Order #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered at 2:26am but it reached my place after 2:40am. Y u have delivery time on orders i[censored] cant adhere to it. I contacted chat to inform hem about the same and requested refund multiple times for refund of the delivery fee. But it was denied. I requested for escalating it to the supervisor, denied too. They are ignorant and i dont know what customer service mean to them. This is not the first time it happned but this time i thought of doing something about it.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered food through Zomato app and payed via Paytm wallet. Payment was successful but I can see that no order was taken by Zomato. Restaurant name is Kabab magic. Please refund the amount.
I ordered shahi meal, when I received the meal I found buttermilk missed which was included in the meal but I didn't get.. This kind of service makes disappointed the customers, not getting the given meal even though I'm paying full price.. You can see in the picture I took
I have ordered food from pandi barotta restaurant Hyderabad on 18/03/2019 at 9 pm and Paid from netbanking the amont is deducted but in zomato app it shows payment incomplete .
Order is not picked up food is not delivered. Pls refund the amount soon . And also there no responds on online support chat and also even there is no conduct number. To whom we should raise complaints or any queries. Pls help us

    I wanted a refund for a poor quality food and also late delivery. Customer service was rude and unresponsive. They did not refund. I'm taking this to court. Pathetic service. Its been two days now and the response is the same that we can't do anything.. I'm a treat member of zomato and they still don't care. They are just looting your money. Never recommended zomato even to my enemy.. Cheats. Frauds. Loots.. Don't deserve to be in food delivery industry...

      I ordered food from zomato and it took an hour for them to atleast respond to this. After an hour i got a message that the food got delivered. And when i contacted zomato, they connected me to the delivery guy and he ws literally shouting and abusing me and he disconnected the call. The reason he told me ws that he asked my building security and he said this address is wrong which is crap, i asked my security about the same and he dont even know abt this.
      The same deliver problem i faced for more than 5 times now.
      Just a question to zomato: is that how u treat ur customers in such a customer centric world.???
      And now ur zomato chat person is not even responding when i asked him to call me.
      Atleast give me thw detailsof the delivery guy i wanna file a case against him. This is not at all acceptable
      #the only food app you will ever need

        I had ordered food from zomato website dated[protected] under their exclusive offer scheme from the restaurant "atithi". Restaurant has accepted the order by 1:45 pm and was supposed to be delivered by zomato at 2:22pm which consisted of vegetarian meals bearing price of 59 rupees and it was assigned to their delivery executive and he went near restaurant as well, i checked on the status upon reaching home at 2:10 pm and it was still in kitchen being prepared and i placed my concern with zomato regarding this and they said he would be delivering in 12-15 minutes. So, i got on with the wait and after seeing as though the food wasn't delivered even upon crossing 2:35pm i reported my concern and out of nowhere pops your food has been delivered rate us.
        When i took up the issue... Zomato held me a liar on the issue and took the delivery boy's words for it. They say to consider this as an exception itseems.
        I need resolvement on this.

            I order food. They have taken order and debited money from my account. Later declined the order said no delivery guys available. Told to send money back i am hungry it's night time. They refused to refund money at that time and refused to send the food also. I told to send me from your end or give me money. I didn't have the money. Chat support services refused. They didn't help at all. I didn't have food on that night. Very poor services can't take care of your customers

              Warm greetings to one and all. I just ordered today (30th june 2018) online through zomato using the new50 offer. I selected sai baba restaurant in bangalore and i ordered. When i made payment for it it was telling something went wrong and the order was not placed but apparently money was deducted from my bank. I tried calling u r hotlin customer care numbers but none fail to pick up my call. Pls thereby help me to refund my money of rs. 138.15
              To my account as no food was ordered but still u guys deducted money from us.
              Pls be honest in what u guys are doing.
              I will show my attachment of my bank statement pls take a look as u guys deducted rs.138.15 from my account but food was not ordered. Pls consider it. Hard money going away like this is so painful.

                We ordered our food from zomato at 10:15pm and the delivery guy called us at 11 pm. Not only did he talk rudely over the phone as we were giving directions, but also clicked delivered from his side. When we contacted customer chat support, they took a long while just to give us our refund back leaving us without food at 11:50 pm. Almost all the outlets are closed now and we are left hungry.
                The rude behavior of the delivery guy and the late response from the customer service is greatly disappointing. What good would be refund if we are not able to order again?

                If zomato isn't able to handle deliveries at night time, they shouldn't accept any orders. At least we could have gone to the nearby vendor to get something instead of hopefully depending for the food.

                  I am highly dissatisfied with zomato services. I ordered 2 paneer sabji, 8 butter tandoori and chicken biryani and dum biryani. Order no is [protected].

                  What i have received is 16 tandoori rotis and 2 box of corn sabji. My team was eagerly waiting for food. They are disappointing with me just because of your work order.

                  This kind of services will never lead your organization. Tried to upload photos of order but image is larger than 2mb

                      Zomato wants the serve food as per their choice. I placed my first order for gulab jamun and received kheer. When complained on chat, agent just said take item money back denied for any kind of compensation for inconvenience. And self claimed number 1 food order organization do not have the option to escalate issue to senior, great. Worst experience, zero customer service.

                        When i placed an order today. The food i received was very poorly packed and it was leaking. I called the delivery boy and he agreed that the packing was poor and it was restaurants fault. On that i complaint to the chat support, they on confirmation with the delivery boy refunded my amount.
                        After sometime when i checked my account to place an order the account was blocked. I tried to contact on [protected]@zomato.com, none replied.

                        Its been long and still no action or any reply from their end.How unprofessional is they. totally disappointed from ZOMATO
                        We had ordered from zomato, veg cheeze panner pizza from jagat restaurant, made payment through debit card, but due to some technical fault in app the order has not been placed. We hope to have light on the matter.
                        Here in nagpur nandan van zone zomato.
                        Refund to be made as soon as possible.

[protected] from zomato app at 9:28pm and payment deduction done from paytm order delivery time was 10:03 pm but order not delivered on given address by zomato. As per zomato customer care order was delivered to wrong address by delivery boy so amount will refund you. Is this solution for customer? You spoiled some one evening and asking for refund.. Kindly take corrective action otherwise i will post this incident on social media. Twitter, facebook and all.

                            So this is the way customers are cheated, this needs to be resolved....

                            On 26th june'18 i placed an order with zomato - order no - [protected]

                            It was supposed to be delivered in an hours time and post 2 hours i still dont get my order and on the app its shows that my order is delivered. After fighting with the agent on chat support they get to know (Zomato) that my order has not been delivered and the process the return but this is not right after waiting for more than an hour i dont get my order plus the order was a prepaid order. And when you are dealing with food, zomato should understand people wait for their food patiently, pay for it advance and then if we dont get the order at all its not absolutely not right. Their customer service agent aditya has absolutely no empathy towards the customer and this is really not way you run a app.

                              I ordered chicken biryani from restaurant captain cook, bhandup west mumbai through zomato online. The food delivered was smelling like dead rat. The chicken had a foul smell and was rotten. I requested zomato to take back the order and refund my money back but zomato denied my request and advised me to adjust with the food this time... I am surprised how can one suggest someone to consume rotten food.

                                My name is vimal kumar and my number is [protected] yesterday 24june2018 i placed order on zomato at 8:40 pm and they cancelled it after 10min then i order back again then they call me and i change my order and they place my order at around 9pm and delivery time was 9:35pm bhut when when i call delivery boy he sain tr is no order tn i chat they said order is reaching and they change the delivery boy but after 1 hr there is no order at my home and delivery boy was not picking the ph and around 10:15 pm zomato call me again and said sorry sir kitchen is closed and no food for u and that time how can i placed order again bcoz most of the kitchens r closed and me and my family are so hungry and angry also and that night i we sleep only after eating bread with milk bcoz we are so tired that day was very hectic and we dnt want to cook bcoz of much tiredness thats why we r ordered food on zomato but they harassed us very bad and make us fool and give us only sorry and refund of money i think they done this bcoz of the discount i got on food order now i need a big action in zomato team if possible i will going on court for sure i hv all proofs i am very much sad about this what is the justice for this only sorry noooooòoooooooooo i will do my best for punish u zomato

                                  I placed an order 25th june 2018 at 10:05pm. I recived a message saying that it is delivered but the order has never came to me. I tried mutiple ways to reach customer service and found that there is only way available is to chat. I tried to chat but did not get any response. However when i kept sending some message a representative responded once and never replied after that.
                                  What a poor customer service is this? A customer can't complaint about his issue and customer service has only chat as way to be reached which doesn't respons.
                                  I will put this everywhere. I want money back now. I have paid for nothing that i got. I want a compentation for the defecency of service provided by you.

                                    Hello there!

                                    I am really not getting, if you guys can't fulfill customers need then why you have this app called "zomato".
                                    I have placed the order and then i got charged from my card & also got confirmation from subway that my order has accepted and i had wait till 40 minutes and then i got another message that "subway has declined your order" and i was like completely shocked. I was so hungry and i called to subway and asked them that if you wanted to decline then atleast decline it at the beginning of the order. They said we have never accepted your order and if you have any issue then talk to zomato not us.

                                    Unfortunately there is no toll free number for zomato so i have started chatting with the support and it was like they are very much familiar with this type of situations/issues and they took my case very casually and i was completely shocked/annoying because i was super hungry. I told them that atleast provide me any alternative because i am very much hungry and my nearby market get closed and there is no way for food then still they are like we can't help you and you will get your money back within 5-6 working days...

                                    This was the biggest joke i have ever hear because suppose if at that time i have only 80 rupees in my pocket then how i will eat for tonight because i have already given this to zomato and they will send me refund in 5-6 days..

                                    They are not even responsible for alternative and talking me like a #.. I am really don't know why this type of app are into the market.

                                    I was hungry from whole day and thought once i will reach to my home then will order something and take a good sleep but it seems like its not in my favour.

                                    Its harassing me and i am so much frustrated right now.. I need solution for this.

                                    I didn't get any resolution from the Zomato. They told me that they will get back to me and now onwards there will be no mistake happen from our side but after this incident I have ordered food from this app again and then same thing happened again.
                                    I really need a strict action against this because people are getting irritated with this.

                                    Zomato team is saying that they have not received any mail or message from consumer forum yet so I wanted to know have you guys sent them anything in written over email or something?

                                    I really don't know to whom I can complaint about this issue because zomato is very big brand and no one will support me on this so I thought I should go ahead and compliant about this on consumer forum. Because I am sure for you, everyone is equal.

                                      Hi zomato,

                                      I placed an order [protected] 24th june 2018 at 11:55 pm. I recived a message saying that it is delivered but the order has never came to me. I tried mutiple ways to reach customer service and found that there is only way available is to chat. I tried to chat but did not get any response. However when i kept sending some message a representative responded once and never replied after that.
                                      What a poor customer service is this? A customer can't complaint about his issue and customer service has only chat as way to be reached which doesn't respons.
                                      I will put this everywhere. I want money back now. I have paid for nothing that i got.

                                      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Dear team,
                                      I made order from Zomato on 21st June -18. To Kabir restaurant I tried 3 times and my all three transaction executed and dedication from my bank account still I am not getting refund in my bank account
                                      Kindly look in to this concern and resolve asap. Revert awaiting...
