I order food using online payment, my money deducted but my order was not received. I used zomato apps around 11 am and i order meal from shri karchi kadhai restaurant and hakeem restaurant.
323 inr was deducted from my account but i have not received my order. I complained to zomato but haven't received any response. It is against the customers right. So i want my money back.

    I was placed 2 orders earlier they are cancelled. So i was chat with customer care agents, som people are saying refund will be reflected in 24hrs, some people are saying we are initiate any refund for your order. But in my order details page it's updated as your amount refunded as zomoto credits but i am not received any refund so please do the needful.

      I ordered food from restaurant through zomato the order was rejected by the restaurant because i was asking for a non spicy food but restaurant people told me to cancel the order after that till now zomato is fooling me for the refund everyday day make different stories like your refund has been initiated you will receive the refund within 24 to 48 hours and then they say that we cannot refund the money because it was levied with the cancellation fee they are harrassing me they are blaming me they are totally humiliating me cannot give me the proper answer they are blaming paytm wallet i received a call from them as well they also said that we will refund the money but its been 15 days now i haven't received any any refund from zomato every time they change their stories. Im attaching there emails which were sent yesterday with 2 different stories. Please check the attached emails sent by zomato yesterday.

        Order:[protected]. After paying 210 and placing this order11:05 pm. I enquired about when i will get and got to know it will be delivered by 11:55pm. After sometime i get call from from restaurant and they ask me to share my location. Then after sharing. I wait and chat with zomato support who are responding well. Later i get call from one zomato delivery guy saying we forgot one khulcha from your order. Firstly i didn't order that my order is entirely different check the images shared. I informed the same to the restaurant and zomato. Restaurant then calls me and talk very rudely and says at last we won't deliver your food do whatever you can and hangs up. I reach to zomato they say will call restaurant and respond and does not reply at all. At last now it's 12:27 i am left hungry after paying and typing this complaint... What kind of justice is this... Is this how a indian citizen will be treated in his own country then what will be the fate of tourists... Kindly provide justice.

          This is to inform you that, i had ordered the items are...6 romali roti, kadai chicken tandoori chicken and mutton biryani from the price cafe and restaurants its located at hyderabad mehdipatnam, the thing actually happened is i didn't receive it till now but here is showing order successfully delivered to you.. I'm keep trying to call the rider unfortunately he's not number was out of coverage area and about chat support i had informed this all but not responded..

          I pay for this order 535 rupees thru paytm and this is the order i'd [protected]

            I recently made an order through zomato in banglaore. The restaurant readied the order but the delivery guy cancelled the order.

            I reached out to zomato about this but zomato chat service person told me the delivery guy waited for a lot of time near my home and could not reach us via telephone hence he left.

            Delivery was supposed to be at 4 30, guy calls at 4 10, but couldnt reach us. We called the delivery guy a lot of times.

            But here is the mystery part, i called the restaurant and told me the food never even left the restaurant, while the zomato representative told me the delivery guy was waiting near my house since a long time.

            This absolutely horrible customer service and i lost almost 2000 rs throough an utter unprofessional and non customer oriented company like zomato.

              I ordered cake from cake and bake and applied promo code of new50. After applying it cost deducted to 150 but later on they deducted 300. I complained multiple times to customer support and they told me it as technical glitch. But why consumer should suffer. If action will not taken than i will move to customer forum and that's assured. Because it happened multiple times. Customer support has no senior and worst service ever.

                  Hi,

                  I placed an order from restaurant prem chat, hyderabad through the zomato app on 13th october around 11:20. The order was not accepted by the restaurant till 5 mins or more and so i decided that i will be cancelling it. I started a chat with customer care service and requested them to cancel the order immediately. My request was turned down saying that they can not cancel the order once accepted as it gets to the kitchen. Problem is i could clear see that the order was still not accepted by the restaurant and no food was being prepared then. I explained it to them and requested to cancel the order again. They kept denying and the order got accepted in middle of our argument.

                  The order should have been cancelled way before but the terrible customer service kept denying and i'm the one suffering due to their mismatch of data.

                    I had ordered food for my freind in calcutta on 10th oct 2018 at 10:10 pm, i had provided in the additional information the contact number of my freind for whom the food was ordered, still they kept on calling me. I requested my freind to call back to the delivery boy (Whose number was supplied to me through a msg from zomato) he did call them nd the delivery boy said when the food is out for delivery they will inform him. Neither did zomato nor did the delivery boy called my freind nd cancelled the order by themselves. Till today i have send zomato a number of mails regarding this issue bt they are ignorant enough to not reply to any of my mails nor did they refund me back my money, as a token of appology they didnt even provide me credit also. I request you to please look into the matter

                        There was an offer on zomato this sunday in which it was 50% off. I applied the coupon and it showed coupon applied and 150 off. And it showed that i need to pay 215 rupees. While when i payed the money through paytm (That too now paytm doesn't sends you otp now) my full money got deducted which was 365. I thought i can cancel the order. But there app was so slow and when contacted customer care they also ignored saying that they cannot see my order details. I lost 150 ruppees. And next day when i contacted the customer care they said that the discount was not that restaurant from. Which i ordered. If it was not there than why did it showed coupon applied.

                            Hi iam regular customer of zomato. I have ordered the food in zomato application. Delivery executive cancelled my order as my mobile not reachable for few seconds i called up delivery executive regarding order he told that food returned to restaurant as your number not reachable. I have paid amount online, as order got cancelled they should resend the same order or refund the amount, they neither did refund nor delivered food. Its the simple form of cheating customers. I need this issue to be resolved and zomato should get punish on cheating public.

                              I have placed an order on zomato and the order was cancelled under wrong user address but refund not initiated. I continuously followed zomato team for refunds after 4 days they said your refund is initiated and will be credited soon then i asked them for a proof that refund is initiated so they had given me a reference no. But then also i didn't got the refund so i approached the team again then i was told that no refunds would be provided. Firstly there is no proper channel of reaching customer care executive and in chat based process they were only misguiding rather u can say fooling the customer. They really dont have any logical reason of not refunding the money. Request you to please address my concern.

                                I am a regular customer of zomato. Every week i place orders thru zomato.

                                I placed an order on 11th oct around 7.30pm. While checking the order i inadvertently placed a second order of the same menu. Meanwhile my first placed order was delivered. Based on the instruction of the delivery person i got in touch with the chat support. The person at chat support informed me that the order can't be cancelled. Immediately i called up the delivery person for the second order and asked him to stop preparation at the 'kettuvalam' restaurant (The restaurant from which the order was placed). He informed me that he has asked the restaurant not to process my order. I informed chatsupport but he refused to cancel and informed me that i will be charged for the second order (Eventhough the order was not delivered) in my next bill.
                                He immediately disconnected the server connection and subsequent messages were all deleted.

                                I request the company to look into my past transactions and check the genuiness of my complaint. I will never use the app again if this issue is not amicably solved. Also, the rude behaviour of the chatsupport must be dealt with.

                                  I had placed an order which got accidentally confirmed while browsing through the menu. The amount was rs. 632.8.

                                  As zomato chat was not responding even after i waited for fifteen minutes, i called the restaurant and the delivery boy from zomato whose number was displayed on my app. The restaurant had declined the order and it was reflected on my app.

                                  Zomato called me where one call i missed and the second call i attended. The executive assured me that the order is cancelled and my refund will be done. I even got the refund confirmation as zomato credits on my app.

                                  After all these, in the evening when i opened the app to order dinner with my zomato credits, i was surprised to see the credits as zero.

                                  On contacting the chat support, i got a response as "as per our records, your order was cancelled because we were not able to connect with you. We will not be able to initiate refund as our delivery person and support team tried several times to reach out to you but there was no response at your end".

                                  After asking the chat executive at least to explain his varying responses and to recheck my call and chat records, he was not willing to do so (And was rude) and was just asserting that he will share a stern feedback with the delivery management and try to improve and so on.

                                  I m deeply troubled to be having to write about zomato where in my rs.632 is gone for no reason.
                                  Being a regular customer of yours, don't you guys at least have a responsibility to treat your customers with respect and empathy?
                                  I even emailed zomato customer care with following ids: [protected]@zomato.com, [protected]@zomato.com and [protected]@zomato.com. Nobody replied yet. I waited for 4 days.

                                  Expecting my refund as lazypay (It was my payment method) at the earliest.

                                    On 3rd october, i have ordered online with lazeez food. I called to restaurant and asked about the valid bill where i can reimburse those amount i my company, so they said i cannot provide the valid bill, so i asked him about the cancellation. Meantime i checked with zomato customer care number and both have confirmed that you can cancel your order and that amount will be reverted by tomorrow.

                                    I wrote 3-4 mails on their escalation id [protected]@zomato.com but never received any response.

                                    Just i checked with online chat support and they are saying there is no such policy for refund. What is the joke, if i not taken that order how i can liable for pay the amount of 1935 inr.

                                    Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

This is very disappointing to see such services from such a highly reputed organization whose motive is to serve customers best. Request you to please look into this and initiate the refund asap.

But after receiving the ordered i came to know that all ice cream are melted its unable eat like this even i call the rider also multiple time he didn't respond me either i call the restaurant person they also not responded me even in chat support services it's also stopped responding my msgs when i inform about this incident...

                                      I don't want any refunds here this is very small money but my point is, how you people treat your valuable customers and why you make deal with that tyof restaurant

                                        I got fly in my food and i reported it to the zomato team. But firstly they said their team will contact me but there is no contact till 24 hours and not even now... And they even stop responding my message on their customer support.. They cheat me very badly.. No refund nothing till now... Help me plz. I want to report this issue they looted me badly.

                                        I have ordered veg biryani fromNew zaika biryani point uttam nagar
                                        I have ordered twice payment has been deducted both the times but order has not been placed
                                        i want my money back or else place my order
                                        I have placed an order in Zomato and 3 times money has deducted from bank 440 rupees total and order is not yet confirmed. After payment it is displaying a message as 502 bad request.

                                        Now money has deducted and order is not placed no customer care is replying for my messages.

                                        I need the total amount back.

                                        Today I placed an order twice from Zomato (Domino's) through Internet banking and it is showing payment incomplete but my account has been debited with amount of rs 135 twice total of rs 270/- Please help me to get refund for debited amount.
                                        Why us that happened? @Zomato please refund my money ASAP.
