On the 25th of august saturday at 12:35 am money was deducted from my sbi card ending 1065, 198 rs was deducted, zomato claimed if money was deducted from bank account it will be refunded back or sent in zomato wallet, i have still not received any money, i am also attaching the screenshot which i took while the money was deducted from my bank, request you to please return my money asap, i need my money back

    My order number was [protected] and my issue is that in the order that there was only 2 pieces of chicken tandoori whereas it was mentioned that the item will have 4 pieces.. And the afghani chicken had 4 peices but theres was no white cream. Also, it was an free meal for your previous complaint raised the same day when your merchant rejected my order by stating some useless reason. Both the time i was being tricked into it and felt like cheated completely by given a bogus happy meal that was of zero value. Neither the restaurant nor you guys helped me saying that we can only provide happy meal once. I can understand that but at least have the courtesy to accept your fault tomato did twice in a day and can compensate only one time. Such a useless policy and always ready only with apology. Why should i waste my time with you ever again. Goodbye to zomato forever.

      account blocked due to suspicious activity

      Last week i ordered food from zomato, but food was bad, that's why i asked for refund, after 3 hours of argument they refunded the order but that night zomato blocked all my account, when i mailed them they said that they are unable to unblock it again. I know why they blocked my account, one of zomato executive abused me and used wrong word, when i complained about him in social media they blocked my all accounts instead of taking action...

      I just ordered a dish displayed on Zomato's website for a restaurant Tawa Street today, dated[protected]. The dish stated "Dilli wali dal makhni Combo" and it had a description stating with 2 butter naans but unfortunately what I got was 2 butter roti's.

      Under normal circumstances, I would've ignored such an error but now that Zomato has refused to accept their fault, which in principle was incorrect I thought it would be best to raise a complaint with the consumer forum for misleading advertisements

        I ordered food from zomato (11.08.2018) and it took an hour for them to atleast respond to this. After two & half hours i got a message
        "The order could not be placed as there was a payment gateway failure. The refund is auto-initiated and since it is reversed through the payment gateway, it will reflect in your account in the next 8 to 7 business days. I would request you to please place an order using an alternate mode of payment or a different card.

        After waiting for 3 hrs the status showed delivered..
        again i contact to zomato customer care (23.08.2018) still they not refund my amount 285..
        Pls refund my money to me.

          I was about to place a order and without the confirmation of the payment mehtod and address it did take order.
          I don't stay at that place anymore and your customer support didnot help me out in that matter.
          And the delivery agent is threatening me in a bad manner. Is it the right thing to do?
          And where is the safety for information.

          But the money was deducted and the order was not placed.
          I don't really want the order offer now so, Kindly please look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                I worked in office till late night and after reaching my PG I ordered food online in Zomato. I made payment and also get confirmation message. I order at 11.30 P.M and till i didn't get order that's why i contacted to Zomato Customer Care, they said the delivery boy tire is panctured and your order is rejected. Just imagine at that time i can't able to go outside to eat. I believed Zomato that they will deliver me and waiting for it. I argued strongly to Customer care and they said we will arrange food to me . They also sent me Order id and i am waiting for that delivery. After 20min they again replied me the same. They are not treating customers good and playing with Cosumer emotions. I want explanation from them and also consideration for my loss.

I've ordered something for Rs. 74 but they cancelled my order and said you'll get your refund within 2-3 days and it's more than 7days I didn't receive my money back.. if your restaurants cancelled some order then money must immediately transfer into account... Please do help me as soon as possible..

Then i contact to zomato again and then they provide me a reference id of zaakpay and they told me to check on zaakpay with that reference id. They told me that payment was done from there side...

                    Today i placed my order from dom dom biryani restaurant, items wer missing, food was of substandard quality and every time they serve overly salted food
                    Zomato must stop their chat support, they are the number 1 frauds
                    They will waste ur time, i got non coherent and delay response everytime

                        zomato gold membership fee debited from my account

                        I have made payment of rs. 1200 for one year membership from zomato gold using my net banking on 18th august 2018. The amount has been debited from my account but i have not received any transaction slip stating success for the same nor i have received zomato gold voucher. Neither i have got zomato gold voucher in my account. Kindly look into it as i presume it as a fraud

                        I have ordered biryani handi from zomato and they delivered me the single pack only that too no bill in the pack this is very stupidity and how could we resolve means everybody is saying this not over this not over fact..

                        And i have contacted every one but there is no response from the both guys and even delivery boy also.

                        Ok i left that and continued on my work and later on the same thing happened to my friend also from there i have started researching on this i think this is a big scam under both platforms and products.

                        We should defintely take an action they are only attracting with some code and they are making money like this and finally people are getting lossed with this type of actions

                            On 13th aug mr s das and his friends have posted a review about chill maar cafe. This gentleman has not followed certain rules of the cafe and then gone ahead and written a whole story and insulted management and made false allegations on staff on zomato site. On informing zomato the same they have said that the review does not violate their content and they have also replied saying that they are a digital intermediary and they do not have the ability to validate the truth of the situation.in such a case if you are an intermediary then you have to listen to both parties and address their concerns. If you as a site is not in a position to verify/ validate the authenticity of the situation then you cannot have such a review published on your site. Any person can write anything in their own language and you will say that meets your criteria. So your content guidelines allow management trolling/insulting the owner/ false allegations on the staff. Even when we are wanting to furnish proof you say that you are not in a position to verify the truth. Hence we are not willing to suffer hard earned image loss, that too without any verification any validation. Hence we request to take this extremely derogatory review off zomato.in case that they are incapable to do so we would not be wanting to be associated with a platform that encourage and support reviews/inappropriate content without proper verification.

                                Ordered food yesterday, 14/08/18 on zomato from arsalan, taratala at 10:03 pm. paid via debit card. though money got deducted, but food was not delivered. yet zomato app is showing delivered at 10:38. customer care no. available on internet is invalid. how can such a big company have no proper complain or helpline number.
                                Waited for dinner just to see delivered on the app, and not receive the food. Realy disappointed.

                                  I placed an order from zomato last night at 10:00 p. M. (14/08/2018) and i got a call from the delivery boy that he is not able to deliver on time so i tried to convey same info to zomato customer service but they are not ready to listen to my request and stick with same delivery boy that made a huge wait for food which is around 2 hr.

                                  At the end, they cancel my order and made me sleep hungry.

                                    We placed an order( No. [protected]) from registered phone no. [protected] on 15th of August, 2018 in the morning. The order was small from a nearby restaurant called Adithyaa did not reach us even after we waited for two hours. We tried to call the customer care and even tried other means of helpline communication like Zomato Chat but there was no response from Zomato. The people at the hotel said that the food was ready but no Zomato delivery man was there to pick it up.
