Sir restaurant ke mobile pic na krne ki wjh se order cancel kiya multi order tha sir 1 cancel hone k bad dusra v cancel kr rha tha sudden restaurant person aa gya and mujje 1 order deliver krna pda compny ne pahle meri I'd disable ki frequently cancelation k karn fr terminate ki fraud bta yha tk ki restaurant person se bat v krwae apne TL sir ki bt koi solutions nhi mila I hope yha solution mil jaye plz request hai ID reopen kr dijiye sir bcoz glti hoti to sir me ye post nhi dalta bt without glti ki wjh se I'd terminate hue hai plzz solve this problem

      I ordered three items from the restaurant and found hair in two of those items and as soon as I noticed and checked properly I notified zomato support to get compensation. But even after a clear image they checked and rejected refund saying they would love to refund but cannot. I want the refund as soon as possible and I wont accept any kind of apology.

                  The food delivered on 5-Jul was stale, sticky, and smelled sour. This was reported immediately to Zomato customer care and they asked me to share the photograph, which I did. Upon which they told that the matter has been escalated and the resolution will be provided on 6-Jul.

                  Now today on 6-Jul, when I myself reconnected with Zomato, they refused to take any action and denied to refund the money.

                  Pls look into the matter and arrange compensation for the entire trouble course and hard-earned money wasted.

And uploaded my documents clearly.but my profile verification is pending from long time. And i pay fees for teshirt and bag still after 20 days i can't received any thing. whenever I try to go online ping a notification due bgv failed u can't go online. Please activate my I'd and send teshirt and bag.
