Zomato was running up a hyped up marketing at chennai last week countering uber eats and swiggy
Thought would give it a try, ordered some evening snacks on may 20, everything went well till the order was completed online, then an endless wait for the restarunt french loaf to confirm the order.
30 minutes of wait with no cancellation option order, zomato cancels the order citing, 'delivery boys shortage, ', quite weird... The weirdest part was the order is listed in the app though i made the payment, so i am unable to track the order..., online grab and hide
Till date refund is not received.
Can any one help?
