I have ordered on 03/09/2018 at 12 am i supposed to get this at 1 an but i was waiting till 2:30 am but my order was not delivered. When i was trying to call the vendor they gave me not satisfactory reason also i was trying to reach on zomato but no luck. I was being harassed by zomato till last night i had to slept hungry in that night. I am very frustrated from the zomato service. I want claim for that harassment.

    I've ordered food from house of veggies from jaipur, rajasthan. My food was expected to delivered by 1:29am. It's not delivered by now 2:55am. I've tried all zomato costumer care services, no response by them. I want my refund back as my order was prepaid. And i haven't eat anything because of zomato's bad service. Ive lost trust on this site just refund me my money back.

      I have order my food from zomato at around 1:53 pm and the expected delivery was 2:45pm. After several minute it showed me that order is out for delivery. around 3 o 'clock i contacted zomato for an update on my order to which they said it is out for delivery. After waiting for 20 more minutes i got a response from zomato that i was credited with 57 credit point which are used for getting an Rs 57 on next order. Its been 4:00 Pm and still i didnt received my order and zomato ended the whole case by just saying that the restaurant is not answering our call so we cant provide you with the service. And now at 4:15 PM they(zomato) placed another order on my behalf to which they are saying it will take 1 more hour to reach till my place. So that's 3 hrs of delay and no proper support. Below i have attached the conversation details.

        I've ordered food from GMB fast food shahibaug Ahmedabad. My food was expected to delivered by 2:26. It's not delivered by now 3:24. I've tried to contact the restaurant but no satisfactory response was given by them. I've tried all Zomato costumer care services, no response by them. I want my refund back as my order was prepaid. And I haven't eat anything because of zomato's bad service. Ive lost trust on this site just refund me my money back.

          I ordered food on zomato on 1 ~9~2018
          At 10:30 as only one restuarant and the confirm message was not coming.. I call the restuarant for confirmation they said that item is out of stock then i got a call from zomato asking me to change the order as that food is out of stock i agreed on to that.. After that i got a message about order cancellation and money refunded.. So at 11 pm at night what ll i do with the money as that wont feed my hunger. I have to stay hungry the whole night just for your zomatos mistake first that not showing me the food is out of order and second mistake is they called me to change the order and i agreed on that after that they cancelled it, at 11 o clock no restaurant is opened what ll i eat now... I need propwe justification and compensation for this that i have to stay hungry the whole night for zomatos mistake

            This is regarding dine-in at bawarchi restaurant (Dharampeth, nagpur). Today, i had a family dinner there and the manager refused to accept 2 zomato gold on a table stating that we don't accept 2 gold on a table and we have need guided by zomato to do so. Even after showing the rules n terms on the zomato app, he was rude and said this is what we do here. Rude staff with a worst customer experience.
            Very rude to reply and not ready to read the terms and conditions (Even when id proofs were provided for the ids, which is not generally asked at other outlets by gold).
            Please get into this matter at the earliest n take some action against him!

            I ordered a thali and didn’t get some of the items. So i raise my concern to customer care service I messaged them at 4:40 Pm and they replied back at 6:45pm with sorry in the response with no resolution. And at last they just said sorry only and with new message of we will contact back. Very pathetic service dont use zomato. They jusy fool people

              Yesterday around 9:30 pm we ordered food and we initiated the payment by net banking since after applying promo code there was no option of cod. But after sometime the delivery boy called us and told that we can't deliver food on your address if it wasn't possible why it wasn't informed to us before ordering. So neither the food is delivered till now nor the money is refunded.

                I ordered yesterday at 8:38 pm from al lazeez order number [protected] which was showing picked by delivery person, even till 10:20 it did not come.

                Tried chat help option of zomato, but no help was rendered.

                Finally i again ordered from same restaurant order number [protected] at 10:26 pm which again was picked up as per restaurant and your app but never came to me.

                Finally i ordered dinner at 11:24 pm via swiggy.

                I need explaination of such a service.

                It was pathetic.

                  I ordered a tandoori chicken half. Nothing got cooked. Only the outer part was cooked a little. So u called to the hotel named night food joint which is at marathalli, bangalore. They accepted their fault humbly and the asked me to contact customer care for refund. So consider this complaint as soon as possible. The proofs are attached as pictures.

                    I am a regular customer of zomato and as per your promo offer i'm entitled to use the promo code bite till 9 sep for multiple orders.. To my utter disgust.. I tried to order on your app like i always do and i got a nonsensical pop up saying 'due to suspecious fraudulent activity.. Promo codes have been permanently disabled'.. Im a lawyer and im gonna make sure that you guys know what you're talking about.. Calling me a fraud for nothing is a big thing and disrespectful to the core.. I'm gonna take it the legal way.. You're fooling people with ur tactics of first giving promo codes then doing this...

                        Today I was placing order with zomato first time. And the experience with zomato was really very bad. Paid by using Sbi net banking My money was deducted from Sbi but it’s showing no order placed.
                        Whats wrong with zomato. I don’t even recieved any order no.
                        Than Again I placed same order by using Paytm method.
                        Both the time my amount was deducted but it is showing only 1 order placed.
                        And still didn’t recieved the refund of my first order.

                            First restaurants do not have the cake they show online, than they ask to change the order, the second order that i agree to is 300 rs lesser than original cake that i ordered so they should give 300 back, zomato support is so pathetic, i contact them everyday, they keep telling me amount added, will be added in 24 hrs, one person manoj says amount added but than ni money in wallet such big time lier, all stupid employees work here and management is pathetic

                              I have placed an order from zomato on aug 24. The delivery guy refused to deliver it to my flat and asked me to collect it from outside my apartment, which i obliged. I was polite and never raised my voice although i could clearly see he is citing specious excuses for his behaviour. Upon mildly suggesting that he is supposed to deliver to the flat itself he started telling me that i should never order from zomato. He started yelling at me and called me stupid and other names. He was rude offensive and somehow arrogant about the fact that he can get away with such vile behaviour. I raised a complaint with your team but after repeated assurances i never received a resolution for the same. My order id is "[protected]". Kindly look into this issue.

                                  *payment accepted by merchant and ordered confirmed but the merchant has no clue of the order.

                                  *zomato valet unable to pickup the order from merchant because they were not informed by zomato

                                  *chat support claims that the issue is from the customer’s end.

                                  *zomato promises to deliver the order in another 15 mins after an initial wait of an hour.

                                  *the food never reached the customer, who was sick and needed the food.

                                  *no relief from chat support, although they agreed the issue was from their side.

                                  *utter disregard of time, humiliation and embarrassment is all you get from zomato.

                                  P. S i have made several orders at zomato this was not my first. And such issues have happened more than 3 times. I’m raising an issue now because of the discomfort caused to my sick father.

                                      I ordered for one choco truffle cake on 28th aug at 8.50pm. After all discount they deducted from my account rs. 361.01 on cake square chennai anna nagar branch through zomato.
                                      I placed the order and cash was debited from my account. But there was no order confirmation and was automatically redirected to the previous page.in my orders section of zomato app only order confirmation was not there. I even called the restaurant and asked whether the order got booked. They said we didnt get any order. So we are not responsible for your amount. From now onwards i will never pay with debit or credit card if this kind of service is provided. Not able to contact customer service through app and phone call also
