I had ordered Guntur chicken from Andra Gunpowder restaurant and non veg indulgence meal from firangi bake and the both orders were cancelled by Zomato end and I haven't received my refund amount till now.
Andhra gun powder (order number [protected]) - 239.95 rs
Firangi bake (order number [protected]) - 454.65rs please look this matter at the earliest...

First of all their drivers wouldn't read the instructions and ring the bell middle of night and their representatives (Sunny) as well also they would just hang up on you (Sheikh and ifra) and most importantly they wouldn't take any responsibility and won't let you speak to a manager at all. Not recommended at all. Poor service...

I had ordered 1 x Onion and 1 x Margeherita Pizza from La Pino'z Pizza (Sikandra, AGRA) but delivery boy refused to deliver my food to my mentioned address and after 10 min, status on my app showing items delivered.

When i called him regarding the issue, he didn't answered.

I made an order from Pizza Hut ITPL Main Road on 05.06.2022 at around 8:30 pm. My order was a prepaid order. The Zomato delivery guy was so rude, he didn't deliver the order to my location. Moreover he cancelled my order and said he has returned it back to Pizza Hut. I went to Pizza Hut to collect my order and they confirmed that my order has not been returned. So basically my order has been stolen by the delivery guy himself. When I called...

I ordered food from zomato..the delivery partner didnot reach in timeand when i checked the app to look into the matter it said that the payment was deducted and the delivery partner couldnot contact me . Now why should I pay for the incompetence of the delivery partner. I mentioned my address very clearly. All of this seems like a scam to me and now my money is gone. zoomato doesnot even have proper customer care services...It's chat bot...
