The food delivered on 5-Jul was stale, sticky, and smelled sour. This was reported immediately to Zomato customer care and they asked me to share the photograph, which I did. Upon which they told that the matter has been escalated and the resolution will be provided on 6-Jul.
Now today on 6-Jul, when I myself reconnected with Zomato, they refused to take any action and denied to refund the money.
Pls look into the matter and arrange compensation for the entire trouble course and hard-earned money wasted.
