Getting very worst services from zomato everytime.
Shame on zomato and the entire team who are providing the worst services.
They don't know how to respond and how to behave with the customers.
They are simply telling that we can't do anything and cutting the call.
The food is worst and also wrong food, sometimes cockroaches are in it.
Many more concerns are there with zomato and they are not abl to resolve it and not even responding properly to the concerns.

    I ordered some food through zomato they gave me a waiting period of 40-50 minutes to reach the order at my home but after a one hour when i checked my order there are no any delivery boy picked my order yet and they cancelled my order im so hungry at this time and i don't have more money to reorder any food how they could be so irresponsible what the # service r u providing to us..

      In my phone promo code is not applying only. Order now option is also not coming in any of the restaurant. It is not accepting orders from any restaurant and telling that promo code is not available for cash on delivery and in other phone it is not there that promo code is not available for cash on delivery. Please make the changes. My friend has ordered so many things from it

        First time I had order from wasteste app zomoto I don't want to use this app again no one is responding to me .delivery boy told I dint got any order from my side my name then how I got his number from zomoto I had spoke to hotel manager he told he is not responsible for that speak to coustomer he told and he drop the call reddy's kitchen I dint got any coustomer number in use then I want to no who is responsible and you will refund my amount in 5_7 days what is this I'm unhappy with your service and your response 😡

        Zomato delivered wrong order. They aren't responding to any chats or emails or calls. It's been 3 days and there is no revert.
        [protected] .That was my first order from zamato . I didn't received call rider he said he didn't received any order request . Called restaurant they didn't respond .and in the app it was showing prepared . I tried to contact executive through chat . But i haven't seen this kind of poor service .listen m not bragging but need my refund . Bloody scammer in thr morning you guyz marked the order delivered . Shame on you guyz bloody shame.after writting multiple mail or posting on social media still didn't any response . Its been month . PFA

        I have been cheated by zomato for 340rs and it had been 1-1.5 months they are not returning my money... Everytime the are telling me it will take 6-7 day to refund the amount and each time i call them they put me the same excuse... Please help

          My name is neelesh, I ordered a food from zomato and my order number was [protected], after paying a amount to restaurant by net banking when I contact to share rider details with me to guide a rider about my location, I called zomato rider Mr Vishnu meena and his first response was I am not understanding your location you can cancel your order.

          I was shocked to listen such a rude and unprofessional response but I still request him to provide his WhatsApp number to send him my home location.

          And after my several calls and chat with customer care executive for more then 2 hours, result was food didn't got delivered and I have to sleep hungry last night.

          My money is still not refunded it's more then 24 hours now.

          Worst services...Whole zomato team is bad I must say.

          Pls don't order anything from this service provider

            I received incomplete order. I mentioned this to zomato customer care executive through the app. The executive's name is Sandeep. His behaviour towards me was very rude. He didnt have the basic etiquette to talk to customer. There should some strict action taken against him. He kept showing arrogance which is quite in the screenshot of the chat which i have attached herewith. Plz take some strict action against him.

                I ordered food from zomato which was delivered bad smell and full of masala in biryani which there was no white rice in biryani i immediately contact the zomato about the concern that the food is not eatable at all but they people are not providing any appropriate resolution i told him that pick up the food and initaite my refund but they are not giving any response at all. Please don't trust these online food ordering apps they are making money by delivering unhygienic food to its customers.

                  Zomato close my account and I have 1500 rupees in my zomato wallet my money not refund to me zomato block my account and money both zomato fraud with me and don't give me my money back and not access my account zomato is bed company.                     Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

                      I ordered some food from hotel lotus park ahmedabad, food was ready as per the manager but due to laziness of delivery person to deliver in rain he asked to cancel the order by giving silly excuse of flooding
                      whereas delivery man traveled from the delivery area to the hotel to get my number and to just ask to cancel the order from myside after wasting my time of about 44 mins
                      i paid online now zomato is asking to wait about 5-7 days for refund of 114 rupees also the food got wasted from the hotel
                      zomato is wasting everyones time, money and many valuable resources.
                      Honorable Serviceman should take serious step regarding this on zomato

                        I ordered the food item from santrupti chennai and the transaction got failed ..and the amount got debited from my bank account even though the transaction failed..then again I tried through the same card and the payment was done..so I was charged two times for the same order with only one being successful..please check through this and ensure that the amount is refunded.

                          Hi.
                          The last two orders that I had placed with Zomato really got me disturbed. I placed an order for momos, which when delivered, were cold and drenched in water. Another time, the delivery boy switched my order with somebody else's, . When I called and complained to the restaurant concerned, they said they would deliver pasta to me and I would only have to pay the difference between the previous order and the later one. Instead, when the pasta reached, it was stale and tasted sour. I tried calling, and the only answer I got from the restaurant was that they would deal with the issue the day after. How can a delivery outlet shun its responsibility like that. More so, we ordered at night, and had no other option to order from elsewhere. I would be grateful if the company could seriously look into this.

                          i was told by their executive that i will get rs 100 paytm cashback in my account within 24-48 hours for my first order,
                          but they are saying that they will not give the cashback, i have all the screenshots of the chat

                            I placed an order from “Chili’s american grill and bar” restaurant in viman nagar, pune from the zomato app worth 682 ruppees. The transaction of the same went through from my debit card and i even recieved a message from the bank for the success of the transaction to the app. However, the restaurant did not get the money and therefore did not accept the order, leading to the cancellation of the order, despite having paid for it to the app.
                            I’d like a refund of my 682 ruppees as soon as possible.

                            This is a very common complaint against Zomato. Shameful behavior of taking money from the account and due to failure on their side, about which customer can not do anything, claim that they can't complete the order as though it were the customer's fault. Money has been taken from our account, Zomato must then take immediate responsiblity to correct and prevent such a thing from re-occurring - telling us "surely we will refund in 5-7 days due to RBI regulations" is lazy garbage as though we were sitting on a mountain of money like the comfy Zomato executives must be. Utterly lousy approach to customers from Zomato.

                              Orderd my dinner by zomato. Expcted delivery in an hour. After an hour when I checked in the app they said we are looking into it. Then after another half an hour they said that they have to cancel the order. I mean what on the earth can they cancel order after 2 hours. Totally rubbish services by zomato. They customer service is bizarre.
                              When I will I get refund
                              I placed an order for ice cream 12.22 am and i received it after 1 hour. somewhere around 1.30. But the delivery person marked delviered soon . The icecream is melted and spilled. When asked about this zomato(usless) stating there wont be any refund. order id :[protected]

Delivery boy reached near my home and call to me but the mean time my mobile sw.off . and im looking the delivery boy and said pls give the order they said your phone sw off because of your order cancelled. And say talk to cmr care executive and cmr care executive not listen ing and your order is cancelled .you prepare new order and im said my reliative at home pls deliver the order but they no listen and argue with me . in between they talk to senior and said cmr bakwass kare ja raha . you have any code of conduct of calling exective abuse to cmrs. And call recording of your telecaller in my hands and you want im send to him.                                 Seems like Zomato took approach of turning off their customer support call centers and deactivated the phone numbers instead of ensuring that their team operates with respect and integrity. Zomato is a shameful company.

                                  I order for one medium sized pizza priced Rs. 348.75 on La pinoz through zomato.
                                  I placed the order and cash was debited from my account. But there was no order confirmation and was automatocally redirected to the prrviou page. I again asked for otp and then order was placed with confirmation. But again cash was debited from my account. In my orders section of zomato app only order confirmation was there. I even called the restaurant and confirmed of only one order. When I received my order, there were two. From now onwards i will never pay with debit or credit card if this kind of service is provided. In the name of discount customer is cheated by placong same order twice and showing incorrect information on the app.

                                  Lose policies which are non uniform and inconsistent in their implementation. Uneducated, insensitive, improperly trained customer care. Fake promises which dupe us of our money and are an expert in spoiling your experience. Out f my last 11 order, barely 2 reached on time, 2 got cancelled, others indefinitely delayed.. A bunch of fools..

                                    I have order food in mumbai from faasos after my estimate time i have contacted chat support there a guy said me wait u will recieve the food but later he refund my money and said they cant provide the order again he said he will arrange the meal for me and given me order no [protected] and i waited for 02hrs for it and latter no response was there and i was just hungry and helpless... Sunday I ordered the food from lajawab restaurant at 11 am in noida sector 44. The dal makhni was deterioration. I was unable to have even a single bite of it . I called to restaurant but both numbers was unreachable of that restaurant. I called to that boy also who came to deliver the food but he also did not pick the call. Then I ordered something else from Swiggy . My money has wasted . I want my money back as soon as possible and in future I will never order food from Zomato .

                                        I want to get my restaurant- Aslam Tikka Registered for accepting online orders. Its almost 4 months now nd nobody is listening.. pls can somebody contact me at [protected]. Have been discussing at various levels but all in view. Restaurant has good ratings on zomato. We want to start online orders.. Please can someone look into this. Restaurant is located in Sawt, New Delhi and its getting very good response on other portals.
