me that the order can't be cancelled. Immediately i called...

As zomato chat was not responding even after i waited for fifteen minutes, i called the restaurant and the delivery boy from zomato whose number was displayed on my app. The restaurant had declined the order and it was reflected on my app.

On 3rd october, i have ordered online with lazeez food. I called to restaurant and asked about the valid bill where i can reimburse those amount i my company, so they said i cannot provide the valid bill, so i asked him about the cancellation. Meantime i checked with zomato customer care number and both have confirmed that you can cancel your order and that amount will be reverted by tomorrow.

I wrote 3-4 mails on their escalation...

But after receiving the ordered i came to know that all ice cream are melted its unable eat like this even i call the rider also multiple time he didn't respond me either i call the restaurant person they also not responded me even in chat support services it's also...

I got fly in my food and i reported it to the zomato team. But firstly they said their team will contact me but there is no contact till 24 hours and not even now... And they even stop responding my message on their customer support.. They cheat me very badly.. No refund nothing till now... Help me plz. I want to report this issue they looted me badly....

I had ordered food from arsalan, kolkata on 08.10.18. Once the payment was processed and money deducted from my bank account, i was told that i will be redirected to the site in a few seconds. After a long time, no further communication was made to me for my order neither my food was delivered. I have not got my money refunded after 3 days. Please see that i am no more harrassed and get my refund as soon as possible....

I order from zomato on 10th oct by using sbi netbanking, when i place order it stuck and my order canceled but fund deducted from my account. I tried again to place the order but it happens the same. I tried twice and in total 270+270 as sum of 540 debited from my account. But still not refunded.

I ordered food (Subject mentioned order number), resturant denied deliver food bcz they mentioned not able to contact the customer, personely i informed to chat support team to contact available number.
I serched and found resutrant number and contacted the resutrant they mentioned. Some mis match happen from zomato that delivery platform shows wrong... Its not zomatto order so we cant deliver.. If its zomato order aak the zomato to...

On 7th october i tried to place order from zest live kitchen through zomato. I also applied coupon sun50 for 50% discount. First i tried at 12.51 pm of amount ₹109.50 with txn#[protected]. Also there was a condition that the discount can be availed only through online payment. So i made the online payment of rs 130.87 due to some error i again made another online payment of rs.130.87.

Later we found trough newspapers that the restaurant udta punjab is also served notice by add. Commissioner fda for unhygienic conditions.
I want to file complaint with zomato for refund of full amount of rs.433 plus compensation for trouble caused...

I placed an order on 10th october by registered phon no. [protected]. This was an online payment made by card. I was not able to collect by order due to emergency in my family. I had to go to hospital at the same time. There was no intention of cancellation if there was so i would have not paid online. Hope you understand, so requesting you to please process refund.

I order food form the restorent galliyara, khagrana, indore. Suddenley i call to the restore and tell them to not prepared my food is said ok and he cancled my order, but your staff didn't give me my refund, first your staff said i gave menmy refund but after 2-3 day latter they said that i cancled the order but truth is the restoren manager mr. Sahil cancled the order
