I ordered food on 1/08/2018 on zomato from my sbi debit card after I completed my card details amount is deducted from my account but order is not placed.once the money is debited it says ur money is debited and your is order is not placed and it shows your money will be credited in 7 days but till now I didn't receive my money.so please refund my money.

When I was ordered first time with my SBI debit card amount is deducted but order was not placed rs.190 is deducted and there is no order ID provided.After I tried with my another IOB card the order is placed and order ID is [protected].so please refund my money.

    I ordered food from Zomato and they never delivered the food. Neither called me before doing delivery. After waiting for 3 hrs the status showed delivered.. I contacted them and they said it's been delivered. I never received the food. And their customer service said they won't refund my money back. I want my money back. Such a mental trauma I been through y-day. These people are fraud. Please never order from Zomato.
    Swiggy is far better.

      I ordered food from zomato on 09/08/2018 from vendor (pradeep pav bhaji) my order had to come at 8;50 pm. A zomato velvet assigned to deliver my order at my place. He reached at my place at 8;45 pm and called me twice but i was unable to receive the call and call back him on his number. he argues with me upon call and shouted on me why you dont receive my call and said he is taking back my order but i insist him to my order back and when i received order at my place he again shouted on me said why dont you pick my call in one time i said you just only had to wait 4-5 min why are being so aggressive upon this and then i had some argues with him during our argues he came near to me for fighting with me and abused me in public and said do anything no one dare to touch me not even zomato. from chat support i complaint about him . I received reply from executive that im the one who abuse him first i asked them to take an immediate action upon him but didn't receive satisfying replies.

        I had ordered my dinner worth 616 rupees today and despite of waiting 2 hours the order wasn't delivered. After contacting the customer service of zomato, they inform me that the order will be delivered in another 10 minutes since the past one hour. When i ask them for refund when they are clearly at fault they offer me 154 zomato credits as a token of apology which i strongly refused and asked for full refund. They simply denied and said it was not in their policy to refund. I am so disappointed. Such frauds and cheaters. I am so pissed.

          I had ordered food from your app and have been doing it since long. On three occasions my food has either come wrong or it has been stale or it is too spicy... Even after writing about all this this is the section which states write about food and instructions to be passed to restaurant still my food was messed up. Today also even after writing that food should not have green or red chilli still so much was put that i couldn't take second bite... Had to rush and have two glasses water n sugar... What the hell is your team doing when such message was not communicated to the vendor... Why are you guys there... Your agent says we don't have control on quality of food then black list the restaurant and put fine... What action was taken on my query is simply nothing... I hope someone can read this and take action... Otherwise bull #...

                I ordered through zomato from a restaurant. They forgot to deliver coke. On support chat, zomato's team added the coke amount to my credits saying it was a token of apology. They said they'd replace the item also but i said no to the replacement. They acknowledged it. After 20 minutes, the same delivery guy comes, at 2am, and spam calls/harasses me. He sent 15 missed calls and kept calling me to step out of my home, walk out of my apartment, at 2am, and collect the coke. I told the same delivery guy when he delivered my order that i didn't want the coke. Despite me telling him, and the zomato team not doing their job, he shows up and harasses me.

                The delivery boy was so ruthless. He did not delver at my home. My brother went to pick the prder on main road and he started shouting about the location on the road even when my location was correct. My brother got into fight then. And then he tried to catch him but he ran away. When we called him he was arguing with my father also.
                It's has been day I have been looking for my cash ... everytime I ordered the money is gone from my account but didn't received any orders ... this happens to me 2 or 3 times

                  Paid ~400 rupees for an order. Zomato took amount from my account immediately on 1620 on 6th august 2018. When customer service is contacted, they offer no resolution despite the fact that fault is completely on their end, instead talk about "rbi regulations" instead of doing something about the fact that they've already taken money from me but don't intend to provide the service which they payment was for. Money has been transferred from my account to theirs but they will not do anything about this - simply telling me to wait 5-7 days and "refund will surely be sent". This company doesn't appear to know what taking responsibility for failures on their end means - failures which i have nothing to do with. Lousy service.

                  I ordered food from Veggie Corner on 05/08/2018 at around 5:55 pm . I paid ₹ 145 online and the money was deducted but then the order got cancelled and i didnt get any refund . So please refund my money.I have attached a. screenshot containing the payment confirmation from my bank .

                    I've ordered from box 8 @ marathali. This order was all burnt and bad. I asked zomato for a replacement, they contacted the restaurant and the restaurant confirmed there was nothing wrong in the order. I mean why will the restaurant say they gave bad food? I asked them for a replacement they refused so i asked them to atleast have some courtesy and trust towards your customers and please come and see the order that i was talking about. But they refused that too. They were like sorry, next time no problems. Wow. It's such a simple game they play with customers guys. I tell you let's quit zomato and switch to swiggy and foodpanda, atleast they have a responsible and strong customer service agents unlike zomato where the agents get sooooo rude at times.

                      I ordered food from hotel via zomato but the food was not delivered, then i personally had to go there to collect the food after waiting for almost two hours. They charged ​the delivery fees​ also. After reaching the hotel i came to know that my order was not even placed, so again i had to wait for half an hour there. After all this shameless zomato is saying that they can't refund me anything. And really stupid people at the chat service also.

                        I gave food order on 20th july 2018 to "the punjabi, bellandur, bengaluru" using zomato. Order number is [protected] and paid rs. 215.05 by hdfc netbanking. Food was not delivered, order got cancelled. Zomato has sent me the message stating that for order no# [protected] a refund of my money has been initiated & i will receive my money in 2-7 days.
                        Its been almost a month but i have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time. So please refund my money as soon as possible or i will file legal consumer case complaint.

                          Last night i ordered food from midnight belly which is located near golfgreen. The amount of the order was rs 180/- but i had a 500 rupee note and the delivery boy also didn't had any change, so he told me to trust him with the 500 rupee. He said he will return the change today in the morning only. His name is rahul sharma. I called him several times today. He picked up the i call twice in the morning and said he will return the change by afternoon. Now when i'm calling him he isn't recieving the phone instead he is rejecting the calls.

                            Hello,

                            I had ordered food from satkar lunch home via zomato. But the service delivery guy did not deliver the entire parcel. I called up the restaurant and they had forgotten to send the chicken. I asked for a resolution but it was not given, i have a copy of the entire chat which i will share via mail to the consumer forum.

                            I had paid upfront and no resolution was provided, a refund is not a resolution as i had to stay hungry for 4 hours. What about that. Why wasn't a resolution given.
                            The team leader at zomato talked rudely and i have a copy of the chat.
                            I am a diabetic and if i don't eat food, i can get severe complications.

                            I want action taken against the zomato team for using rude language and then not providing a resolution, it was a waste of 4 hours and i was hungry the entire evening. I want strict action taken against these miscreants in the zomato team.

                            I am also sending this mail to all consumer forums as it is shabby treatment of a customer

                              I placed an order through zonato, which room more than the expected time first. And when i called the delivery boy after 2 hours he said that the order was cancelled, which definitely i did not do. I was on chat with a representative and he had no idea of it as well. I have never had a good experience with zomato. And this was even worst. Can we see into this.

                                I ordered a sandwich based on the green dot marking it as veg food. It turned out to be pepperoni sandwich. The company is telling me that it is a non veg food item only and you ordered the same. I ordered based on the green dot that is standard practice to judge food as veg or non veg. Not every one reads the details of the food ordered. Kindly help!

                                    I have ordered food from golden leaf restaurant and they said they don't deliver the food if that is there they should remove that restaurant from list even after Paying from card the amont has not refunded order on 31 July and today is 6 August 7 days still not received the refund give the refund or give me that amount in the Zomato account so I can order something from that

                                    It seems fake and fraud company for looting our hard earned money.
                                    I had placed an order which got accidentally confirmed while browsing through the menu. The amount was Rs. 632.8.

                                    As Zomato chat was not responding even after I waited for fifteen minutes, I called the restaurant and the delivery boy from zomato whose number was displayed on my app . The restaurant had declined the order and it was reflected on my app.

                                    Zomato called me where one call i missed and the second call i attended. The executive assured me that the order is cancelled and my refund will be done . I even got the refund confirmation as zomato credits on my app .

                                    After all these, in the evening when i opened the app to order dinner with my zomato credits, I was surprised to see the credits as zero.

                                    On contacting the chat support, I got a response as " As per our records, your order was cancelled because we were not able to connect with you. We will not be able to initiate refund as our delivery person and support team tried several times to reach out to you but there was no response at your end".

                                    After asking the chat executive at least to explain his varying responses and to recheck my call and chat records, he was not willing to do so (and was rude)and was just asserting that he will share a stern feedback with the delivery management and try to improve and so on.

                                    I m deeply troubled to be having to write about Zomato where in my Rs.632 is gone for no reason.
                                    Being a regular customer of yours, don't you guys at least have a responsibility to treat your customers with respect and empathy?
                                    I even emailed zomato customer care with following ids: [protected]@zomato.com, [protected]@zomato.com and [protected]@zomato.com. Nobody replied yet. I waited for 4 days.

                                    Expecting my refund as lazypay (it was my payment method) at the earliest.

                                    They are looting like this to every customer but they don't know that when our cell is not reachable and someone tries to call us then we get a message saying that these numbers tried calling you whenever the cell finds network. But, in these cases as Zomato is running a scam and if they only require to call us then why did they ask for address. For this they will say that your address is not exact. They are also not ready to provide the proofs like screenshot of their delivery executives cell so that we can trust that they actually tried calling us.

                                    Pre-paid orders are always risky. So never pay in advance. Rather call restaurant from which you want to order food and request them to give you 10 to 20% discount along with cash on delivery. Middleman like Zomato is not required.

                                      I placed an 2 biriyani from zaareen, kolkata through zomato. My order number is [protected].

                                      Worst part is when i opened both packet one packet is missing chicken. A chicken biryani is delivered to me without chicken. What a frustrating dinner i had and what a disappointing service and quality of zaareen.

                                      I talked to the zomato customer service and told me that he has confirmed with the restaurant and the order was ok so he will not refund/returned anything to me.

                                      According to him i'm lying and the restaurant was telling truth. This is utterly frastrated to me. For a 180 bucks i'm going to tell lie??? This kind of customer service you have appointed. When a customer complaint something that means he has enough reason to raise the issue otherwise no one has time to play all around this.

                                      Please look into this matter seriously. It's not about money it's about respect.

                                        I placed an order for ovenstory pizza by faasos on 2.08.2018 around 7.45 or 8.00pm. The offer was bogo - order id [protected]. While placing the order there was no option for choosing the 2nd pizza. So i assumed since it has bogo highlighted therefore two pizzas will be delivered. This was my first order with ovenstory.
                                        I received the order but instead of two pizzas i received only one.
                                        Issue - 1 - the order i placed was buy one get one pizza. The app didn't show an option to choose 2nd pizza besides a quickly disappearing pop up alert. The app is deceiving enough to make customer pay and deprive them of the offer. I could have placed the order with faaso's and availed the offer instead of going through zomato.
                                        Issue-2- the chat support lady claimed her name was neelam and was the highest authority present in the night shift. She connected my call with the store incharge who in an extremely rude tone stated if i didnt select the second pizza he cant deliver the second pizza. Neelam was present on the call when this incharge spoke in an unruly fashion. My concern was even the store guys are aware that the pizza order is from zomato and they have a bogo offer on the particular pizza. So for argument sake even if i didnt place the order for the free pizza isnt it the store incharges responsibility to inform the customer and ensure they avail the offer instead of speaking in an unruly fashion.
                                        Issue-3- neelam followed the tone and insisted that i cannot get refund or compensated as i had not selected the second pizza. She was equally rude in her conversation. She was smart enough to wrap the call and connect on chat. Throughout the chat she denied the presence of a manager, claimed she was the top person in-charge for the night and without any empathy repeatedly stated that i will not be compensated for a very genuine miss.in all this zomato's app is to be blamed but neelam was very smart to push the blame on the restaurant when she realised i wasn't letting it go. She continued to give me the usual customer
