I have ordered food from hungry house narela, through zomato..
Restraunt called me that they are unable to deliver one thing which they asked me to deliver a little bit late..
I just asked zomato to watch the matter..
But they initially cancelled my order atall.
Tjis is very wrong behaviour of zomato.
Bc chutiyapa company h doob marna chahiye inko..

    Two days ago i ordered from Zomato and the food delivered to me was poorly packed and badly handled during delivery and hence got spilled pretty badly. I sent an email to Zomato with pictures of my order to avail a refund. At first Zomato refused the refund but somehow managed to get it later. The following day ZOMATO BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT and has been unresponsive to my emails ever since. I requested a call back, and wrote numerous emails. The amount that was refunded went to my Zomato credits because i had PAID FOR MY ORDER IN CASH. I asked Zomato to return that money as i got it in refund of a service i paid for but Zomato was unable to fulfill it. The order amount was nearly Rs.500 . This is clearly a way for Zomato to run away from paying me the refund.

    It was never resolved.
    I Placed order via mobile app. And paid via net banking. Amount deducted 24.50 from account but order not placed. only payment deducted SMS from Bank received.

    I Also try to contact with zomato using mobile app. but the chat system is not working properly...
    Also web site is down from long time.
    My money has been debited during Payment gateway failure, as I was keep on asking for refund. The money has been refunded till now as it's been a month. And they always say we are working on it or our concerned tem is working, but I didn't got my money back. Hope atleast this solve my issue!

      I had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they cancelled my order after waiting for 2 hours. when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded token amount as 100 but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

          Hi Team,
          I have not ordered anything neither I received any service from Zomato but on 27th & 28th June there is a deduction of Rs 165 (Rs100+65) from my walltet. When I asked Paytm they have said money has been moved to Zomato. But I have not ordered or received any of your services. So why there is deduction of this amount. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. And I have attached the details of transaction.

            I had order mutton pot biryani of about 373 rupees through zomato but not received order. It's showing in app that order have been kitchen. I registered complaint against it but they are not responding my calls and message.               On 28/06/2018 i booked a order (chole bhature) through (radhey krishna chole bhature karkardoma) zomato by advance payment website shown confirmed booking and hotel also but not been delivered the booking items and website shown delivered when i contact delivery person and restaurant owner both are not pick up then i contact customer care zomato they told me refund my amount with in 5 days but today (06/07/2018) till no payment has been credited in my account what kind of fraud is it please you people do something for me.

                I had order burger of about 148 rupees through zomato but not received order. It's showing in app that order have been delivered. I registered complaint against it but they are not responding my calls and message.                   Hi team,

                  I have placed an order and made the payment near about 9:05 pm on 4th july 2018 and they confirmed that the order will be delivered by 9:47 pm. At 10:15 pm when i asked for my order status they said it will take another 22-25 mins. It means almost after 1.5 hrs. They told me that their executive checking for the order in that restaurant. I was having a conversation and in between i got a message that your order is cancelled because area is out of subzone and when i told them that i have received food earlier as well from the same restaurant 'sanjha chulha, sector-19, faridabad' then they had chabged the resaon and said delivery boy decline to deliver the order and they dont have any other delivery boy. If restaurant is not able to deliver the order then they shouldn't accept the order as well. I was waiting for my order for 1.5 hrs and in the end they said your order is rejected, please order it from another restaurant. This is worst service you are giving to the customer and making fool to the customer. They did nothing for me and even not replying. Please help or i'll go to consumer court. I am waiting for response.

                    Today i have ordered food in cubbonpete biryani through zomato by 8pm prepayment done through paytm, but after 20min i got a call from zomato executive and said due to some issue cubbonpete biryani restaurant is not responding for order which is placed (Zometo to
                    Executive called from [protected] number)

                    And zomato executive said he will replace the food from alternative restaurants as they don't want to cancel my order and extra money will be barred from the zomato and he said he will place the order from biryani house.

                    But i dint received the food even after 11pm.

                    When i checked with zomato chat support they are not updating me whether i need to replace the order from different restaurants or not and they holded me in chat for 3 hrs... And zomato made me to sleep hunger.

                    Zomato treats their customer like beggars..

                      Pure ### of delivery. And, when I try to call up restaurants for details, they say Zomato has different menu compared to regular options, as well as the preparation is different. What does this mean?!
                      Today, I ordered 2 medium pizza, they delivered 1 medium and 1 small pizza. When I checked with the restaurant, they asked me to contact zomato. And zomato numbers are not reachable as I tried for various numbers groom Google.

                        On the 29th of June 2018, I ordered with pita pit of a total bill of Rs189 on zomato and the restaurant cancelled the order. since I had paid online the refund was to take place within a week. on the 5th day, I get a message stating that the refund has been done and the RRN number was provided. when I checked with the bank, the refund had not been done.
                        I tried calling the zomato customer care but they never seem to pick up the damn call.

                          I placed an order through zomato late night twice. Dated 03july2018 at 22:53hrs order# [protected] and dated 01july2018 at 23:44hrs order#[protected] paid in advance via paytm.

                          Both the times the delivery has been declined and i don't see the customer care number for zomato to contact over phone. All they have is an option of chat left to the customers. This is not exceptable for the such a big firm that to being a third party service provider.

                          They kept holding me on chat for 1.5hrs and then said sorry to not deliver the order. The most disgusting part of the issue is everytime they fail they request to take each failure as one off exception in service from them.

                          I seriously want the legal action to be taken against them for the service they disappoint with to the customer, specially late night services.

                              I ordered from eat.fit on zomato on Friday evening at 7:45. Also paid for it. At 8:21, tgeaoo showed delivered but I hadn't received it. There is no way I can communicate with them either as I hadn't logged in due to being in hurry

                                I have been very annoyed at one of the restaurant people who behaved in a very unprofessional manner towards me.
                                I had ordered food from "five star chicken" (not very sure of the restaurant name) at "rajajinagar" at about 3:55 A.M. It initially said the delivery was due at 4:44 A.M.
                                However, when i called the restaurant number mentioned (at about 4:42 A.M.) the man said he wanted me to send a whatsapp location on the same number itself because he was unable to spot the address exactly. He also mentioned it would take about 10 more minutes.

                                When i sent him the address over whatsapp, he messaged me saying "30 minutes ma'am"

                                I told him i had already been waiting since 50 minutes and asked him if he could make it quicker maybe in anither 15 minutes (because he had told me that the food was ready and it only had to be delivered)
                                He said he will try, saying all delivery boys are busy.

                                After half an hour i messaged him again querying about the progress and
                                HE said "u are so cute"
                                When i confronted him on that saying "o hello?"
                                He said "S"
                                After a while he again typed
                                "Can you please come near the restaurant,
                                Aaaahh"

                                IT GAVE ME A SICK FEELING AND WAS SURE HE WASNT REALLY PREPARING ANY FOOD BUT JUST FOOLING AROUND!
                                Honestly, i had an issue with your app earlier and that night i thought i should give it a second chance but i'm NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ###!
                                HOW DID HE EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO TEXT A GIRL THAT WAY????????

                                I immediately cancelled my order despite having to wait for so long (50+30 minutes to be precise) because i started doubting what was he even adding into my food!
                                I'm never ordering from zomato for sure.
                                I blocked that guy over whatsapp.
                                I have his picture (took a screenshot of his dp) if you really want to know who he is.

                                And when i asked on the chat section for the manager's number they said they cane give it.
                                (Okay agreeable. Atleast i could get the mail id of the company or of the restaurant or of the manager!! That guy on the other end of the chat window kept saying he dosent know about e-mail id's and all. I could have shown you the chats but sadly when i checked into the app again, the chat was cleared. Ofcourse that coward nimwit must have done it to save himself! As far as i remember, his name was a four letter word starting probably from the letter A)
                                I'm highly disappointed with this app.
                                I believe such employees need to be FIRED who are sitting there for flirting and for their pleasures and moans instead of actually doing what they're supposed to!!)

                                I dont even know if you guys will be interested to take care of the issue and handle it seriously because if you could be soo lenient and let them delete chats and not even monitor your orders correctly why would you even look into where is it going wrong!!

                                Ps- by the "monitoring your order" part i meant that i also went to that expected delivery time and selected "not recieved my order yet" and it showed me a pop-up saying you guys are contacting the restaurant to know whats the issue.

                                ATLEAST LEARN TO BE AUTHENTIC!
                                I checked swiggy before i downloaded your app and swiggy said in clear words that "order will be available only after 8:00 A.M." atleast they didnt fool me and leave me hanging like you did!

                                  Order #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered at 2:26am but it reached my place after 2:40am. Y u have delivery time on orders i[censored] cant adhere to it. I contacted chat to inform hem about the same and requested refund multiple times for refund of the delivery fee. But it was denied. I requested for escalating it to the supervisor, denied too. They are ignorant and i dont know what customer service mean to them. This is not the first time it happned but this time i thought of doing something about it.

                                    I wanted a refund for a poor quality food and also late delivery. Customer service was rude and unresponsive. They did not refund. I'm taking this to court. Pathetic service. Its been two days now and the response is the same that we can't do anything.. I'm a treat member of zomato and they still don't care. They are just looting your money. Never recommended zomato even to my enemy.. Cheats. Frauds. Loots.. Don't deserve to be in food delivery industry...

                                      I ordered food from zomato and it took an hour for them to atleast respond to this. After an hour i got a message that the food got delivered. And when i contacted zomato, they connected me to the delivery guy and he ws literally shouting and abusing me and he disconnected the call. The reason he told me ws that he asked my building security and he said this address is wrong which is crap, i asked my security about the same and he dont even know abt this.
                                      The same deliver problem i faced for more than 5 times now.
                                      Just a question to zomato: is that how u treat ur customers in such a customer centric world.???
                                      And now ur zomato chat person is not even responding when i asked him to call me.
                                      Atleast give me thw detailsof the delivery guy i wanna file a case against him. This is not at all acceptable
                                      #the only food app you will ever need

                                      My 1st july my my food order was declined but my deducted money was not credited to my account kindly check the detail amount refunded needed 73rs

                                        I had ordered food from zomato website dated[protected] under their exclusive offer scheme from the restaurant "atithi". Restaurant has accepted the order by 1:45 pm and was supposed to be delivered by zomato at 2:22pm which consisted of vegetarian meals bearing price of 59 rupees and it was assigned to their delivery executive and he went near restaurant as well, i checked on the status upon reaching home at 2:10 pm and it was still in kitchen being prepared and i placed my concern with zomato regarding this and they said he would be delivering in 12-15 minutes. So, i got on with the wait and after seeing as though the food wasn't delivered even upon crossing 2:35pm i reported my concern and out of nowhere pops your food has been delivered rate us.
                                        When i took up the issue... Zomato held me a liar on the issue and took the delivery boy's words for it. They say to consider this as an exception itseems.
                                        I need resolvement on this.
