undelivered order after payment

I ordered food on 27 may 2018 at 11:23 am (Order no - [protected]) and prepaid the amount by paytm but it hasn't been delivered yet even after 24hrs.
The status shows that it has been delivered but restaurant staff is denying any order from zomato and that no one came for picking up the meal.
Sort out my problem asap. I am very unsatisfied with the service and if no action is taken from your side, i will take legal actions....

order was failed and money was deducted but didn't receive my refund it has been a month

Hi i had made an order on zomato but it got failed due to some gateway error... And my money was deducted from my account. I haven't received any message or any email notification regarding the order money refund... I shared this issue with customers care agents... They first ensured me that i will get back my refund in 5-7 business days... I waited that long... Didn't receive and then i contacted them again... Then they said u will get that...

food not received but money deducted

I order from zomato at 10.30pm on 26th may 18 from rivayat hotel powai and paid online money for that but i didn't receive any order after 2 hours i contact to hotel they said they dispatched the order. Hi there!

order confirmed but not delivered

Hello im very unhappy with your service today bcz i was orderd twice one they rejected and one more time they confirmed but i was waiting for delivery its was showen on order 1-03pm but nw 1.32 still m not received & im also called the restaurant guy he told me parcel ready but delivery guy rejected to collect my parcel. M question is if he not ready to deliver thn y he confirmed me if he rejected i was go with some other site...

not getting food and order showing delivered

Hi team,

I have observed from since a long time that zomato delivery service has been worst day by day. You guys do not have any customer care support and whenever contacted on chat support those guys are just good for nothing. I believe zomato is just paying them for good for nothing. Now if i come to the delivery part my last order is showing as delivered wherein i havent recieved my order neither any update from zomato....

rejected delivery after 2 hours

I ordered from d-zaprino on zomato at 8pm. They confirm the order and the delivery boy is out. I call and talk to him. He says he is coming in half an hour. At 9.20pm i contacted chat service. As soon as chat service went to check the details of my order, my app showed order was rejected because there was no one to deliver.
I was refunded but the order was cancelled at 10pm after all the chat and now i couldn't order anything from...

worst delivery with zomato

I am writing this mail with lot of frustration and anger because this is the 3rd time in a row it has happened that i have ordered the food from zomato and i didn't get it... Everytime time there has been lame excuse from zomato which sounds really stupid because i am unable to believe that how can a professional company respond with the idiotic reasons...

order rejected after 1 hour when delivery time was just 10 mins left

I ordered from pre pizza it was estimate time for 64mins and after 1 hour i received a call saying that they can not deliver to my place as it doesn't comes in third area.. And their customer support very poor they don't know how to talk to their customer and zomato have no supervisor this time in moin (7:00am) hahaha... And no help it's not first time i faces this issue.. But more zomato.. One of the worst food provider in market... Pathetic...

they not refunded my money... tolerate

I ordered from chalte firte momos kamlanagar (Zomato) bt after 1 hrs that was cancelled by chalte firte momos owner... Due to their own problems... That order was 232 rs done by my debit card pf bank of baroda on 13th may... Bt they not refunded my monet yet.. When i contact with zomato customer care they have only one response that is please wait for nxt 24 hr and nothing......

bad quality of food

On 24th may (1:54pm), i ordered 2 chicken rolls, 1 chicken popcorn and 1 paneer hot garlic roll from roll mania via zomato. About an hour ago, those who had the above food for lunch felt uncomfortable and pukish. Later, they fell sick and vomitted the content.
I would request to take some action against it and would also request for the refund of my amount (Now that 3 people's medical bill will be more than what was spent....

didn't give me the proper food and took my money as well

So i order food from box8 restaurant from zomato these people gave me salty food and it was cold too and i already paid for the order and when i asked them to either replace my food or refund my amount they didn't do anything and just gave 67 credit for which i paid almost 280 rs and they didn't reply properly after that and restaurant said there was no call from the zomato end these people are trying to make a. Fool out o[censored]s nothing else...

not refunding the amount

I have ordered the food in zomato and paid the extra charges for extra quantity, but they provided me worst service. The food quantity is not even equivalent to the normal charge but i paid extra amount for extra food also. And also the food got cool down completely then whats the use of delivery charges..
They did chat with me for continuous more than 2 hours..
I facing issues like this repeatedly...

account got blocked.

My zomato account got blocked without any reasons and also they aren't responding to my mails, their call support is not picking the call and chat support is also not working.

I want my account to be unblocked as soon as possible because i have money in my wallet and i want them back....

delivery and customer care service response

It is highly disappointing to inform you about the my experience with the delivery boy and the customer care executives on chat... Kindly revert back on my mail id for a detailed explanation of the problem.

I was charged double for my order as the delivery boy cheated with me and then I called customer care number but as always no connection occured then I started chat help there the customer care executive on the chat defended...

offer code applied but not deducted offer amount in online payment

I send 2 emails to zomato team but they never replied to me. I chatted with customer team they said we are initiated the offer amount it will reflect in 24hours in your zomato account but i didn't get.

false promises and caused lot of inconvenience

Hi

I have been a zomato customer since from quite a long time and also a zomato gold member...in recent times zomato is not keeping up their words... I order from zomato and order gets cancelled or rejected and no one bothers call me to inform the same and where is the money i paid for the order???.
So far no updates my money is not returned and also it's so embarrassing that i have recommended zomato to all my friends...
